Over all nice rig. and it pulls very nicely considering it weights 16.5K. I love the Lippert Road Armor Pin box. It almost completely eliminated chucking going across bridges etc. Storage is plentiful especially in the kitchen. My major complaint is the bathroom is all the way in the back, visitors have to travel through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Also if you need to stop along the road to use the bathroom, you have to open the dinning room slide and the bed to get to the bathroom. The push button light in the bathroom is not conveniently placed. that light is all the way at the end of the counter under the cabinet, you need a long arm to get to it. The barn doors are in a constant need of repairs, There are no outside lights other than the awning lights especially on the drivers side and no lights in the front where the front storage is. There is a light inside the storage compartment but it is up high and hard to reach. This unit has only been pulled a few times and already one of the Lippert schwintek slides needed to be repaired. The most important complaint is the steps leading to the bedroom are 10 inches apart. coming down the steps at night are a very real trip hazard. one of my guest fell and severely injured her face. I have since had to add a bottom 6 inch step and a 4 inch addition to the next step. I now have a 3 step set up that reduced the 10 inch steps to 3-6 inch steps. I used exercise steppers to accomplish this: they have 14 inch treads. I can't believe Keystone allowed this hazard to get through engineering. The other complaint is the Lippert slide controllers are difficult to get to. the one for the ODS living room slide is behind a panel that can only be reached by crawling into the front DS compartment and removing a partition behind the city water compartment. Also, for a 2020 model year, you would think Keystone would have install smart TV's, this RV has Furrion dumb TV's in front and in the rear. The Furrion entertainment system is very cheap. If you want a decent entertainment system you will have to purchase it yourself.

Problems with ours started on day one of usage, the heater did not work and there were multiple leaking water lines. Simple fix of doing a “master reset” and tightening stuff, but still…
Pros: tows decently. Floor plan was decent.
Cons: made cheap with little to no quality control.I would have given a zero, but wasn’t an option Example of things that happened with our brand new trailer in the first year; fireplace heater fan quit working, refrigerator would not work with electric (as soon as propane is gone, your S.O.L.), refrigerator coolant line ruptured, screws under linoleum (8 total), pantry shelves collapsed (put together with staples, really?!), all jack fault, grey and black tank level sensors erroneous readings, closet rod mounts busted, drawer slide broke, counter (bathroom sink) not sealed adequately, wardrobe slide would not actuate, chipped wall/wallpaper from manufacturer, both batteries went bad, inadequate hardware installed multiple locations, piss-poor sealing on undercarriage, and water pump will not prime in winterizing-mode… There’s a bunch more that occurred and was discovered, but that gives you pretty good picture of the “quality” I was fortunate enough to deal with.
You know why you get a 1-year warranty on the purchase of a new trailer? Because they know they just sold you a piece of guaranteed crap. According to my service guy, the manufacturer expects to pay about 30% of the sale price in warranty work. How the heck are these ass-clowns still in business?
Most people don’t spend enough time in their trailers in the first year to experience most of the problems they will face, until their “warranty” is up that is. Do yourself a favor, don’t buy new for one. Don’t spend more than $20K on one of these either. You’re already going to end up spending a small fortune to keep it in operational condition.

We bought a Montana because they were known for their quality and reliability. Unfortunately in 2021 that all changed, and this rv has been nothing but problems.
In the very first week of ownership I found the power wire wrapped around an aluminum stud with the insulation stripped bare, an extreme fire and shock hazard. That was just the tip of the iceberg. 2 months later the leveling system started failing more frequently and had to be replaced. Then I found a broken cross member that had to be welded back together. Another mom the later I found the only screws holding the medicine cabinet up were the ones screwed into the black tank vent pipe. The master br slide has been a problem for months. Even after complete replacement, it only lasted 3 weeks before having problems again. Due to his the bedroom floor has been damaged multiple times. The main slide roof began sagging so much water would run into the living room and had to be jacked up and restructured.
After about 8 months the door became difficult to close, and wouldn't stay closed while driving, even with the dead bolt locked and grab handle closed.
This entire thing is just a total pile of junk, and most likely won't last the full length of its 3 year structural warranty.

