Our family has thoroughly enjoy camping in the Forest River HW pop up trailer because it is easy to tow, easy to set up and has all the conveniences like the larger and more expensive trailers. The full kitchen with the oven is great along with the outside Bar-B-Q that runs from the 2 LP bottles on the trailer. The hot water shower and toilet is the best feature on those nights when we don't feel like using the campsite bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and the electric heater in the mattress is a nice touch on those cold nights.
On our first camping trip using our Rockwood HW we went to Arrowhead Lake in the fall and ended up in a rain and wind storm with 50 mph gust of wind and it weathered the storm amazingly! No leaks, no breaks and no problems! We never worried after that about any concerns with the weather coming through it is so well made and tight that the built in furnace keep the trailer warm and the tent kept it dry!
We've loved it because it tows easy. Set's up fast. And provided conveniences to give our family many great camping adventures.

Overall A beautiful trailer Built pretty solid but you still don't want to ever Stress the trailer out by using it too much. It's more just for a Get away for the weekend Overall very nice Looking forward to closing the deal they said it looks like I'm an 8 out of 10 likelihood to get it!!! I told them if I get it I'm gonna ring that bell so hard I might break it *cowbell*
That leaves me with this why do cows have cowbells? Some would argue its because their horns don't work!!!!! I did My Sale In ES CAN ABA Michigan

The build quality was horrible. Had to replace lift system after 3 years. The black tank valve Broke off in my hand. Worst of all the front wall of the camper broke away from the sidewall causing the front bunk and wall to peel away from the rest of the camper. I believe it's a design flaw with the bunk end supports. I had high hopes that we would use this camper for many years but was fortunate to trade it in for what we paid for it. Also blew two tires . I feel the tires were at or near there max load carrying capacity. Also had to replace awning pole when one was bent.also microwave became dislodged from it's bracket causing the microwave to fall out.

We love this RV. Very good quality from Rockwood to where we would definitely consider buying another rockwood (all enclosed bunkhouse TT) in the future. We simply outgrew the room only 2 beds offer. Pros for such a small trailer it has excellent inside storage and minimal carpet is a great feature (huge wardrobe and linen closets!!) with little ones. Also the counter space (behind sink and oven used to store weekend items like coffee pot, drinks, etc.) is excellent in this size trailer. Easy to hook up and easy to tow, back etc. We only had a large SUV and it got well within its towing capabilities but the weight distribution hitch was definitely needed to prevent the swat effect at the hitch.
The downside is that with great interior storage there has to be some drawbacks and the outside store is definitely lacking on this one. You can definitely store all the essentials like the blocks, sewer equipment, water, power cords etc. needed on the outside storage cubbies but that’s about it. All of our other camping supplies chairs, patio rug, coolers, etc had to go inside the trailer during transit.

The front foldout had to be replace because of rotting and delamination after 4 years. The steps had to be replaced because they pulled out of the floor. To sum it all up . I love the floor plan. Tons of room and storage. Great for long trips. But the workmanship and quality are the worst.

We purchased new in 2013 for weekend and week long camping and truly enjoy our camper. We traveled across the Rockies down I-70 from Missouri though Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, finally driving through the desert and ending up in San Diego Cali. We towed with a 2007 GMC Yukon. I would recommend a longer wheel base vehicle and different gears. Not the trailers fault. It has been a good trailer and now we are living in it. We sold our house and we are going to be building. We have 1 medium dog and 1 large dog plus our 18 yo son still with us. It is a bit cramped but it is still a good trailer with more storage than other bumper pulls around its size. I would highly recommend this trailer or floor plan to a family of 4 maybe 5 for family camping. The corner bathroom is nice and we like the door to the bathroom so when traveling we could just stop and use our own facilities while on the road. Room to change clothes in the bathroom is nice as well. Bunk mattresses are heated. We did use the camper for hunting in November and December. With all functionality. The unit has held up good. Siding, roof, chassis, etc. You do have to wash it and seal it on a regular basis to keep it nice. We did cover ours which I know there is a great debate on whether o cover it or not. We seemed to have good luck with covering. We took it in for service and the long time technician said it was the cleanest roof he had seen from all the campers that had come through. It doesn’t happen on its own. You do have to invest in it to keep it in good shape.
