Have had this camper since brand new used total of 15 times over those years repaired furnace water pump 12v and inverter I've had several campers growing up and never had so many repairs on one unit as this one I took it out this memorial day weekend 2023 only to have hot water heater quit and furnace quit again and found a propane leak somewhere toward the middle of the camper
No wall mounted light switches
Lights in living area lens pop out going down the road constantly I've changed about every bulb 3-4 times over the years I just don't understand how a high end unit can not be usable after not being used that much almost like it's wore out from not using it very disappointed in this unit was my parents pride and joy for retirement but health plans diverted them from traveling in it but I'm sure they wouldn't have made it very long in this junker for sure

It pulls great, you don't even know it is behind you. Everything is in excellent, like new condition. We are getting too old to travel, so we must sell our wonderful RV. We've had 6 RVs total from pull behind camp trailers, to motorhomes and this has been the best ever. My husband has bad vision and we just can't travel anymore. So we need to sell our 5th wheel.

Def plenty of room for us with the extra back bedroom and one and a half baths. Storage is great inside camper. I’m able to have food and vital kitchen appliances with no issues. Had some leaks in rear 1/2 bath and back bunkhouse but did not cause damage. The faucets are cheap in bathroom and the handle popped off of one, causing a major waterfall. We put residential faucets in the bathrooms and this solved that issue. Any issues easily fixed. We love this camper and it’s our first fifth wheel. The wood work is beautiful. Can be dark, so we brightened it up with a couch cover and new curtains, removed the bulky dinette. We have it parked in an RV park and keep it under a carport now. It’s our home for now and we don’t feel cramped.

Bought this RV used at 9 years old. Excellent condition. Only issue at this point was soft rotted wood in the BR slide out, typical leak for this rig. Water invaded through the bottom side trim. I knew this was issue when I bought the RV. A little effort to replace the floor, found the bottom "pan" was cracked once I got to it but FR had the part for $16 shipping. We've enjoyed this RV so far, typical issue of needing 2nd AC unit for hot southern days! Added that unit this summer, was already prewired! ALWAYS have a good charged battery, the slide operation is BR, DR, kitchen and requires a lot of power.

I went to see this one in person from the dealership, and apparently they don’t clean their used campers before they show them to people. I walked in looked at the bunkbed and almost vomited. It has bedbugs, Crawling visibly all over those mattresses. Do not go and look at this camper it is falling apart and crawling with bugs. It also is beeping incessantly and the dealership can’t figure out why I didn’t even know it was beeping, I do not recommend buying from this place.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable-we have had a waterbed for 20 years so I put a mattress pad heater and 2 toppers on it, just kinda sink in now and my feet stay warm on chilly nights. Nice closet & drawer space. And I can sit a tv on the dresser. And it's nice to have a nightstand beside the bed.
Nice rv ..comfortable & cosy.

We bought our Cedar Creek new in 2011 and have traveled extensively in it for about 90 days per year since. One of the reasons that we purchased this 5th wheel is because it is relatively light weight and we are able to pull it with our Dodge 2500 Hemi. After towing it up and down every mountain pass in the Rocky Mountains, I can say that it has never caused me any towing problems at all.
The biggest problem we had was the tires. Most RVs come with cheap tires. Ours seperated and had to be replaced on our first trip. When the tires blow, they can cause a lot of damage. We had to replace both fender skirts as well as the tires. DO NOT BUY CHEAP TIRES FOR A 5TH WHEEL. After I bought some good Maxixs tires, we had no more trouble with tires.
We have had some problems with the levelers. The leveler circuit breaker tripped a couple of times and I initially I could not find it. However, our Coachnet technician helped us out via phone. Also, the levelers once refused to operate because of low hydrolic fluid but I was able to determine the cause of the problem and get some fluid at an auto supply. Sometimes, the auto level does not work. However, I am able to put it in manual mode and level it with the up/down, left/right buttons. So I don't consider the levelers a major problem.
Overall, the trailer has been a joy to use. It has lots of room inside for a trailer of its size. We have enjoyed the big TV and twin recliners.
Our king size bed is very nice but I added a memory foam topper to it. We have plenty of storage space. I have never had a problems with the fridge, air conditioners, slides, or structural components.
Things that we would like to have had: a bigger refrigerator, another air conditioner to help out in 100 degree weather, a bigger bathroom, and more counter space.
Ovweall, I think that this is a good trailer and I recommend it.
