Unhappy Customer From Day One I recently purchased a brand-new Grey Wolf travel trailer, excited to start my RV adventures. While the trailer itself has some great features and a stylish design, my experience has been marred by unexpected defects and disappointing service from the dealer and Forest River Warranty. Shortly after purchase, I noticed many issues that should not be present in a new unit — including [Weak Brakes, Black and grey tank indicators only showing grey light]. I brought these concerns to the dealer, expecting warranty coverage and professional support. Unfortunately, they claimed they could not find any faults and refused to take responsibility for some of the defects. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket to fix problems that should have been covered. This was incredibly frustrating, especially given the trailer's new condition and the dealership's reputation. I felt dismissed and unsupported during the process. I still believe the Grey Wolf has potential, but buyers should be cautious and inspect thoroughly before finalizing the purchase. And if you're considering Forest River Cherokee Grey Wolf, be prepared to advocate strongly for yourself — because their post-sale service left much to be desired. I wish I had known this before I bought this trailer, would have gone with a different brand. Show less

Simply love this trailer. Been living full time for over 5 years with no issues. Pulls great down the road and has all the luxury items I need. This unit is well made and shows little maintenance required after road trips. You can't go wrong with this unit. Show less

We’ve had our trailer for 5 years now. We are moving in to a 5th wheel trailer as the kids have grown up. This bunk bed floor plan has been perfect for the 7 of us to take on many 🏖️ beach and camping ⛺️ trips comfortably. It pulls down the road nicely. It has TONS of storage area, a high porcelain toilet, privacy queen bed room and 2 doors! The blue indoor/ outdoor lighting was always fun too. It really is a good trailer for the family vacations and would definitely be livable in a park setting as well! I would recommend this trailer! Show less

I purchased my new travel trailer in March 2022 me and my wife have really enjoyed our new camper. I would like to bring to your attention when the travel trailer was built the factory did not seal the floor where all the pipes and wires enter in the camper. I live outside the city limits with acreage and immediately the camper became infested with mice. I had to go through the whole camper and try to seal all the spots where mice could get in. I hope this review will bring attention to the factory to check and make sure the floor is sealed properly where pipes and lines come through the floor. Other than that issue the camper seems to be very well built. Because of the issue stated is the reason I didn’t give a five star review for overall quality. Show less

We absolutely love our Salem Villa 4092 bfl So spacious and feels like home. The loft is perfect when family and grandkids come We were fortunate to find some hidden extra compartment space for 5 gallon water and spout to fit and be hidden inside cabinetry And a couple other things. Its amazing the space you can find behind some of those panels lol Overall it’s a great unit. Show less

We really like this camper other than it only has one air conditioner and it will not keep it below 80 on a hot day they shouldn't build this unit without two units so I'm sure this is a big problem for everybody that has bought one like this.we are thinking about trading it in for that reason we have only had it about a year. Warranties with Forest River are above and beyond. Our roof was leaking and caused patricidal delamination which Forest River replaced the roof and put all new side walls on. We didn't pay a penny. So our RV is a 2020 on a 2016 frame. I won't buy any other product than a Forest River Product. The 13 foot garage makes use for an office, pantry, extra closet and chest freezer when staying a place for up to a year. Theater seating with fire place and entertainment center making movie watching enjoyable. The loft above make for extra storage when you don't have the grandchildren with. Show less

The new floor plan offered as the Forest River Cardinal Mid bunk is amazing. Period. The love stops there. My brand new Fifth Wheel was delivered and Floyd's RV, Norman OK assured me that all my needs would be met just as if I had been in their facility for a walk through during the onset of a PANDEMIC. 100 thousand percent a falsehood. The vehicle both arrived with and developed highly problematic issues in the first 30 days. Floyd's was non responsive as was Forest River when I finally contacted them in desperation months later. Bottom line is when you have major appliance failures, heating and cooling disasters, and a dealership who has charged you $1,300 for the INSTALLATION of a generator you found tossed into your storage bay, in an unopened box,trust me....you have a problem. So friends..save yourself a trip to court and many many "RECREATIONAL" nightmares. Do not buy a Forest River. Show less

I bought a brand new Forest River / Cherokee Limited 264RL on 6/18/21. When I got it home it was 2 days till I plugged it up to get ready for a camping trip and found out the air conditioning didn't work. I contacted my dealership about the problem they said it would be a Forest River warranty.Im still sitting here on 7/20/21 still with no camper or answers.Brand new 6/18 to 7/20 no camper. Buyer be ware. Show less

Purchased a new Grey Wolf travel trailer a month ago. My problem was getting the components for a couple items the camper came with installed. First, the unit came with a backup camera. I had to request the monitor that came with the camera. Secondly, the unit also came with a USB/Bluetooth docking station mounted on the wall. The Bluetooth docking station is no good without the Bluetooth device that goes to the docking station. The Bluetooth device is specific to the docking station and was told after I purchased the camper that I would have to purchase it aftermarket. I searched for days and could not find one. The docking station has no markings of manufacturer. Finally, the dealer found one for around 225.00 plus tax and freight. I understand prep for backup cameras, TV’s and so forth, but installing actual items then leaving out components that go with them that make them work and complete is wrong. It’s like buying a TV, but missing the remote and channels, or a car with no tires. Who would have known Lessons Learned. Show less
