Great for dry camping, right? First time we pulled it onto a campsite we had no hot water. Couldn’t get any help from the dealership to correct until 3 weeks later. Now we’re here 2years later and we have no hot water again. It was fine before we left to get here . If someone built a house like this they would be sued

The ability to comfortably sleep 8 is a win/win. The Godzilla Ford engine carries this RV smoothly down the road and with it's larger size it's still easy to maneuver into spots.

I purchased the 2022 Forest River Ozark in the summer of 2022 and was so excited. Off the lot at Camping World, it was a beautiful well-appointed travel trailer and we enjoyed our first camping trip very much. It was an easy light weight camper to tow with our Ford F-150 2.7 engine. I've kept this camper covered and clean at all times since pretty much the moment we purchased it. We live and camp mostly in South and Mid-Florida and on the second day of camping it rained and I noticed a small leak in the front interior seem near the head of the bed. I went to ACE and picked up a sealing caulking and caulked all that I could reach without a very tall ladder hoping that would fix the problem, but it didn't. I used RV Seem tape and that seemed to fix the front leak. On our third trip only 7 month after buying the camper and keeping it stored with a cover on the top, we noticed small stains on the interior roof as if rusty nails are slightly showing through on the ceiling. We noticed after about 9 months of having the camper, every cabinet covering that looks like wood finish was starting to peel at the edges. Also, we noticed that the vent fan switch was broken and we had no way of turning the vent fan off, so I replaced the switch myself. On the same camping trip, I pulled the top kitchen drawer out without any aggressive pulling and the whole drawer and left side track came out ripping out the screw through the front facia of the cabinet. We took the camper out for another trip June 5th, 2024 and when attaching it to my truck and inspecting it, I notice the front glass of the microwave was on the ground, luckily it didn't break. I was able to use automotive double-sided tape to re-attach it. On this same trip, we noticed something flapping in the mirror and realized that the awning, only 2 years old, was tearing off of the wall side attachment on the front and back of the camper. June 28th, 2024, I loaded some small lightweight bags of chips into the pantry shelf and the entire shelf collapsed while we drop to the Florida Keys to camp. I also noticed the small thin shelf behind the chaise lounge couch is starting to collapse and I don't put or store anything heavy on this shelf and typically put hats on it or maybe my cup of coffee on it. I also notice some small cracks on the counter tops near the corners and that the covering is lifting off the at the outside edges of the MDF board underneath. I love the layout of this camper and it is very comfortable for a couple, but the materials and construction of the camper are terrible. And to top it off, I wasn't able to get a call back from Camping World's warranty or repair department even though I have left multiple voicemails and messages. I probably won't buy a Forest River ever again, because my brother has a Forest River and he has had a lot of similar problems too.

This 2022 Riverstone Legacy Luxury Package 42FSKG is a 44'10 Fifth-Wheel Toy Hauler up for sale. This has been the home to my wife and I for 2 years and are now executing our exit plan by moving into a sticks and bricks in Massachusetts. This RV is ready now. I have kept very good care of this RV and have used RVLife Pro Maintenance to document my maintenance. I can provide printout if desired. This RV was purchased at Bills Happy Camper, which if you have a Riverstone you know who they are and their great reputation. We have traveled 13000 miles while working remotely since June 0f 2022. Some history to provide extra details for additional Maintenance we have done. During the first year Bills Happy Camper replaced a seal on front right hydraulic Jack due to leak. All Hydraulics working great. In May of 2024 Bills also fixed a kitchen slide which had a motor pop out of its housing. Both covered under initial and current extended warranty which is transferrable to new owner. MORyde IS alignment completed in May 2024 also at designated MORyde alignment service center. All Tanks cleaned in February 2024 with receipts and grades available. Also provided pictures of items you should be aware of but are at best cosmetic. I bondod are near hitch pin. A weird vertical angle leaving a gas station were the truck bed and RV touched. Bills also fixed a right rear area where the ground hit the rear right bottom. They could have provide new panel but chose not to. Picture in sun makes it look worse than is. All other pictures provided of that area doesnt even show an issue. Since were no longer RVing let me tell you all the other items we will be including with this sale.Fully paid for a transferable Warranty from Americas RV Warranty. Both slide out installed improperly from factory cost to repair out of pocket $8400 Leaky window improperly installed also with screws either missing or actually pushing the frame outward cost $2460 because of water damage on the inside…. The insulation in walls is also insufficient in part of the wall…. The 1 year warranty is a joke…. Since the vast majority of people will not use their trailer in cold weather. It only gives you 5 months at best.

This was our first RV. Purchased it for my travel nurse daughter to use while working so she didn't have to pack & unpack in apartments every contract. We had the Wolf Pup 17JG for 3 months & my daughter wanted some heat strips added to the AC unit for just chilly days that didn't need the furnace. Her husband brought it back from her Georgia contract, the schwintek slide had only 7 out/in cycles on it since we bought it. Took it into the dealer, slide worked fine when we retracted & brought it home. They added the strips & after we got it home we tried to open the slide to check their work. The slide wouldn't budge. It was stripped out. Techs said we must have damaged it on the way home from their shop. Yeah right. Couldn't prove it however so we told them to fix it under warranty. They told us that there was a parts shortage due to Covid. Six month's later we have to basically go into the showroom at stage a sit in before they miraculously found parts & fixed it! The slide hadn't been installed straight from the factory & they had to pull it completely out & reinstall it straight with the new slide hardware to get it fixed. We then took it home AGAIN, put the slide out & the first thing we saw was they hadn't installed the weather seal over top of the slide! You could put your hand outside over top the slide! *sigh* Horrible build quality from the Forest River factory, the dealer service under warranty was almost non-existent, just a horrid experience all round. Once they get you signed on the contract they don't want to hear from you ever again!
