We purchased our trailer a few months ago from a private seller. It is our first trailer so we were very happy with it until our last camping trip in the end of last month which we noticed water drops coming down the walls. We have a major roof damage. After we came back from our trip we decided to take it to Camping World so they could contact Keystone 3-year structural warranty and we found out what a scam this warranty thing is. Keystone declined to cover the damage and we were left with at least a 6k bill to pay. Second opinion would be to sell it for 6k, less than half of what we paid for. We are so sad.
I would not recommend this trailer brand. They treat their customers terribly and do false warranty advertisement.

This is a window unit that is meant to drain off the rear bottom. Apparently, a piece of wood was used to lift the unit above the pan for clearance to drain. Wood rots and it backed up inside the pan (which I found was cracked in the corner) and drained onto the walls and into the floors. After drilling a drain hole on the back corner of the actual unit, it started to drain quickly and hopefully, we have no mold in the walls and floors. I then removed the A/C and dried everything out. The pan was incredibly rusty that it sits in. I coated with that bedliner material for trucks. The supports under the bottom bunk came loose. Only small Brads for trim was holding them. I replaced with screws. The refrigerator needs defrosting every two weeks. The awning cannot be pulled out in temps under 45 degrees. Too stiff. Re-caulk around your trailer light covers if you want them there when you arrive at your destination. The trailer jack went out the first time we set up camp.
Would I buy again? Probably. It was cheap and you get what you pay for. I have corrected all the issues so far other than the fridge icing up.
I gave a 3 star for warranty support, but I never used them. Remember, certain states do not have lemon laws for these types of rvs. You need to be handy if you go cheap. It was never major issues in my opinion.

The quality of the build is not very good. Many things I fixed on my own as it would be more expensive in gas to drag it to the nearest dealer. The board separating the water tank and electric cord cubby was not even mounted. 3-4 screws on the exterior came out and fell off within the first month. P-Trap gasket for the sink was not installed correctly from the factory so the sink leaked. The table sides starting separating in the first 6 months. The bumper end caps both fell out within a month or two. Metal bits fell into our food as they did not clean out the range fan after drilling out the some metal. I had to take the screen off and vacuum it out. Currently the trailer wiring has gone bad as it keeps blowing fuses in my 2015 Tundra. There is a short somewhere that will likely take days to sort out if I can even get to the wiring. Overall I would rather have my money back and purchased a more expensive much better built model (Likely from a different company). I am getting tired of having to fix something in this trailer every time I use it.
