Comfortable, roomy, its almost a house.. Tows well, stable, tracks well. Kitchen is functional and easy to manage. Only shortfall is it could use more drawers. We get great comments and, "WOW this is nice" often. We built and solid. Wish Keystone built a Diesel Pusher Show less

We were new to camping and we're looking for a good starter trailer we thought that this would be a good one for the money. Being a travel trailer it is very easy to tow , and we loved the bunkhouse layout for our kids. Unfortunately the quality of this trailer was extremely poor. We are happy that we did not buy a trailer from keystone with a lot of features as they would probably all be broken. When the camper was less than one year old we took it in for its inspection and to get a roof inspection as the panels underneath the membrane where separating causing tears in The membrane. The technicians took pictures of the trailer roof and sent them in for warranty as they also believed it should be covered. Keystone denied warranty. They stated it appeared to them that sticks falling on the roof caused the tearing of the membrane which makes absolutely no sense. I will never buy another keystone or anything else that they are associated with because they're warranty means absolutely nothing. On something that was so blatantly poor quality as you can see the underneath sheets separating from each other and could actually move the plywood underneath around with your hand and you could see the stretching and eventually ripping of the roof I feel that there is no excuse for this. We decided to get back into camping and purchased our Springdale Summerland at an RV dealership in Carthridge, MO. We liked the idea of having a Forever Warranty because they basically make sure everything on your RV is checked thoroughly ever year. The selling point is gives you "Piece of Mind" knowing your RV will be in working order because they thoroughly check every year all the basic components. After purchasing our brand new camper, knowing we had the "Piece of Mind" policy, we decided for out 1st camping trip to take our camper to the local lake 15 minutes away. As we were going down the highway to our 1st turn, my husband noticed insulation on the road and then noticed the whole front panel was missing from our camper. Since it was brand new the company gladly fixed it. 1st year inspection with the Forever Warranty they tell us everything checked out but it looked like we had a bent axial or maybe the wheel was out of alignment. They didn't have the equipment to check and told us we would have to take care of it. 2nd year we took camper to Colorado and the AC froze up. Called and had a local RV repairman come out to the campsite and $175 later basically said he couldn't fix. 2nd year Forever Warranty inspection didn't find any issues with AC or apparently anything else except for the axial issue which wasn't covered under the Forever Warranty. So we head out on 1st camping trip for the year and the water pump goes out. Easy fix once we returned but why wasn't that issue addressed during the 2nd year Forever Warranty. 2nd camping trip was back to Colorado and guess what AC froze up!!!!! Oh and the fridge stopped working!!! So back to Carthridge, Mo to the dealership. So frustrating!!! Forever Warranty's are a sells pitch that 3rd year Show less

We have taken out the trailer several times over the last few years. When dry camping the tanks had great capacity allowing a family of 4 to be out for 4 days including Navy showers each day. We used a 20amp generator on a few adventures and it handled the load pretty well. We also had a few occasions to do full hook up and it was great. There is a good amount of storage space within the trailer. Kitchen area was livable Appliances did a great job. We love to get out camping and taking the trailer makes it even better. Show less

I would highly recommend this "problem free" trailer to Anyone, because, after owning a "new" 2017 Forest River Palomino, which was a "Total Nightmare", that included problems with plumbing, electrical, water leaks & discovering the box was Not "bolted" to the frame, after it came "OFF", in the rain, while driving, with, absolutely, No Factory Support, "EVER", my Keystone trailer was very reliable, even when subjected to "extreme" wind & rain & snow conditions & Never leaked a drop or had Anything, suddenly, stop working !!! I never had to take it back to the Dealer for anything !!! Choose wisely & Enjoy your time together !!! Note: It was a little too wide for me to easily drive, but nice when you were inside !!! This RV has been great. We're a family of four and once a year we spend 2 weeks in the RV. Lot's of room and very functional. 3 years later and it's leaking, I can't tell where from. Now I will have to spend a ton of $$$ to get it checked/sealed. New RV is a waste of money! buy used, you'll have to put money in regardless. Show less

I love this trailer. I have the Artic package and have enjoyed using it all year. The open floor plan is very comfortable and the finishes are very nice. I like the private bedroom and double entry doors. It is easy to pull and so much fun! Show less

I have owned this RV for 5 years and loved it. The floor plan is great, very spacious, excellent storage. The pantry is amazingly huge, enough kitchen storage for all dishes, utensils, food, you name it. The bedroom works well, queen sized bed, it also has a 4 drawer dresser, washer and dryer, and good sized closet big enough to hang up plenty of clothes. There is a Onan generator that is strong enough to power the entire unit and all air conditioners. The fire place in the living room will keep you warm while your watching TV on the 50 inch HD smart TV and Sony surround sound. The RV tows like a dream, I'm sure most of that has to do with the F350 Dually I drive but the rv tows easy. It makes big turns but that's to be expected with a 44 foot rig with triple axles. I love the garage space because of its versatility. The back doors open and turn into a deck with fencing that is perfect to enjoy the outside. I would recommend this RV and model to anyone. After looking at many trailers, this was by far the best floorplan for us. The walkaround queen bed is great, but most importantly, the views and natural light from the dining area,with three windows, the rear being huge. Everything has worked great this first season, no problems at all with it, though a few little things could be better, such as the sharp bottom edges of the wardrobes on the sides of the bed. Best floorplan we could gind in a 20’. Access to full queen bed from noth sides, oven, 3 burner stove. Best part is natural light in dining area with winows on two sides and back, the latter being huge. So far no problems. Show less
