First issue is the awning is absolutely trash, arms has broken twice. The cost to replace is 100.00 The size is to big for for the braces to hold it up...a slight rain destroys it, even if its tilted The second issue is the air conditioner, it is by far the worst I've ever experience in a travel trailer. You literally are in an oven with what feels like a fan blowing hot air....it came like this so i know that its a factory issue. Third issue is the faucet had a big hole in the spout and would squirt out when you turned the water on...we fixed this easy. Fourth issue after one year the fireplace has completely stopped working...weve only used it 4 times. Fifth issue is the shower enclosure will not stay together...not a great big deal just aggravating Sixth issue is trim pops off everywhere but is easily fixed. LAST ISSUE... When we brought this straight from the lot the carpet was soaked, turned out there were no sealer on the roof...one complete section had been skipped ....the air conditioner or rain would have our carpet drenched. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THE PASSPORT. IT LOOKS NICE YES... ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC...BUT ITS JUST TROUBLE NOBODY NEEDS...i could understand a few simple issues ..but the awning and the air conditioner are COMPLETELY TRASH.

Whenever I read a review it’s usually bad. Like any RV they all have pros and cons, you just have to look at it like buying a house. Don’t get me wrong these reviews were helpful and we looked carefully before buying. The PROS: The Passport 2710RB GT has a wonderful floor plan. Very spacious with a lot of storage. When we transferred our things from the old RV there was still more space to place things away. Before final our buy, the dealership filled everything up. I tested the toilet, sink and shower and all had decent pressure. There was no leaks or drips anywhere. We checked the stove and oven, lit right up. Outdoor stove was an easy hook up to the gas line. A/C and heat, cooled and warmed the RV gradually but not a long wait. We double checked for what amenities the dealership provided, such as hoses and drains for grey and black water. Be sure what’s included. We checked the seals on the windows no leaks even through some thunderstorms. And it’s so light we almost forgot we were pulling it.
Now the CONS: The cabinet doors are a bit on the thin side and the back panels of the closet and under the sink. I’m the wife of a general contractor and I can see some screws sticking out instead of being flushed with the panels. Some of the seal around the bathroom sink looked sloppy. A couple moldings by the door did come loose but to us that’s easy to fix. Bare in mind…some things looked like a rush job but only to our eyes but not so bad that it bothered us. I’m just being honest for the nit pickers.
All in all, we love our RV. It’s perfect for us. If you plan to live in your RV or is a long time traveler then you should go for higher quality. After all that is your home. For us we are weekend travelers, short vacationers and it’s absolutely perfect! It’s also important who you buy it from. Our dealership was up and up with our purchase and we went through all the pros and cons, with them, as well as the what if’s. We purchased a service contract that is also extended to different states should any problems arise in the middle of our trip. I wish everyone the best and hope you all will find your perfect RV!

The only reviews I’ve read were complaints but my husband and I are happy with this trailer. The floor plan and storage is very spacious. When we moved our things from the Winnie to this trailer, there was more extra space, we had to box our items to keep them from moving around. Very light when towing, that we forgot it’s behind us unless a car up front stopped short, then we felt it but nothing a bad way. The water pressure is decent. Like a house, we flushed and ran the water, checking for leaks before we signed any contract. The factory mattress was hard but I place a memory foam mattress cover. Outdoor kitchen stove was an easy hookup to propane. Now for the cons. The quality is not up to par. Cabinets are thin but we still liked it for short term campers.the edges under the bed and under the cabinet by the bedside, are sharp so we had to put baby edge protectors. Some screws are sticking out and certain things looked to be installed like a rush job. Some moldings were sticking out but we were able to fix these minor things. When you but this trailer make sure you get an extended warranty just in case. Most of all make sure the dealer you buy it from are decent people who will help you with the issues I have read about, in the pass. I asked what would they do if we found these problems and they we upfront and decent with their answers. If you are a long term camper or live in one…definitely go for higher quality that is, after all …your home. For us…we love our trailer. It’s perfect for our 2 week trips here and there.

I purchased my 25 foot long 2021 Keystone Passport back in May. There were a few small initial problems: leaky water line under the sink, trim strip fell off of ceiling....both of which I had to fix myself because of the backlog at the dealer. When I took the unit in to fix the other issues, including screen door misalignmentand bed misalighment, the dealer also found that the window seals were cracked and pealing off. After contacting Keystone, they were informed that this was NOT covered under warranty. My call to Keystone confirmed that. The dealer wants $800 to take care of it. Now seriously. A six month old camper, and the window seals are already shot!? No way that this isn't a factory defect. I encourage everyone to avoid this manufacturer and this model.

We have owned this rv for a week now and Keystone refuses to give us any help in fixing the over factory height issue, brochures say it's 10' 8", trailer is 11' 1/2" tall. shorter air conditioner would fix problem and i could get it in my garage with a 10' 10" door. we pretty much have been on the phone all week with no help. today while putting gear inside, i noticed that most of the baseboard trim was not installed. probably 85%. it's partly done in the bath and one piece in installed in bedroom behind barn door?
I also noticed loose trim at the front door, must have ran out of staples. corner trim missing in bath under the counter top, to hard to do? I also found screws in shower, entrance door handle loose by a couple turns. I am hopeful our trip to Oklahoma will without incident.

We Had been looking for a RV with a bigger bath and this had that.I checked out the size because of our rv garage door was 10'10" tall and the old freedom express would go in it. The brochure stated that the 2710RB was 10"8", perfect. Well guess what? The rv is 11' 1/2" tall and I've been on hold most of the week trying see what can be done. Apparently Keystone doesn't put facts in their sales brochures. Somehow it's my fault for not taking more time to get a ladder and measure it myself. I was not supposed to believe anything in print on this camper, All erroneous information isn't Keystones fault. A few more surprises was the screw fell out of the door mounting bracket the second time it was opened at home. The bed night stands make it almost impossible to make the bed or get in it. It came with out a sewer hose, with a am-fm only radio without CD/ DVD player, I didn't check that either, Wifi is the rage. No camping yet, still waiting for some height answers. The Dealer is no help, not they're problem. I wish I'd never bought it a week ago.

Bought this rv in flordia to drive across the country to california to live in. Trip started out well at first then the first problem occurred, the strap holding the battery case cover snapped in half and the battery cover luckly hit my spouses truck that was following (thankfully not another car), screws started falling out of the sides no biggie easy fix, screws holding sliding door in bedroom though became stripped and the door fell off the hinge... Then we realized the reason the main door was so tight is because the bottom hinge is jammed and we have been wd/40 it every day since in hopes it will continue to break loose.... but now the worst part. after only 2 weeks of being in the camper and only pulling the drain 4 times the grey water valve is NOT working and our shower is flooded. Oh and how could i forget when we convert the table into a bed the table falls because the bench isn't spaced correctly so we have to put a bucket under the table to hold it in place while it is in the bed setting... As i am sure i am missing some of the issues otherwise... i love the camper layout, feel and hope to get everything fixed so i can use it comfortably. I grew up in and around campers, but this is the husbands first and he is hating camper life more and more. That is what disappoints me the most is the bad taste this camper has put in his mouth. As if dealing with paperwork being wrong 4 times from the dealer before we bought it and them delivering it a whole day late (without fixing initial repairs wasn't enough on him). Hopefully after all of this he will still want a camper..... Will be calling keystone tomorrow. Since i am pacific time zone and work i will be waking up an hour earlier hoping that is enough time to get my problems solved as that 5 am hour is the only time i have to get through to them before work. Wishing customer service had hours that flow with the working mans schedule.