To Keystone. We bought a camper a 2022 Carbon 338 in May 2022 and when we did our first walk through we found many problems and of course the dealer wrote them all down and said we will get it all fixed, the next day we took our camper on our first trip we noticed there were many more problems, the bathroom sink counter top was cracked, there was a pea size hole in the bottom side of our shower and No hot water and problems with the awning going in and out both back deck and main awnings, we’ll finally got an appointment July 13,2022 to bring in the camper in to be all fixed, well the wrong side of the screen door was ordered and everything else they said they are waiting on Keystone to approve in the warranty dept. pictures were all taken when we found problems and sent to the dealer and again when we brought the camper back July 13, then the called in August for us to bring camper in because they said the warranty dept needed pictures of the problems, they have 2sets of pictures but had to drive it back 1 1/2 hours away and $100.00 in gas each trip that our camper still did not get fixed.. So here our camper sits that we are paying for and can’t really go camping with no hot water , take a shower or can’t use the awnings, the slider door to our rear deck and other things not working properly. Had to cancel trips, lost money , this experience has made someone who loved camping to not liking it at all.. seems like poor workmanship on your end and very poor dealer customer service all they do is want you to buy then excuse after excuse Please see what you can do we went to the service manager and all he says all waiting on Keystone I have all paper work showing everything that is wrong with the camper I will attach in this email
Here is a list of everything we found wrong : bathroom counter sink cracked, hot water tank, toilet gasket, outside valve for holding tank leaking, bolts in the underbelly were never put back, bathroom floor creaking , auto level hyd tank was leaking, hole in shower , party deck rail only 1 bolt holding it on , hooks for steps on party deck were not there, screen in bedroom window wrong size , rain gutter was leaking in back of awning , party deck awning would not open, main awning would not retract, side door hinges were coming off, solar battery was swelled to 3 times the size it should be they replaced battery not solar said no parts… expensive camper for everything wrong

Just bought a brand new 2022, sprinter 30 RL and I have not stopped fixing the stuff they didn’t bother to finish. Everything from the plumbing, the caulking loose screws panels that are blocking compartments for no reason simply lazy crap. Breaking point was the supposed “back up camera ready” consists of drilling a hole in the back no wires no nothing and putting a cap over it and then you can’t even reach in there with a probe to find anything that’s due to aluminum framing in the way.missing no I use the camera by wrapped a camera and looked in there and it’s like 16 inches away stuck between the panel and the framing and I can’t get it loose. Workmanship is probably the least of all the five campers I’ve owned in 30 years.

We purchased 2020 keystone laredo 325rl. We love the floor plan, king sized bed, large frig, and outdoor kitchen. It had everything we were looking for in a camper!
However, we were not looking for the plethora of issues we have had with it. I will tell you we will never buy another camper from Keystone. We always owned Jayco up to this point and thought we would give Keystone a try. mistake...mistake!
First the electric cord that supplies the unit with electricity got hot and fused together. The repair man found that only one of the two 110amp were tightened down(factory defect). This caused hookup to over heat (so glad we didn't burn up in our camper).
Next, trim falls off ceiling so we keep putting up the fallen pieces.
After that, the furnace doesn't work. My poor husband had to crawl into a tiny space to get it out to take in to be fixed. $$ The fix didn't solve the problem. Now we are on to a new regulator to see if furnace will work! ugh
We did have to replace the thermostat because AC would not shut down once it reached its temp. It would just run and run and run....the new thermostat did fix this issue. Thank God for small victories!!
Piolet light in the oven will not light. Yes, we watched the video on it.... Still wont light, at least i have not had to clean the oven!
The closet rack fell down dropping all our close on the floor. We checked it out and found the little factory builder people had missed every board they were supposed to hit to make it solid and strong enough to hold our hanging clothes. My husband fixed this issue. Yeah!
Last time out the water heater sounds like it is getting to hot and starts making scary boiling (I might explode) noises. We just started shutting it down between uses. All fine until you need a quick shower and cant because there is NO hot water.
We do keep saying, after this issue, we shouldn't have anymore....until the more comes!

My wife and I took the big leap from a $10k camper to a brand new Keystone Cougar, spending way more than we ever have on something like this. We like the floor plan (minus a few nits) but the build quality is so bad it has ruined the entire experience and leaves me wondering what is going to go wrong next. Everything from the AC malfunctioning, clogged water lines, fasteners missing, cabinet doors with malfunctioning and grossly misaligned latches, leaky compartment doors, leaking and malfunctioning water system, stinky sewage tank (in camper)... The list goes on. I started finding these issues the day we brought it home and just continue to find them.
It doesn't help that the dealership (Camping World) is so incredibly inept that their repairs cause more damage than they fix, but the issues originate with the Keystone (lack of) quality.
