I bought my 2007 All American Sport CKTS 3 axle Toy Hauler used in 2009. Towed it 300 miles to the NM Mountains and lived in it for 8 years at 7300 Ft. Perfect for one person and the garage housed my motorcycle securely. The first year NM had a 100 year blizzard and I discovered that toy haulers "in general" are 3 season trailers (not 4 season). The generator was a life saver during power outages. Solution: more insulation in ceiling, in the enclosed bottom, and over the windows; plus added 25K BTU furnace in main living area. I towed it to NM with a small block 1 ton pickup with no issues on the plains but the truck was at its limits on mountain grades. The job finished and we use it to support my families recreational activities. I have towed it 20K miles since then with no issues but I did upgrade my pickup to handle mountain grades better! I am selling my nice 30 foot 2013 Forest River Surveyor Sport SP275. Best offer considered. I have owned this beautiful trailer since 2018 and have loved it! the whole time. The only reason I am selling is because I am planning on buying a bigger trailer. This trailer is solid, beautiful warm decor and trim inside. Tuscany brown design with beautiful medium cherry wood cabinets and trim. Tons of storage everywhere throughout the trailer. Most storage I have ever had in a TT. Two small closets next to bed, under bed, five cabinets in dining/living space, two deep pantries, 8 drawers in kitchen and much more in the BIG! bathroom as well. Check out all the specs listed on line at Nada Guide.com and there are also a few upgrades like front diamond metal rock/chip protector shield when traveling. Bumper BBQ grill, extra bed gas spring strut for support when lifting bed for storage, and brand new A/C installed in 2020. I also have a transferable warranty until Dec 2023. As well as a brand new marine battery. Everything is comfy and cozy (not the usual slippery fake "pleather") with the soft valour fabric couch and 6 person sitting U-shaped bench with plenty of room and under storage. There is space on BOTH sides of the Queen bed to get in and out. And one of my favorite space in actually the bathroom! Plenty of room to take a shower AND get dressed! Not to mention the second door in the bathroom in case you need that extra "fresh air" to vent outside. Everything works great. Only had a small water drip under the kitchen sink when I first bought her and fixed it by tightening the valve. And I just replaced the gas lines to the large propane tanks which include fuel gauges for each tank. The only thing I do NOT like about this trailer, to be honest, is the bathroom door has to be closed to completely open the refrigerator door. I usually leave the bathroom door open. This is a great! trailer. It will not last long as it is in great shape and the price is very affordable. Show less

We live in this trailer 6 months out of the year and love it. the only problem has been the water heater it leaked the first year due to poor welding. the one thing we would change the heating system as there is no heat ducts in the dining area. Show less

This is a great RV. There is no damage or issues of any kind. The reason for selling it is because of a divorce. This unit has everything you could need to live off the grid or on the beach. Unit includes a full size residential refrigerator, stackable washer and dryer, central vacuum, outdoor kitchen, fireplace actually produces heat with a nice ambiance. Show less

The quality of the toy hauler is not good at all. The more time you spend in it the more problems you find. Holes everywhere from them moving around the blind guides. The caulking coming off everywhere on the outside. The floor coming apart at the rear. Every thing is junk. Id never recommend this product. Show less

The Open Range 3X 427 BHS has a fantastic layout with ton of storage. It’s fairly easy to set up and with 3500 Dually Truck it was an easy tow. The access to maintenance and propane areas was easy. However the internal trim and doors were misaligned. The outlets were loose and very poorly placed. The attention to detail could of been better. Overall it is a good buy for its price and a very livable option for full time RVing. Show less

I reallyl love this RV! No problems with it at all. We bought 3rd hand. Love the space, the layout, the inside storage, fireplace, nice mattress on the bed. The downfalls on our 2011, is no ladder, only one outside storage, and very little kitchen counter space. Also, you have to turn the microwave off by a switch to have the fireplace on. Can be annoying, but actually not that horrible. I'd definitely buy one again. Show less

Incredible trailer. Excellent design. Great floor plan. Love the features. However, sofa seats are not screwed securely and the seats creak and touch the floor when we sit down. We are not big people 165 and 130 pounds.The dealer says nothing can be done. Calls the problem a design flaw. Had to screw a metal sheet under the slide out so the rollers would stop damaging the floor. Have complained since purchased. ECP won't cover problem as gearing is the only coverage. Show less

We bought this camper brand new in 2010. It has worked great for us. We miss our 5th wheel we traded, but since we only had a 1/2 ton truck a bigger 5th wheel for our newly expanded family was not an option. Our 5th wheel had an outside refrigerator which we did not want to give up. Was excited to learn they have just come out with an outside kitchen. Love the outside kitchen and could never own a camper without this. We do all our cooking outside. I could give up the inside kitchen before the outside one. This fit our family of 7 quite nicely. It is nice that is does not need all the stabilizer equalizer system that some travel trailers use. We do use the Anti Sway control, but that is it. It is light weight enough for our 1/2 ton truck and yet big enough for the family. We now have our 1st grandchild. There is no place to put a pack and play except to fold the table down and place the pack and play on top. One thing I would change would be to have an outside shower. I think they thought with the outside kitchen there was no need for the outside shower. It came with a quick attach so you could change the sink from the normal faucet to the hose with a spray nozzle. When you do dishes you want the spray nozzle to rinse. Changing back and forth was a pain. My husband designed something that has an attachment that goes into the quick attach and has a valve that we move one way or the other so both are connected at all time. This model for this year just has a curtain that closes the master bedroom off from the camper. It would be nice if it were more than just curtain, but that would add weight. Also the couch in the 2010 is very comfortable to sit on, but has 2 different Heights when folded down. Kids still thought it was comfortable, but weird that is wasn't the same level. I notice this was fixed with the 2011 model. Also the 2010 model has the outside kitchen with an outside microwave. We do all our cooking outside so having a microwave outside it great. Shortly after that this year they took the Microwave out and only had the one inside. I think I would miss it. Was glad to see there are other campers now that have the microwave outside. Everything that I wish was different would all add more weight. If you have a 1/2 ton truck you will not be sorry in get this light weight camper. We have had very few problems with it.Very happy with our purchase. Show less

my wife and iloved this camper it was our dream RV wish we could keep it we would still be in it down on the brazos river but we got to old and our health went south so we were left with no choise but to put her up for sail we really loved it Show less
