We can't go like use to, so it's for sale. It has been a good one. Quite a step up from the hybrids we had owned before. This model offered a lot of value for the price. It offers a unique floorplan that has met all our expectations. It has more storage than you can imagine. We all like our stuff and you can find a place for it. Everything is just convenient. Anyone owning a RV well be way ahead if they are a hands-on person. Be prepared to do things. Stuff happends, but we are blessed with many places to search out the answers. The industry has not kept up with the demand for service. However they working to give the owners the tools to keep them camping. We are glad we did it. Enjoy the experience, Kwink

We love the space the hybrid provides with two queen size beds. I also appreciate that our table does not need to double as a bed for us to enjoy the trailer. The couch is quite comfortable according to my son. We have traveled extensively and this is the 3rd trailer we've owned. Bought this new in 2017 and loved it until this year when we discovered a soft spot near the door. When my husband uncovered the floor there is a significant amount of rot and water damage and we do not know where the water is coming from. Have had the roof sealed twice and don't see any other signs of leaking but the floor is a total mess. Called insurance company to see if it is covered. Local dealer said it is not covered under warranty even though we bought the extended warranty. Would not buy this brand again if this is what you get 3 years after purchase.

Big teenagers fit comfortably in the full size bunk beds, could fit 2 little kids in each no problem. Loved having the nice bathroom with a door to outside - don't have to trek through camper (with dirty feet) to go to the bathroom. Entertainment system great, indoor and outdoor speakers. Highly recommend

We bought our 2017 Passport Elite in the winter of 2017 when our 2011 Forest River blew an axle on a trip to Florida. We have made several long (2,000 mile trips). We love the roominess/floorplan. We have had no significant problems. There have been a few basic, no serious issues. The window openers are flimsy and have needed repair. A piece of ceiling molding has pulled loose and needs to be reattached. The shelf in the ample storage area by the door pulled loose from the walls and collapsed. Other than that, it pulls very easily, and is quite maneuverable. We like the Corian counter tops, the design and roominess, and the nice amount of cabinetry and storage room. It has been a great way to travel for the two of us and our cat. Now that we are retired, we're ready to hit the road for some longer trips!

Passport Grand Touring is one of the top lines of camper travel trailers and the only model I have bought since 2007. This model has a comfortable queen bed, a leather couch that folds out into a bed, u-shape dinette makes into a bed and 4 bunks in the back. It also has a small outdoor kitchen with a 2 burner stove for cooking outside while camping. It also has a small fridge, bowl sink and storage area. On the opposite side there is a exit door that also allows you to store chairs etc under the bottom bunk. There is also a outdoor shower. With the Grand Touring package it includes aluminum wheels. Both passthur doors in front and the outdoor kitchen is held up by a magnetic attached to the camper! Much better then the plastic clips! This model offers outside speakers, auto roll out awning and a light strip right underneath the awning on the camper. This Passport is light and I pull it just fine with my 1/2 ton RAM truck.

We bought this trailer new from a local dealer and have really enjoyed owning it. It has a great layout and features, is very comfortable and has lots of storage. We really love the power awning and outdoor kitchen. We have used this in all weather, and it will keep you cool in hot weather and warm in cold weather. The bunks are great if you have kids, and we've had four young kids from our church sleep in the bunks, two on each bunk, and they had a blast staying in this trailer. We love that it has a full bath that is roomy, and we haven't even begun to fill up all the available storage. For example, there is storage under the bed that we haven't touched. There are a few things we would change if we could. For one, we'd like to see more 110v AC outlets. I take my laptop with me on the road, and when sitting in the dinette there is no outlet right there - you have to plug into the outlet in the bathroom, which works but isn't ideal.

We purchased our new Passport travel trailer in May from dealer in Aloha, OR, and have been very disappointed with the workmanship. It is a 6 hr drive from our home to dealership so very difficult to get them to address our issues with their appointment/drop off policy. The Inspection Policy/Report posted in the RV is a joke. Perhaps the workman forgot his tools… ie screws/screwdrive/rench/glue gun, vacuum! We had two trips to select and then pick up the RV; each trip is 12 hours. When we discussed these issues on the phone with the Salesman who first met with us, he was very indifferent and blew us off. Shame on us for not reading other customers reviews on this RV dealership in Oregon. Here is a list of problems and issues: 1. Screws to support table were loose, 2. Under sink faucet fitting was loose so water was streaming through cabinet soaking carpet and dripping out bottom of trailer, 3. Outside handrail is loose at bottom and no way to tighten it, 4. Sawdust scattered on the floor and fell out of window ruffles, 5. Screws too short on sofa bed bracket and it broke within 3 weeks, 6. No caulking between shower wall and tub which will be invitation for mold/mildew, 7. Trim board at ceiling above Murphy bed detached, 8. Smoke alarm goes off within 10 minutes of baking, 9. Trim on Murphy bed support foot rail has 2 missing pieces, 10. Screws/bolts on tongue of trailer were loose, 11. Awning has slipped out of bar 12. Awning support brackets on one end are bent. These awning problems are not due to anything on our part as we have so rarely used the awning and been extremely careful. Service department in WA hopes to get the faucet, railing, and awning issues addressed at dealer on our second visit within 3 weeks and after waiting 3 weeks for the first appointment. RNR found this last serious issue with the awning and has ordered parts for replacement. Thankfully the service person called/spoke to us about the awning bracket situation. It was suggested that perhaps the defect ie bracket problem was from the very beginning or done at the dealerships when they attempted to move the RV or to repair the awning fabric tubing. Hopefully repairs will be completed by the end of October. We owned a Mallard trailer for 11 years but thought this Passport layout with the Murphy bed would be a step up for us. Now we are dealing with poor workmanship throughout the Passport. We do like the flooring, LED lighting, and Murphy bed design, but miss the other features we had in the Mallard like grey water tank that allowed 3 showers (always short) before having to pull it to a dump station. Now we catch all our dish water in pan and water the local vegetation and take outside showers so we can stay in our spot for 5-6 days. Not a happy camper at this time.
