POOR POOR QUALITY!! The worst RV that a person could buy!!! It has a manufactured default problem with the floor that after 2 years, became soft and smooshy at certains spots (where we walk or stand more often) and it get's bigger every year. We have it checked by two company and they confirmed that it's not from water damage. It is because of poor floor construction not strong enough. Not braced enough and too thin plywood, foam, etc... It is very desapointing regarding the price we payed for really POOR QUALITY!!! The brown front pannel has faded within 1.5 years and we payed for a 7 years warranty and it didn't covered thoses two problems! So be ready to pay to get it repaired!$$$ The service with Keystone is BAD! Think twice before buying a Keystone RV.

We purchased our Laredo bunkhouse new and have enjoyed it. For a family, it is a good setup. The kids have their space in the back and the adults have a private bedroom. We have the residential queen bed and you can't walk around the bottom, but you can get to each side. The kitchen island is pretty neat. I like being able to kick everybody out of the kitchen side. Nice big pantry is a bonus. The bathroom has a tub which some folks need. The best thing we did was upgrade the showerhead hose to a longer length. Well worth the few dollars! We also pulled the flow regulator out of the kitchen sink faucet because it wouldn't flow strong enough. The wood panel on the fridge looks nice, but the pins on the bottom that support it aren't quite long enough and a hard bounce will cause the panel to fall down. We fixed that by pulling the pins out and putting some industrial glue on them, then inserting them less than all the way in. Otherwise, the unit has had a few issues but nothing too huge. We did have the radio replaced under warranty. We also added another a/c unit in the master, which I do recommend doing. Also beware of running the a/c too many days in a row in really humid weather. The track can collect condensation. It's not the top end of build quality, but we haven't had any issues with it that we would call very serious.

We are going on 2 years of having this camper. Nothing but quality issues, It is very low end. We have had to replace faucets, shocks, water pump, get front painted, and issues just keep arising. We also have water damage from leaking. It leaked above closet in bedroom and 2 of the slideouts have leaked causing damage to trim & entertainment center. I believe the leaking is due to the seals, they seem to not lay correctly against the sides of slideout/camper. When I bring in slideouts in the rain a river will run across the front of my camper. I will never buy Keystone again!

When we bought this trailer, we were told a few things, all things we NEED in a trailer. My husband is a traveling MLT, so we can't have a stationary home.
1) It is a 4-season trailer.
FALSE! Our pipes froze repeatedly last winter, even though it didn't get THAT cold or stay very cold for very long at a time. Even with a heated water hose and insulation for the sewage hoses, everything froze at least 3 times in the span of a month.
2) It's a pretty solid trailer and everything is in working order.
Now, this one was something I was wary of because it seemed pretty inexpensive for a 3-bed travel trailer. So, I made sure they tested EVERYTHING before we took it off the lot. Unfortunately, everything that has broken since we purchased it has been broken more than once AND the first things that broke did so in the first 3 months.
~Air conditioner continuously threw breakers every time it ran for longer than about 5 minutes, which is about how long it runs when it's set to cycle. So, it would run once, then throw a breaker.
~The furnace was about the same way. It would run for a while then suddenly shut down. What's dangerous about that is when the furnace is heating, it can be a fire hazard in this trailer because it gets REALLY hot. If it suddenly shuts down, the fan shuts off, too...not cooling it fast enough and increasing the chances for a fire.
~The master bed is structurally unsound. The base of the bed collapsed within a month. The end of the bed has a storage area and the lid is the foot of the bed. It's on hydraulic hinges and they lasted about 3 weeks. Before any questions are asked, we hadn't done anything vigorous in it. We had slept in it, but the bed started sagging. It never really got fixed as it was. We removed the hinges and bolstered the frame ourselves.
~The head of the bed, the wall is curved. Unfortunately, it came to us with a huge gap between the paneling and the cabinet above the bed. It is also VERY drafty. Throughout the winter, we had to stuff some insulation up there to keep from freezing, and that only kinda worked.
~The pipes under the trailer burst at one point, in the summertime, and we had to poke a hole in the underbelly to drain it. I'm pretty certain they didn't do anything to it to fix it. We now have a deluge in our trailer...not our kitchen-our TRAILER. It is still leaking. Whatever they did to "fix" it either didn't work or they didn't do anything to it.
~To top things off, I can't even show you the damages we've had since we got this thing because the website won't allow me to upload any pictures!
