Like many the quality is very poor on the build. The door framing trim does not line up on the doors. My power disconnect was wired wrong Turning ALL the lights on inside and out when in off position. The fridge came loose driving it home for the first time from dealer. It swung in and out like a pendulum. Doors had holes which looked to be filled with some type of filler. Check valve in my water connection for city was broke so my pumped water poured straight out onto the ground for that connection. Screws holding curtain trims in living area were falling out of the holes on two of them. In the pump compartment all would shavings and wall piece cut out were left inside on floor. Bathroom cabinet out too far and can’t bend to spit/rinse after brushing and taps too far back to barely wash your hands. Bad design. Also bathroom door barely latches closed. Frame too far away. Wood panel under king bed is very sloppy. Piece of plywood screwed to frame. Cheap design no thought and will break because it bends downward on two cheap hinges. Main light switch works backwards to the rest. Nice unit just no attention to details of my $50,000.00 investment. Extended warranty Diamond coat etc included in that price.

I just used my camper for the first time bought it 2 weeks ago. As a first time RV buyer it was the worst experience. The purchase price of this trailer was 35k you think with a price tag like this it would have better mattresses. I felt as though i slept on a hard concrete ground. A broken fridge, a broken sink that leaked. A beautiful trailer but too many problems. I never thought i had to do a 360 inspection on a brand new camper after it had already passed an inspection. To the makers of these campers provider better mattresses and better inspection before being sold. I was very excited to use this camper but disappointed i wasn't able to sleep. I would of had better sleep in my 100 tent with blowup mattress. I'm angry to be so disappointed about something i was so excited to finally have.

The tongue weight appears to be much heavier than described, though I haven,t checked it for weight. I have had to make numerous fixes to the Brand New trailer. Areas of molding on the outside was coming unglued in spots. I had to use clear caulking to squeeze into the areas. the doors inside were just barely latching, because the door was too far from the frame. I made metal plates to shim the door latch plate out further. I made shelves for the cabinets, because they were just a big open area that made 2\3rds of the cabinet useless. The sealing tape on the top of the slideout is peeling off. the propane gas line (for hooking up a gas grill outside) that is under the trailer is unpainted and severely corroded. A lamp over the dining booth was broken and the dealer said he would send me a new one (I told them I could install it). It never arrived and the dealer would not give us an answer. The thermostat, also, did not work at the dealership. They had a tech look at it and gave us the "it's all fixed" line. We got home and it WAS NOT fixed. I called Forest River and to their credit, they sent me a new lamp and a new thermostat. The fridge does not seem to get cold enough. Also, they DO NOT provide any kind of operational manual for their trailers, Just a generic one online, not a trailer specific one. I would not, personally, buy a Forest River trailer, again.

We just purchased our wolf pack 27 pack 10 RV, overall we really like it but there are a few things that need better attention at the factory. First thing was the battery disconnect switch was wired backwards, the tub surround was never caulked, the stairs were hitting the rubber tire fender and ripping it off the side of the trailer, all of which were small fixes I did myself but I shouldn't have to on a brand-new unit. Also we had the windows tinted as they aren't from the factory and it is very hard to keep it cool inside forest river should definitely start using tinted glass in all windows and they need to do a little better on their quality of work and final inspection
