I had an exceptional experience camping with this RV. It’s a beautifully designed, luxury unit that drives smoothly on the highway. With a convenient bath 1/2 featuring separate sinks for him and her, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The plush king-size bed guarantees a great night's sleep, while the ample cabinet space and commercial-sized refrigerator provide plenty of room for all your essentials.
It features a convection microwave, a stove with an oven, and a dining table that comfortably seats four. The couch converts to a jackknife sofa, and there’s a nice-sized pantry for even more storage. Plus, the pull-out bed above the captain’s seats adds versatility.
You’ll love the TV with a fireplace for cozy evenings, and the two slide-outs make the interior incredibly spacious. This RV comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 people and the furniture was just redone last year, adding to its appeal. There’s even a TV with a radio outside for your entertainment needs.
With several compartments for storage, this RV is designed for convenience and enjoyment. I absolutely love this unit and have had zero issues with it. I’m selling it only to upgrade to another model!

Forest River Georgetown XL 378TS is one of the best class A built. Operator friendly meaning on road handling is outstanding both on the open road and in the city the front windshield allows the driver and passenger a great view. Getting setup at the destination is fast
hookups are all located water, sewer and electric within reach of each other. Slide outs (3), automatic leveling and awning make life comfortable in this RV. With three flat screens and an awesome entertainment system enjoyment at its best!!!. It has the comforts of home on wheels and the weather is not a factor Hot or Cold. This RV is fully self contained meaning no hookups are required to boon dock. I have learned how to operate this coach inside and outside the dealership does not spend time teaching and showing the new owner they want us gone. This coach turns heads both on the road and in RV Parks and many positive comments as well.

We love our 2018 Forest River Georgetown 5 Series GT5 31L5. This is the perfect gas motorhome. This is our second Forest River Class A. 31L5 is the best floor plan out there for a 34 footer. we have researched dozens of models.
It has the largest open space inside, the slides come out farther then any other model. Fireplace is great for making you feel very at home. When in the snow the fireplace is the best for providing heat and does not use propane. you can leave your boots and gloves to dry and be ready for the next day.
Largest water holding compared to other Class A for dry camping. The best cabinet and furniture colors. Most other new Class A cabinet/Flooring and Furniture colors look always dated.
Full Paint Model is the best then colored fiberglass.

We bought this RV new. Expecting it to be a dependable ride for our future plans to travel around for a few years. We have had one issue after another. Flooring was not laid correctly and had to be totally replaced. We had inlaid flooring. They replaced with vinyl. Totally unacceptable but apparently that is allowed. When the floor as replaced they took out some of the wood trim and used a wallpaper like trim. Not good. While we were out about the 3rd time, the slide would not go back in correctly. That was covered under warranty but it has never been right. Damaged some of the trim which we will have repaired this year. The water heater is not heating the water hot enough to take a shower comfortably. Again something we have to get repaired. We found some screws in the floor last week. They belonged under the driver seat. Almost all had worked loose. We think when they put in linoleum they did not tighten the screws. Could have been a major issue. Very disgusted with this RV. Bought at Campers Inn Jeffersonville IN. We would not buy anything else from them. Salesman has told us once he sells them h is out of it. Not very good customer service. What do Iike? It is pretty. It has a nice large fridge. That’s about it. We would not buy another Forest River.

I am sharing my horrific experience I have had with purchasing a brand new River Forest Georgetown RV. My family and I have been camping for years but coming to our retirement we decided to treat ourself and purchase a Brand new Rv. After months of research we thought we found the best match for what we were looking for. June 29,2019 we made the plunge and bought it at Campers Inn NH. What a nightmare our first trip out we woke up to a puddle of water on the floor because our refrigerator broke, had to go purchase coolers to try and save the food we could. Needless to say by the time we returned there where 26 things wrong including a battery which overheated and acid was everywhere! (Dangerous) As we understand it like building a house you have to work on mishaps. After we had contacted dealer they advised us to bring in. On 8/2/2019 we brought to the dealer where it resides to this day. It is 8/12/2020 12 months later and we still do not have our RV but we are still dishing out our loan payment every month. Phone calls will not be returned, emails not returned and when we did finally get a response, he said I am so sorry I have never had such a hard time receiving parts! Seriously I just wanted to laugh in his face!!!!! What an excuse....... I didnt realize it takes 12 months for a part. What a CON Man!!!!! It is so sad that I have to hirer an attorney to help me. I have lost so much money between cancelation fees because we lost two summers of camping, and now time out of my day to hirer a lawyer!!!! I hope before purchasing a RV make sure you read every review!!!!!!!

Check engine light comes on after about 6000 miles. Thermostat. Apparently the check engine light came on before at about 600 miles before we bought it and code just turned off!!! Not repaired. Now the roll up vent is cracked. Brittle !!! Oh and we had to drive 100 miles round trip leave it four days for thermostat repair.
According g to dealer we have a2018 but according to plans we have a 2017 !! Lots more little bugs we’ve taken care of just be aware!!!! Cannot list all.
Should have bought that ace I wanted. Too many issues!! Really!!!!
Want to give warranty support 0 but not available!!!

We traded our 28ft Class B+ and bought this coach last summer to eventually retire into. The Good: it drives well, tows our Jeep Rubicon well, and is stable and quiet on the road for a front-engine gasser. The interior is spacious, quiet and comfortable. We take our two big dogs and two cats with us-plenty of room for all. The exterior looks great and has tons of storage-some being pass-through. Love the auto-leveling jacks and the driver's side door ( best for an emergency but still functional if you prefer regular use-similar to climbing up a ladder, with a porthole step and a flip-step. The Bad: We've only taken one trip-the coach has spent MONTHS in the selling Dealer's shop. The tile slat flooring is pulling apart, the tile is no longer made (for a 2018??!!) so they have to replace the entire floor. The first time we fired up the AC/Furnace, foam insulation, sawdust and wood chips blew out everywhere from every vent. The windshield washer hose came off the first time we used it-can't reach up inside the grill to reattach it. The wood paneling had a number of flaws and scratches that are being repaired or replaced. The coach has already been served a recall notice because the roof may leak. The Ugly: the Ford S35 chassis doesn't have the greatest brakes, especially going down steep grades with a towed vehicle. You must pump the brakes as you work your way down hill, but quickly so they don't overheat. There is no viable aftermarket upgrade for these brakes that I've been able to find. On it's maiden trip the front wheel seals leaked grease all over the front rims-the Ford Fleet dealer said this was "normal". Sorry, I've been a mechanic for decades, and leaking grease seals isn't normal. This will be an excellent coach once they get the warranty and recall work done. Disappointed that a brand new coach has had so many issues.
