We bought this rv used and have loved it. We partially full time in it for work and pleasure. We travel the USA. It's been great. We love the layout. We have had to do minor repair here and there over 60k miles as one does with all motorhome. We found berkshire service to be extremely easy to work with to get parts and support. The online community has also been a great resource. We recently toured a bunch of new rv and decided we like our current floorplan the best. It works very well for us.

I bought my 2017 Berkshire new in 2017. There were a couple warranty items that were taken care under warranty without any problem. The Forest River diesel division is very good and responsive but like many RV the dealer network is only interested in making a sale. Freightliner Oasis have very nice facilities and will do a better job than regular heavy trucks shops.. I do all the mechanical maintenance myself, that way I am sure it is done with care. I am very happy with the engine transmission combo, (Cummins ISL 9 380 hp and Allison MH 30) and they have been trouble free. I am pulling a 5000lbs 2017 Ford Explorer Platinum AWD and over the 32,500 miles I have driven, I have averaged 9.6 mpg with a high of 11.2 mpg with a solid tail wind..

First of all I would say that My salesperson, whom I will name upon written request, was very helpful. Anything that I had happen to me that was in a positive way she was responsible for. She went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible during this whole experience. I have seen that Colton wants ONLY to sell to people 1 time, after that. do as you will, because they do not want you back, yes, they do not want repeat business, because they are doing everything, they can, to keep that from happening. The company does whatever they need to do to get you to sign the dotted line, and once the cash changes hands, you are nobody, it's that fast. I Bought a used unit that I do like, and when I found I had an issue where I could not drive it because of the fact that the air ride system failed, I was told to call the roadside assistance, which I did, and after 1/2 of a day, and nobody could help me the air suddenly began to work and I went right in. They could not find the problem and off I went just to have it happen again, this time they sent a fleet service out to me, and they fixed an air leak. While they were there, they proceeded to do the recall that was open on my RV. It had been open for quite a while as the fleet mechanic told me. How is it ok to sell a motor vehicle to someone that has an open recall on it, that is something else I am investigating. With all of this I thought that the cost of the service would be picked up by Colton as the problem should have been fixed when it was there the first time, and as it was a problem when I took delivery on it because it was only a couple of days after I drove it off the lot that this occurred. The second time I had the issue I called Roadside service, and they kept going to voicemail and I was wondering what kind of service Colton is selling to people that does not do anything close to what they are supposed to do in an emergency. Colton finally contacted the fleet service to come out to fix it. I'm afraid to go anywhere as I live out of town, and if I can't get roadside service to get anyone out to help me and I'm on the roadside what then? Colton makes you feel like you should have never ever went in there to buy anything. And again, what about that open RECALL.

We have had our 2017 Georgetown 364ts new since July 5th 2017. We are at 39,647 miles. We have the full body paint . We wondered if we made the right decision in paying the extra $10,000 but we are so glad we did! It looks like the day we bought it. We could not be happier. We are thinking of selling and getting a new one. The first tune up on the engine is at 99,000 miles! This V-10 is a workhouse and I have heard people going to 200-300,000 miles on a V-10. We absolutely love the huge residential fridge and 2,000 watt inverter. The 5,500 Onan Generator The 2 Full Baths, the kingsize bed, large bunk beds with tv's, 5 TVs, bunk over cab, no carpet in the coach or storage places makes it easy to keep clean. The LVT floors look like the floors at home. The two AC units and the 2 gas furnaces that both have electric heat strips if you want to save on propane. The 3 burner gas stove and nice size oven with large Convection Microwave and solid surface counters make it feel like home. We installed a DISH Satellite System for times when we are out of cell service and can't watch tv using my I-phone Hotspot. The Combination Washer and Dryer has worked flawlessly sine we purchased the RV and has saved us so much time and we don't need to being near as many clothes. The pullout is a queen size and the RV easily sleeps 8 people. The 6 speed transmission makes for less engine noise. The stereo system is great and also has a dvd player! The two 6 gallon water heaters use electric or propane and two water pumps make it perfect for full time RVing. If one goes out you always have a backup. We still work but have gone on a couple of long trips 4,000 miles out West and Glacier National Park and to the Florida Keys 7 times and lake Erie, Douglas Lake next to the Smokies and a few other places. The coach is the perfect match for being large enough and heavy enough to give a great ride. We have never had to do any type of upgrade on the suspension . It is very easy to handle one or two fingers but a hand or two is probably safer. We keep the tires at proper pressure and use a TPS system also. We store it inside 10 months of the year on a concrete floor in an enclosed building. It has a Fiberglass roof that is considered the best . There is a ton of storage. For the money there is nothing we have found in 7 years we like near as much.

We found out we loved it and purchased a new 2017 Forest River 2400 MBS (Mercedes sprinter) The Mercedes part of this RV is awesome, having a V-6 turbo diesel engine there is no lack of power. As far as the forest river RV side we had a lot of issues that needed repaired. It seems like they just throw these together and let the dealer fix the mistakes. I feel poor quality

This RV is surprising nimble and easy to handle. We made small modifications like creating a hidden litter box and we upgraded the water heater to on-demand which made a huge difference in livability! The double AC units were a must living down in the deep south. Other favorite standard amenities were the king bed in the master, the bunk beds and a huge full sized refer. All in all we couldn't have asked for a more affordable class A RV with the comfort, reliability and amenities as this FR3!

We brought our Rv here and from the minute it was there we were lied to over and over again! It was on their lot for six months and they let people steal items and they themselves used my RV for parts for other RVs! They promise you the world, and give you nothing, they even cut each other’s throats to make a sale, They never had our interests and heart! When I left my RV there it was in perfect condition when I took it back there was at least 20 things wrong, every day I found something new wrong or broken! They even used the gas in my propane tanks while it was on their lot! Avoid this place at all cost, they have no dignity and are very unprofessional! Buyer or seller BEWARE!!!!!
