Where to start with this one? We bought the RV new to stay on property we have, so nothing wrong with it can be blamed on road travel. It is comfortable and we like the floor plan., but we've had one thing after another go wrong. Right off the bat, the entry door had to be slammed to close it. We tried adjustments, etc., and finally discovered the keyhole plate was too big and wasn't installed properly. Took that off, and it closes normally. Within the first 6 months, the converter went out (in the middle of a Texas summer) and had to be replaced. The original toilet leaked and after some research on our own, we found out it had been recalled. They did send us a new one, that was cheap to say the least, but we installed it, after we replaced the cheap flange in the floor that had cracked. We ended up replacing it with one we purchased ourselves. We've replaced the water pump twice. The kitchen faucet leaks. The water heater has never worked on electric, only propane. The propane regulator was recalled. We have 2 refrigerators and have had to replace both control boards. The sound bar quit working. The outside cable/satellite connection has never worked. The outdoor kitchen light quit working. The kitchen vent hood quit working. The latest issue is that the drain pipe under the shower broke, which we were unaware of, water built up under the trailer on top of the lining underneath, which eventually collapsed sending not so pleasant smelling stagnant , animal poop-filled water everywhere, which leads me to the worst part. I found giant holes in each end of the frame of the RV that allowed critters to crawl in and set up house on top of the covering underneath and use it as a superhighway to climb up into the trailer through the giant holes they left everywhere a water, electric or gas line had to come up into the trailer from below. It took a lot of work and a lot of Great Stuff, but I think I finally have all the inside holes filled and haven't had anymore mice inside. The workmanship on this trailer is pitiful and support is nil. They should be ashamed for selling such a mess. If I could leave 0 stars for overall quality and support, I would. Buyer beware. We plan to upgrade, but it won't be to a Keystone. Show less

What a piece of junk!! Never have I seen anything so poorly built!! There is always something broken or breaking. This thing is literally held together with staples!! Do yourself a favor and do not ever consider purchasing anything from Keystone. Show less

Just bought a brand new 2022, sprinter 30 RL and I have not stopped fixing the stuff they didn’t bother to finish. Everything from the plumbing, the caulking loose screws panels that are blocking compartments for no reason simply lazy crap. Breaking point was the supposed “back up camera ready” consists of drilling a hole in the back no wires no nothing and putting a cap over it and then you can’t even reach in there with a probe to find anything that’s due to aluminum framing in the way.missing no I use the camera by wrapped a camera and looked in there and it’s like 16 inches away stuck between the panel and the framing and I can’t get it loose. Workmanship is probably the least of all the five campers I’ve owned in 30 years. Show less

Quality is 2/5!!! We loved it due to the floor plan. BUT the quality is garbage!!! Finish screws are rusted. Radio (fusion sound bar) don’t work. Rubber seal around slides show light through. Wall in master bed is built crooked so door barely closes right. Honestly I wish I would of kept my jayco jay flight. This is a 2022 sprinter 35bh but it wouldn’t summit without put what I did. We loved our stays in this 5th Wheel. This Keystone 252 - 5th wheel, was the perfect size for my wife I. We’d stayed in it for well over a month in the heat of Florida, no problems. It could handle up to 6 people, but 4 would probably be more comfortable. Thermal package makes it a dream to cool and heat. Tows beautiful, not too heavy, not too light. Short enough to get in almost any park. Plenty of Storage. Show less

This unit pulls wonderful ,The large front kitchen with the double fridge and freezer is great when preparing meals, the time we lived in it till we finished purchasing our home was very pleasant do to all the room ,large bath room and full shower Show less

I am so disappointed with the quality of this camper, no quality control! Here’s my list of problems. Water heater has an. element out, no rod or pull handle for the black water tank, stool seal leaks, door is in possibly hard to open, leak in the roof vent in the bathroom, water runs down the door from a crack in the awning rail, curtains not screwed down so they shut all the way, table wasn’t screwed to the floor. Do not spend even $25000 on this product!! Do not buy!!! Please do not buy this product!! $53,000 will get you a lousy day 1 product. -You will constantly clean up saw dust because they don't clean as they build - You'll get a charging system that won't hold a charge. -2 brand new AC units but one will never work and the other will go bad within 3 trips. - A shower area that feels like your about to fall through it, which is 100% bound to fail very soon. -In 2500 miles 3 flat tires. -A rotten smelling fridge because again the charging system won't charge and keep it cold, but wait shouldn't the gas setting fix this? You'd think but it doesn't work. - The exterior storage doors don't line up and lock great so the storage doors will open while driving and blow off your brand new keystone sprinter. - just a full all around pile of garbage!! - absolutely garbage I 200% expect the warranty department to be worth the product which is a flop. There should be a class action lawsuits, this business should be out of business. Biggest fraud I have felt with in 39 years of living. I would expect at least 1 great summer of trips but no... Not even 1 trip was successful. I have owned and wish I still owned 15 year old booties that were more reliable than this product. We are very happy with our choice of a Keystone Sprinter travel trailer. The floorplan was well designed and the overall quality was good. I was so excited to have a kitchen island, with additional storage and room for seating/serving. The second entrance directly into the bathroom was definitely a plus with kids. The sleeping areas in the bunkhouse were a bonus, and the privacy in the master bedroom with a solid door is much appreciated. Show less

We bought this camper new. It has a big double door refrigerator. When we got home found out there is no way to lock the doors. Has anyone else had this problem. Have contacted Keystone. They basically said to bad. Took it back to gander mt. And they could believe there was no way to lock doors. Show less
