We've had lots of fun in this camper. We live in Texas and we use this camper as our northern home for the summer and early fall. Nice open layout with kitchen dining, and living room. We use our electric fireplace on cool evenings. We also spend alot of time under our very large outdoor awning. Show less

This is the little RV that CAN! The box is only 18 feet long but then the king bed bedroom slides out the back to make it instantly roomy! Tows like a dream, only 21 feet bumper to hitch and less than 5,000 lbs. empty. Has everything - full size fridge, oven, micro, shower, sofa AND a dinette AND two bunks. If you fold up the lower bunk you can even fit bicycles in it through the oversized door. But beware, starting with the 2015 model then cheapened it up on many levels, dropping trims, smaller tanks, no exterior lights etc. Show less

We purchased this unit new in October of 2013, it’s a 2014 year model. We have only had one warranty repair in all the time we’ve owned it. We live in our 5th wheel approximately 6 months out of a year. We do the normal maintenance on the rig and yes, cabinet doors etc aren’t what they used to be, but these are well made trailers. As I read some of the reviews it’s obvious these folks lack the skills to make small repairs on the road. You may experience a problem here and there but, consider this “tiny house” is experiencing a 7 earthquake worth of stress every time you go somewhere. Keystone builds a great unit IMHO. Show less

Plastic fresh water tank was placed from factory on top of exposed screw heads. This of coarse wore holes in tank and ruined it. Have read on other forums about same issue. Keystone customer service offered no assistance whatsoever for a known issue. Show less

The RV is quite comfortable enough We have spent up to 30 days at one stay and found plenty of space Tows well and setup is easy The new furniture makes living luxurious We have an annual maintenance program we execute faithfully to avoid problematic issues Show less

I bought a 2018 keystone cougar 5th wheel from day one it's been a nightmare, from the factory the shower leaked , hot water tank , the furance and roof. I paid cash for this unit , 52,000 and when this happens nobody wanted to hear it , the floor in the whole trailer and the mold is horrible, they took the trailer back to factory , I had to tow it there and it was there over 4 months. Got it back and still have issues, the furance still wasn't working and now the slide floor is rotting out. , please people say away from any keystone product . Customer service is horrible and now I have is a junk trailer worth nothing , really do your homework Show less

We have owned a Cougar X-LITE 28RLS and have loved it. Plenty of room and well built Keystone trailer. It is one of our favorite floor plans. It has a large bathroom and shower, Ton's of storage. The trailer pulls so nice you have to remind your self it's back there. I purchased two trailers before finding this one. And it fills all our needs. I would recommend this trailer to anyone starting out for there first travel trailer. You won't be disappointed. Show less

I enjoyed very mucho, Fort Desoto state park, wildernesses at Disney, Key west, Miami, West Pal Beach and more I recommend State Parks lest expensive and more space in between trailers, the outdoors space is important to enjoying the vacation with family and friends one thing I like very much is that bathroom door that does not have to go inside the RV to use it, I like to keep my good floor clean. Bought my 2014 bullet new first two years everything was good third-year noticed front driver side starting to bulge fourth-year floor was spongy on driver side and now this year 2019 floor is spongy on passenger side. Checked for leaks from windows and roof everything tight no water in that area camper has rear bath kitchen is on slide out everything good there I assume it’s cheap plywood starting to delaminate won’t know until the floor is pulled up . Called Keystone they said camper is out of warranty I understand that but a five year old RV should not have spongy floors not sure what my next step is I guess contact lawyer and see what rights I have and will keep going on social media telling my story about Keystone RV‘s will not buy another keystone Show less
