The quality and the service aren't there. The trim started falling off immediately. Three of the four stabilizer jacks bent the first week we had it when the camper shifted after it was leveled. The toilet seal leaks continuously. The shore power arched and welded the power cord to the camper within the first 6 months. Cost us $400 to fix it and had to use alternative sources of electricity. The warranty didn't cover this. The furnace hasn't worked for over half the time we've had it. Cost us $600 to get it fixed. Warranty service isn't an option as the locations are few and far between. The Keystone website even states that it would be easier for the RV owner to fix it themselves.

Outside trim screws came out after using 3 times. Hot water l tank cracked. Less than 30days after 1 year warranty And keystone won’t cover it. Warranty from keystone is worthless. Crappy travel trailer that literally falls apart pulling it down the highway. Keystone is a joke. Please look for something else and don’t make the same mistake I made.

The refrigerator had to be replaced. The shower leaked the GFI breaker had to be replaced. A hole in the insulation of the slide out. Just went to clean the plexiglass in the skylight and it popped out. This is the worst built camper I have ever seen. Fuck keystone. They was a quality brand before Warren Buffett bought them out. I have used this camper 1 day in 3 months.

We have purchased 6 brand new Keystone Rv’s in the past 10 years including travel trailers and Fifth Wheels. With each new RV we have encountered changes for the good and the bad. In a perfect world we would be able to order the exact features we would like to have just as you can with auto products. Pros: Great Design, tows easily , spacious with lots of windows and an extra storage area outside. It offers a small outdoor kitchen with a small refrigerator and cooking griddle. Cons: Tankless water heater, takes too long for hot water to get to kitchen sink and doesn’t maintain heat thus wasting water. The outdoor stove vent is so high that you need a step stool to open and close it. The microwave sits too high so it’s hard to get food in and out of it. The roof vents were not caulked well enough so we had leaking in the bathroom shower and vent. Inside the vent surround screws were tightened too much that the plastic cracked. Keystone needs more quality control and inspections! The overhead cupboards open by lifting the door up with no catch to keep them open making it difficult to get into to get things out of them put things away. CHEAP Theater Seating is made with cheap faux plastic which clings to you when you move in the seat. Due to the cheap recliners the leg rest catches when putting up and wears off the faux plastic on the sides. The bedroom has push button lights which are hard to reach to turn on & off unless you’re a tall person. A simple light switch would have been a minimal cost and more convenient for the customer. Comparing the steps between Lippert and MORryde there’s no question about it that Lippert is the better step with the wider footprint. The outdoor handle coming into the camper has gotten smaller making it more difficult for persons with disabilities to get up the steps. Keystone has cut corners on too many things trying to save money. The quality goes down and the cost goes up. This is a problem with all brands of campers.

We can't go like use to, so it's for sale. It has been a good one. Quite a step up from the hybrids we had owned before. This model offered a lot of value for the price. It offers a unique floorplan that has met all our expectations. It has more storage than you can imagine. We all like our stuff and you can find a place for it. Everything is just convenient. Anyone owning a RV well be way ahead if they are a hands-on person. Be prepared to do things. Stuff happends, but we are blessed with many places to search out the answers. The industry has not kept up with the demand for service. However they working to give the owners the tools to keep them camping. We are glad we did it. Enjoy the experience, Kwink

This RV is perfect for full timing with another person and/or animals. The floor plan is open but the double barn doors to the master bedroom gives you the space you need. Speaking of space, the pantry and all of the additional inside storage space is a leader in the industry. The backdoor gives you easy access to the double bunks (flips up). We loaded our kayaks there for easy access. I highly recommend looking at this unit that is easily towed by a 1/3 truck

My family and I downsized three years ago from a 30' travel trailer to this 23' Passport Ultra Lite, and we still love it! We are now a family of four will two dogs, and we all sleep well. During the day, you have a spacious living room with a couch that is a murphy bed you can fold down into a queen size bed. The kitchen and dining area can be tight with four people, but we use the outside grill and refrigerator more! This camper is perfect for a couple or small family. - byAmberRian @ https://byamberrian.com/
