I am the second owner; didn't come with any warranty or support. The dealer we bought it from waved as we left. Helpful people in campgrounds taught us the tricks of the trade. The two living room sliders are 36 inches wide which gives us an extreme amount of room in the living area. The RV is made very sturdy and is easy to do maintenance on. Keep it greases and keep air in the tires; wash it and treat it like your home and it will last forever. Ours is 13 years old and still going. In great condition. We appreciate the 30 amp instead of the new 50 amps. That allows us to camp in more places that don't have the 50 amps. We love the refrigerator that is gas or electric. We can camp anyplace and don't have to worry about battery life. We replaced the fold out steps for the solid steps and those or awesome. You feel very safe and sturdy on the steps. The sewage flush we have is great and we use it before winter storage.

This fifth wheel camper met all my criteria, plus it was old enough to have little depreciation left, while looking virtually brand new. It's perfect for two people; don't believe any brochure saying it sleeps 6. The dinette and fold-down couch could each sleep small two children, but not even one 6' man. I purchased mine in February of 2020 just before COVID hit, and it cost $10K at a dealer's used RV lot (after negotiating). Today, while COVID remains rampant, I've been offered more than $16K for it. I made several updates, replaced the carpeting

I pull this unit with a Ford F-250 diesel. The unit pulls very easily. We have had no issues with this unit since purchased. The cabinets and woodwork are beautiful and the floor plan is perfect for relaxing and having other campers visiting. This is the second fifth wheel I have purchased from Forest River.

I would recommend to NOT purchase a vehicle from this manufacturer. I can document extensive repair work. Poor craftsmanship #1 problem. Closet header dropped, body separated from tow mount, ceiling and vinyl siding came unglued, main circuit breaker failed causing extensive electrical burn out, roller broke no warranty at all. Service at plant very poor with no real help. Other owners worse off, stay away as no quality appears to be used. Better value elsewhere for pricce.

We lived in this RV for 6 months while traveling the south during the winter months. The floor plan was ideal as one could work in the kitchen or use the dining table while not getting in the way of the other person watching TV or reading in the living area. Having the bathroom as totally separate from the bedroom worked well so one could have privacy or dress without waking the other. There was so much storage available throughout the RV (kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom and underbody), we didn't even use it all! The quality of Forest River products surpassed many other RVs we looked at as well. Cherry cabinets and trim throughout the RV was very attractive. We initially had some difficulty with the water hookup and contacted Forest River. Though we were out of warranty, they were very helpful and solved our problem quickly, demonstrating their high level of customer service. The only drawback to this RV is the length. We had to make sure the RV parks we stayed in were "Big Rig Friendly". Not all state parks could accommodate us.
