I purchased this 5th wheel RV new and have always loved the floor plan and amenities. The Reese Revolution pin box makes towing a breeze, even in tight turns, with a 6.5 foot bed pickup. I have towed it with a 5.7 liter Toyota Tundra and an F-150 3.5 liter EcoBoost with no issues. We have stayed in it for weeks on end without feeling crowded even when we had three guests. The quality of the RV is excellent with no major issues over nine years of use. We have camped in temperatures ranging from 19 degrees up to 110 degrees without being cold or hot. It has been rock solid and any issues that arose (like replacing the kitchen faucet) were easily remedied. If there was anything I would change, it would be to have a larger refrigerator. The refrigerator is adequate, but a larger one would be nice. There is plenty of cabinet and storage space for anything we have ever needed.

This has been a great starter RV for my family. We traveled to four National Parks in it, all the way as far as Yellowstone. Every place we stopped and set up camp, people were amazed at the size of this pop up camper. Many called it "a pop up on steroids"! The king size slide was perfect for my husband and me, and my teen age daughter slept on the queen size slide and my teenage son slept on the dinette folded down to a bed. Very easy to switch from table and booth, to a bed. We rented movies from Red Boxes along the way and watched movies at night. Played games at the table and cooked inside the camper and used the external grill to make burgers one night. One thing we never used was the wet bath/toilet. We just used campground bath houses. So, they are still BRAND NEW! Never been set up or used. We used the camper for five years, twice a year, and have fond memories. Now that the kids have gone to college and are moving on, it's time to sell this camper to another family to create their own memories! We hope you love it as much as we have.

Out camping has been an enjoyable trouble free experience largely due to the ease of use and quality of our 5th wheel. On our last 4200 mile trip we tested the Revolution pin box limits several times and it performed flawlessly. The Factory Warranty / Support does not apply because we haven't had any issues and I perform my own maintenance. Level of support also depends largely on the dealership one uses, not the factory. We are extremely happy with our 5th wheel and listed it on RVT.com because we are buying a bigger 5th wheel that has room for an on board generator.

Overall I am pleased with the unit except for the fact that all the cabinets above the dining booth have come apart. They have all been sent to our cabinetmaker to be reglued As far as I am concerned this is totally unacceptable. There is no reason this should happen.

We bought our Rockwood Roo 19 Expandable new in 2013. We have had a few minor problems with toilet line filter, clamps for end drop downs getting loose and almost coming off, water line plumbing at inlet getting loose connections and leaking, and handles on front screen door breaking. Biggest problem was that the DVD/RADIO unit broke shortly after the first year when it would not eject a DVD--can't repair it. However, major components have held up well--no problems with refrigerator, hot water heater, AC, stove, microwave, TV, and no problems with roof leaks or any flooring problems. Just completed a 10,000 mile, 2 month trip, covering 10 states and Canada without any significant problem. Would like to upgrade, but reviews of newer hard body products are terrible and scare me--think we may just keep our Roo a little longer!
