we have had ours going on our 6th season, absolutely love the interior storage. the 323rl has a real full size useable coat closet that you don't see in newer models. the dry weight is only 9200Lbs makes for an easy tow and has plenty of exterior storage as well. we like the mix of dark wood trim/doors that go well with the distressed white in the kitchen. the heated enclosed underbelly has been tested by us in temps as low as 25 degrees without any complications. we have upgraded the furniture to a 87" sofa bed size that fits along back wall even with slides retracted. the holding tank capacities are very good for our purpose, we have 65 fresh, 50 black and 90 grey total split between 2 tanks. Originally designed for only 1 coax cable reception, I modified the MBR for a stand alone coax connection allowing for satellite TV reception, the coach was pre-wired so we added a second AC unit along with slide toppers, this AC unit can also accommodate a heat pump as well if needed, all combined makes camping in 100 degrees very tolerable. the previous owners did not treat decals correctly so many were removed yet some were replaced. overall, we really are glad we found/bought this coach, the only thing we don't like is the vessel sink in bathroom that is soon to be remodeled with a better sink/vanity. This 5th wheel came with a 7 function remote so setting up and leveling is a breeze and the JT Stabilizers front/rear were simple to install and well worth the $300 kit. We also removed the original sofa sleeper and replaced it with a La z boy power loveseat recliner. we also reupholstered the 5 dining room chairs to match the new furniture. The desk area was modified ( less 5th chair ) to accommodate a medium size wire dog kennel. Plenty of storage under MBR bed and the front closet is very adequate for clothing and other necessities. this unit was plumbed for a washer/dryer but this coach came with shelving for excellent bedroom storage plus the 3 drawer dresser. Pretty damn good 5th wheel design, far better than what the last 5 years has produced, we truly enjoy the overall aspect and with scheduled maintenance, upgrades and fix as required, this coach will last us well into retirement !!! Highly recommended.

Nice solid hickory cabinetry and Corian surfaces throughout gives a quality feel. Comfortable bedroom and bath make living in the rig easy, and I'm 6'4". Tows well, parks easily. A great rig for full timing or snow birding.

with all kind of storage. The fire place is just fine in cold weather and the a/c is all we need even though it has a place for the 2nd one. I don\'t know anything about the warranty support because I have never had a problem. But I will try to be fair and give it a three star. Ira Burton, Mississippi

I bought my Montana High Country after having it recommended by friends who had a Montana in the past. I traded in a 2004 Cruiser by Crossroads and wish I hadn't. The build quality is not what was expected and I have had reoccuring leaks that the dealer tried to fix but still leaks with the shower and the bathroom sink. Based on my experience with this fifth wheel I will not buy another Keystone product.

Bought this 2011 Montana at the end of the model yr. so it is one yr. less used than the model yr. indicates. Have had nothing but trouble with this rv. Air conditioner issues from the start, have had back to dealership eight times for ac issues. Finally installed a new ac, but guess what? Was after warranty ran out, after assuring me if it failed it would be under warranty since it had trouble from day one, it was replaced under the extended warranty I had purchased, dealer who I bought it from, who I took back to eight times, had no memory of the promise they had made to stand behind the original warranty.
Dump valve issues, ran sewage onto to campsite, after telling and having dealership look at the leakage problem three times.
Hot water tank issues. Started smelling wires burning when heater kicked on, found wiring melting at a factory connection, if had been away, rv would probably have burned. Fixed it the correct way myself.
RV is stored in a totally enclosed storage when not in use, we use it about 10 weeks a year, April 1 - October.
I am a maintainence fanatic, decals discoloring on both ends, called Keystone, sorry past 1 yr warranty. Have two leather look recliners sitting side by side. One still looks good, the other is cracking and splitting. Called Keystone, sent pictures they requested of both recliners. Sorry, past 1 yr warranty.
Noticed carpet wet in corner of main slide after a rain, thinking I had a sealing issue with one of the windows close to that corner. Sorry, past the 1 yr warranty, and extended warranty will not cover either per dealer, says it is a maintainence issue. As stated before, rv stays inside when not in use and I personally maintain exceptionally well myself.
Keystone had very good products, but after the Fenech brother sold out their products are substandard. Bought this rv to enjoy during retirement. Spend most of the stays in it repairing the piece of junk.
If I am ever able to afford to get rid of this piece of junk I will never own anything made by Keystone again, and I tell everyone I get a chance to about how sorry Keystone and their products are.

This coach is a great RV for full time living or part time. The front living space has a J couch and another 3 adult couch on the other side with a 42" TV and heater fireplace in the middle. High ceilings with a ceiling fan give the living space a large feel. Large capacity water holds and 60 lbs of LP and the large 5.5 Onan generator allow for long term dry camping as well as a full service camping spot. The custom hickory cabinets and Corian countertops give the coach the luxury feel. Tons of storage and a bathroom that opens to the outside with a separate door makes things very convenient. The Mor/Ryde hitch and suspension system allow for a comfortable tow and the front cap is shaped for a 90 degree turn. This thing is so easy to park for its large size.
