I bought this motorhome in May 2024. I have stayed at 33 campgrounds in 18 states. I have lived in it full time for 2 months now, and it has been very much a home for me. The bedroom is large enough to live in with plenty of storage. This thing has so much storage in the cabin and underneath I am not even remotely close to using it all. Show less

Absolutely loved owning this travel trailer. It worked great for our family of 5 and was easy to pull. No slides made it easy to work with and the layout worked great for us. The trailer had a tub that worked great for the little ones and a larger stove than some other options we looked at. The awning and outside speakers made it great for hanging out at as well. DO NOT BUY FOREST RIVER! Wow have had this trailer for 3 years now every year this is something new wrong with it! Had a coleman before this and had 0 problems with the coleman. I thought I would be getting an up grade with forest river but Nope! Show less

We purchased this RV new in 2014 and just traded it in for a 2020 2516s. This camper served us very well for these 7 seasons. We never had any issues or had it fail us in any way. A good solid camper. Show less

Firstly, I purchased my unit pre-owned from a dealership. The dealership experience is a separate issue, but my FR experience I will describe that is FR only. I found an inexpensive "standard" equipment item that was never installed, and the CS agent told me that I am not the original owner so FR is not obligated to send me the part because it was missed in the delivery to the original owner. Then, I had a major winch failure and the new electric winch (required to lift and lower the roof) that is a KNOWN equipment failure was ordered and told that it was in stock and would ship within 3 days, it took 7 weeks to arrive. The rudeness of the customer service rep and the lies of the shipping department is the cause of this review. The bad thing is that the unit itself is terrific for functionality, design, ease of use, etc. The disappointing part of this is that FR is a horrible customer experience. If I was as non-responsive to my clients as FR is to their buyers, I would lose my license. Show less

Great Fifth Wheel Trailer, very roomy inside floor plan for a 32 foot trailer. Has opposing slide outs. Towed very nice down the road with my Ford F-250. Plenty of storage. Has a 15,000 btu ducted A/C. Angled entertainment center with surround sound very nice too. Show less

2015 HW27SC, bought used,dealer did repairs thought all was fine? 2ND trip roof wouldn't raise, worked with toggle switch to manipulate, finally got it to work, stayed a week. Week before 3Rd trip Show less

5 stars all around, I gave no stars on warranty and service as we purchased it pre-owned with no warranty, etc. It is a great value for the money and if I had it to do over again, I would not change a thing. Show less

Has delivered above expectations to this point. Bought preowned so it needed slight fixes, the dealership accommodated above expectations. The trips so far have been great with the floor plan, amenities, and the towing is a dream. Usually I think about changes I would make in any camper, this being my 5th, but so far, I other than comfort items, I have not yet thought of changes needed. That says a lot for me. So far... RV has been satisfactory so far. I can only fault the A/C unit for having failed twice. Both times past warranty. Eventually learned how to replace the roof unit myself with assist from U-Tube tutorials at 1/2 the cost of having an RV dealer do it. After second Dometic unit failed, I choose a different brand with extended warranty. We'll see how this one holds up. Show less
