The floor plan is perfect for me and my dog. It has some nice features like solar panel, blue tooth and plenty of storage. However, quality of the construction has been horrible. I have had blinds go bad racks falling of the wall, trim failing all over the unit, roof problems within first 6 months, etc…common phases I hear frequently at the parks I travel is “ they don’t build them like they use to”! When I have been asked about my unit, I say simply don’t waste your money! I understand that there are about 4 major manufacturers, but I certainly have not been happy with Keystone.

I would give it a Zero if it would let me. We purchased a Montana 3761FL in April of 2023. We have had nothing but trouble with the gas furnace in cold weather. We live in it and you can freeze to death when the temp is 22 or below. Keystone doesn't seem to care that we are having furnace problems and the dealership, Bankston Motor Homes in Huntsville, Alabama isn't any better. We are disgusted with it and now can't sell it for what we owe on the piece of garbage Keystone Montana. Call me before you buy one.

We have own this trailer for 1 and half year. The first 11 month it was in the shop 5 months with different things. water coming in the slides in bedroom and living room slides. We had a nail going through the rubber roof they would not fix , had panel come off they would not fix. They say it is 4 season ,not so. There is no insulation in the cone so at 18 the water is froze up .Ther is a lack of insulation in the slideouts. The underbelly is not insulated I have done alot of insulating to help the underbelly to help in colder weather. We had alot of trouble with furnace. to. This is a 2023 Montana High Country 373 Rd. I advice not to buy a Keystone unless you enjoy it be in the shop and have lots of troubles

I have had this RV for 10 months. I decided to pay the extra $10k for the full body paint and I have been dealing with Keystone for 3 months to get the paint issues resolved. There are large sections of paint that is just peeling off the front cap. There are now 2 "soft ball" size sections of paint that has just peeled off the front cap and several other areas and now Keystone will NOT stand behind their warranty as they are stating they are caused by rock chips. I explained to Keystone that rock chips should not cause the paint to peel off the trailer in large (3"-5") pieces as it appears there was either an issue when they painted the trailer or an issue with the paint. At this point Keystone basically told me it is my fault and won't do anything about it. DO NOT BUY A KEYSTONE PRODUCT! Holiday World who I bought it from is also no help!!

This unit is quality and comfort combined with luxury. The front window brings the beauty of nature indoors. It is by far my favorite RV. The interior is a bright and modern farmhouse design. My favorite amenities are the full refrigerator with ice maker, central vacuum, king size bed with the most comfortable mattress I've ever had and dual air. I seriously could live in it.

We bought this 5th wheel brand new in 2023 and travelled in it full time. We absolutely loved the layout and the features, but ultimately it only lasted 18 months and about 15k miles. The RV was a problem from day 1. We towed it home and within a couple of days realized they had damaged a wire and pinched it against the metal wall studs, which was a SERIOUS fire hazard. Luckily it was caught early. The next few months were riddled with multiple problems from holes drilled in sewer vent pipes, improperly installed gaskets and failed leveling system. Keystone paid for mobile techs each time, but not without pushback. At the 3 month mark we found one of the cross members had already broken and had to have a mobile welder come and repair our 3 MONTH old frame. Over the next 15 months we had more and more problems from shoddy workmanship. The bedroom slide (Schwintek) failed multiple times, even after being fully replaced. We finally determined it was because the wall studs were all broken. We also started having more frame issues as we reached the 16 month mark, so the point that 4 more cross members had failed (the repaired one was the only one still holding up). It took almost 3 months of fighting with Keystone to come to a resolution on the issue.

We bought this 5th wheel brand new in 2021 and travelled in it full time. We loved the layout and the features, but ultimately it only lasted 15 months and about 15k miles. We had the typical trim popping loose and minor issues which were easily addressed. About 5 months in we had our first major issue which was a brake failure. Admittedly not Keystone's fault, and they covered the cost of a mobile tech coming to replace them. We really didn't have any complaints until we hit the 15 month mark when I noticed the floor had a big wave to it from one side to the other. After digging into it, I realized that the cross members had ALL completely failed. Every weld was broken from front to back, so the floor and the hitch was the only thing holding it together. It took 3 weeks of fighting with Keystone, while stuck in a hotel to come to a resolution on the issue.

We have been very pleased with our new Montana. All of our trips so far have been short, 100 to 500 miles or so. We've had three component failures, a Propane/02 detector, a motion light in our stairway and the JBL radio. Keystone and Rick's RV in Ville Platte La. has handled our warranty claims without a visit to the dealership. We couldn't be happier with the support from both. RV manufacturers sometimes get a bad rap. These things are built using hundreds of parts and pieces and everything breaks. And I'll also say that If you're not a handy man at some level, you shouldn't own an RV. When you buy a Montana you can be assured you're buying a quality RV.
