This camper is a complete nightmare. We purchased it brand new in 2022 and were blinded by how "beautiful" it was. We were naive new camper owners who did not know what to look for. Every time we go camping, something breaks or falls apart. Tons of trouble with electrical components in the camper, none of the USB ports work on the inside, and some of the outlets do not work. The buttons for the electric jacks have broken 3 times in the 3 years we've had the camper. The awning is coming unattached on one side. The shower has leaked out the corner of the floor since the first time we used it. The biggest issue that we have run into is that the storage compartment door on the underbelly storage was installed incorrectly from the manufacturer (according to a service tech who looked at it) which caused a leak. The leak has now caused floor rot. We got a quote to fix this and it was quoted to us at $8000. This is INSANE! When I reached out to Forest River about getting this replaced as it was due to faulty install/manufacturing, they stated that because the warranty was over there was nothing they can do. They do NOT back their brand and they do NOT care about customer service. Run far, far away before ever purchasing a Forest River.

It was purchased new and mainly a couples camper, but have had others stay a night. Had to have the bulb seal around the slide out replaced before purchase as it was coming off near the bottom of one side. Also had to return to the dealer, for a water line behind the shower that was not correctly installed. I noticed the noise when connecting to water and quickly shut it off. It was fixed while I waited. The slide fuse was installed too deep and the electric tongue jack went bad in about month 7, both were repaired/replaced while I waited (about 2 hours). There are odd and ends things that have needed attention that I have addressed (door hinges, latches, etc.) The TV antenna doesn't seem to work which we typically stream so have not addressed.

Purchased new February 2021, great floor plan, plenty of room. Now the issues. Everchill (now Lippert) went bad first year, they (everchill) replaced after much haggling. New refrigerator went bad, Lippert would not warranty as one year only from date of RV purchase. Bought new computer circut board (<$100) now works fine. Brake failure on one of the axels caused the bearings to burn out and needed new axil (Lippert product, would not replace under 5yr warranty). Replaced just under $900. Battery connect broken as nothing will work unless plugged into shore power or vehicle, battery tests fine. Now the front electric stabilizer motor will not work (lippert product) had to hand crank down. Not sure if it is Lippert products or Forest River but only had camping about 6 times and for me seems like a lot of problems. Probably would suggest to look at other brands.........

Forest river did nothing for me. I contacted lippert and was told that this is a non serviceable parts. There is no part number and no replacement part. Now I have a 1 1/2 YEAR OLD TRAILER WITH A JUNK $1500 REFRIGERATOR. I don't think I'll ever purchase another forest river camper. They do not stand behind there products

We have only had this RV for 8 months and it has been sitting at the dealer service for over a month. Already needs a new slide kit as the slide broke while camping, new propane igniter for the water heater. Shower leaked from day 1, kitchen sink leaked. Sliding door to bedroom bottom brace broke already. Took Forrest River over 2 weeks to approve warranty work. I had to call Forrest river to get them to approve. Dealership does nothing but sit an wait without any follow up.
Towing has not been greatest either. This trailer sways more than it should while towing. Even have weight distribution and sway bars hooked up. Would never buy another Forrest River.

First off we loved floor plan and pop out living area. Then we started noticing thing that were missed by quality control. Also they trailer was manufactured just down the road from us. Kitchen cabinet door hits light can barely use it. Shower pan cut short leaving 1/4 inch gap which would have allowed water to run into subfloor. Screws in to shower pan were over tightened cracking pan. Bathroom window latch was mounted upside down. So window wouldn't stay open. Pantry door latch was misaligned and won't stay shut. Electric water heater was wire nutted into another circuit and kept tripping breaker. The electric hitch jack quit working as the connection had been over crimped and broke. All of these things I was able to repair myself as I didn't trust them to fix them.

This was my first RV, I bought it in June of 2020 after getting out of the navy. I was looking for something cheap, that I could live in full time. I've owned it for about 7 months now and while I still do love it, the craftsmanship needs to be addressed. The simplest way to put it, whoever is building these are lazy. Aside from things like my outlets and closet door being crooked, I've now found water damage underneath the shower. When they made the shower area, they only sealed it where the shower door meets the paneling, allowing water to get under the paneling and between the wall and shower pan and it has pooled up underneath. Honestly, if the company enforced quality over quantity,I'd have zero issues with it. While I do love my trailer I can say with certainty that I probably won't be buying a forest river again.
