Purchased an Avalanche 338gk back in 21 as a 22 model and have taken it out multiple times a year. This thing is a luxury house on wheels. Full size fridge for keeping snacks for the kids, a nice little electric fireplace in the living room, and a wonderful king size bed for me to get away from the kids at night. Haven't had any issues out of the camper during the over 3 years we have owned it.

My experience with Keystone has been nothing short of a nightmare. We purchased this fifth wheel new in 2022 and have only been able to use it 2 times since buying it as it has been in the shop more than not. The biggest problem has been with the poorly installed air conditioning system. There is virtually no airflow from the vents on the non camping side and little on the other. After running for about an hour no airflow whatsoever is coming out of the non camping side. I put a borescope in the ducts and found that one was crushed and the aluminum tape that was used to seal the connecting to the roof unit was doing a better job of blocking the duct than anything else. There also appears to be something that looks like shop towl (or dead cat) in one of the ducts. Further investigation revealed that 2 of the vents in the ceiling missed the duct. Keystone is refusing to repair under warranty stating that service tessted and verified that the air coming out of the vents is 20 degrees colder than the air going in. That is not the problem. The problem is no airflow. It has been in the shop multiple times for this problem. The last time we used it (2nd time) we discovered that the outside kitchen electrical outlets don't work. Scheduled service for that, the ac again and a few recalls. By the time they were able to get to it it was "out of warranty" so now Keystone refuse to cover anything. There are numerous other problems which as a long time rv owner I have come to expect. What I didn't expect was the incredibly horrible way Keystone is as a company. I can not stress enough to anyone that you should avoid Keystone products like the plague.
