Overall the trailer is good. 3 extra holes drilled in under the kitchen sink because someone wasn't paying attention and kept drilling pipe holes in the wrong place. The sink in the bathroom had rust stains from sitting over the winter (without us ever using it, we bought it at the end of the season before we could actually use it to camp). Trim inside is cheap, and you need to glue and nail it back in place. Believe it or not, overall I like the camper.

After 3 years of ownership, we like it even more now. If you are looking for a spacious front living quarters 5th wheel, this should be on your list. It comes with a lot of features for their mid grade unit, so I really like the overall value...

I bought a last years model. Had to leave Colorado for Jacob's RV in Nebraska to get a better deal; 40K for a new, wide body, mid-bunk fifth wheel with two A/Cs... good deal! I've had it 2 1/2 years, and I'm definitely surprised how few problems I've had, and we camp roughly 8 times a year. The interior is not as modern as I'd like, but the floor plan is ideal, and is more important. Mid-bunks are ideal IMO, and the big windows face the campground on this unit, unlike the newer 3571FWLFT Sprinter model. I pick my campsites based on the views because the windows are BIG. Watching movies in the main room with the family is fun and comfortable with ample seating. The kitchen is nice to cook in. The fridge is smaller than some, but big enough for us. Wife and I can watch movies in the bedroom and the unit is so big, the kids can carry on sleeping in peace, one in the loft, the other in the mid bunk. Midbunks are THE best floorplan if you want to accommodate a family AND maintain good views. I did find some modifications desirable (not essential). I added Morryde suspension enhancements with upgraded shackles and wet bolts (this is worth the $- your RV will thank you as you hit potholes). I changed to Goodyear tires after a flat that was NOT the fault of the manufacturer. It's only 4-point auto leveling (vs 6 point), so I added SteadyFast stabilizers. The newer Sprinter grayish brown cabinets are lovely, but my 2017 is heavy wood grain brown. I might paint the cabinets, but I'm concerned about the vinyl wrap of the cabinet frames. It's peeling and bubbling in a few places. Some of the doors don't latch very well. The main living space would benefit from an extra heat vent. The slide outs are cable operated, and some will knock this, but so far so good! And it also makes the RV 1,000 pounds lighter. My gripes are minor considering the RV has had so few issues. If I bought again, I might consider a Keystone Avalanche for the hardwood cabinetry, if your truck can handle the weight. I find the Avalanche's lack of popularity confusing. Avalanche is awesome, but my Sprinter has also been a winner for the money.

We have had this rv 2 years we have lived in it in Florida full time and love everything about it , love the storage space, wide body plenty of room , bedroom is great certainly hangs all our clothes with the double wardrobe , cupboards and drawers ... great when family come to stay front living area is very private making this a great second bedroom for guests or children ... I have nothing bad to say about it and we have lived through summers and winters here in sunny Florida ... does it get warm (yes) but both a/c work a treat , I read some people had a couple of issues but these must of been far and few between as we know three people with the same van and they all love it ... if you want something you can use in the heat and cold then this is the van for you ... we tow it regularly up and down the Florida coast from Orlando to the keys every month and have never had any issues at all You get good and bad with everything ... we have no negatives 😃

The front living room makes this unit very comfortable and the general layout is very livable with the slides open. With the slides closed, you cannot access the bedroom or the bathroom which isn't a huge problem but worth noting. Raised table isn't comfortable and I would prefer a conventional dinette. We've had the unit for two seasons now and have not had to return to the dealer for any issues except normal maintenance. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone needing a livable unit for any length of stay including full-time.

I loved the layout of the Sprinter fifth wheel that we bought in 2017. However upon the winter months the heater wouldn't work, the toilet wouldn't hold water and my awning keeps coming off the railing. I have had fix three time in one year at Camping World. After the last work on the trailer, We didn't use it for a year and assumed all the problems were fixed. My parents took my trailer camping in Sept 2019 and found all three of the issues still not working. UGH! What to do?

Overall we have been very satisfied with Keystone products. When we purchased this RV we purchased a five year platinum warranty. I was a little concerned with the style of slide-outs but we have had zero problems. Immediately after purchasing I put a Gel coat wax on it and it has held up very well from UV rays. The paint remains excellent after three years. Our unit has several add-on's including a second air conditioner, awnings over all slide-outs, a roof-top hide-away stow-a-way satellite dish, rain proof vents and we added a washer/dryer combo in place of the second tub and shower unit in the bunkhouse. The only problem that we have had with our unit not covered under the warranty was the metal track for the roll-up power awning. There seems to be a design defect in the track holding the awning and we are replacing. We recently replaced all brakes and drums after a problem with one of the adjusters.

This is a great RV. We replaced the couch in the den with Bunks for the kids. No mechanical issues. Using the Anderson ultimate hitch makes hitching and towing very easy. One thing I would like to see different is to have a better design for water connections. The hose connection is tight for my fat fingers and is not insulated for winter RV use. I would recommend this RV to any family of 5+ or even a couple looking for space/storage and creature comforts. The holding tanks can easily go a full week with a family of 5 which makes electric only (cheep sites) vary practical for week long vacations/boondocking.
