We purchased our trailer a few months ago from a private seller. It is our first trailer so we were very happy with it until our last camping trip in the end of last month which we noticed water drops coming down the walls. We have a major roof damage. After we came back from our trip we decided to take it to Camping World so they could contact Keystone 3-year structural warranty and we found out what a scam this warranty thing is. Keystone declined to cover the damage and we were left with at least a 6k bill to pay. Second opinion would be to sell it for 6k, less than half of what we paid for. We are so sad. I would not recommend this trailer brand. They treat their customers terribly and do false warranty advertisement.

You get what you pay for. We got an exceptionally good deal on this trailer brand new ($16,000 CDN). There is no way I would have paid the original price of $25,000). We had problems from the get-go, but I expected that. A tire blew out the second trip. It turns out that Keystone puts China Bombs on many of their trailers. We had to replace all the tires after 1000 miles. The toilet started to leak after 2 years and we replaced it with a good porcelain toilet. The pump quit after 3 years, and we replaced it with a better one. We also upgraded the suspension to the MorRyde 3000 with greasable wet bolts and heavy duty shackle straps. We replaced the plastic bushings with brass bushings. It tows much better. We also got rid of the horrible mattress and replaced it with a Sealy pillow top. What a difference! We also replaced the steps with MorRyde stable steps which are much safer. Yeah, we had to replace the junk parts they put in to increase their profit margin and add upgrades, but in the end it was worth it. We have trailer the way we want it. No matter what price you pay for an RV they will always need to upgrades and repairs.

We decided to get back into camping and purchased our Springdale Summerland at an RV dealership in Carthridge, MO. We liked the idea of having a Forever Warranty because they basically make sure everything on your RV is checked thoroughly ever year. The selling point is gives you "Piece of Mind" knowing your RV will be in working order because they thoroughly check every year all the basic components. After purchasing our brand new camper, knowing we had the "Piece of Mind" policy, we decided for out 1st camping trip to take our camper to the local lake 15 minutes away. As we were going down the highway to our 1st turn, my husband noticed insulation on the road and then noticed the whole front panel was missing from our camper. Since it was brand new the company gladly fixed it. 1st year inspection with the Forever Warranty they tell us everything checked out but it looked like we had a bent axial or maybe the wheel was out of alignment. They didn't have the equipment to check and told us we would have to take care of it. 2nd year we took camper to Colorado and the AC froze up. Called and had a local RV repairman come out to the campsite and $175 later basically said he couldn't fix. 2nd year Forever Warranty inspection didn't find any issues with AC or apparently anything else except for the axial issue which wasn't covered under the Forever Warranty. So we head out on 1st camping trip for the year and the water pump goes out. Easy fix once we returned but why wasn't that issue addressed during the 2nd year Forever Warranty. 2nd camping trip was back to Colorado and guess what AC froze up!!!!! Oh and the fridge stopped working!!! So back to Carthridge, Mo to the dealership. So frustrating!!! Forever Warranty's are a sells pitch that 3rd year

save yourself and run away from a keystone product and camping world. I honestly don’t know what’s worse the quality of this camper or the service from camping world! so I bought this thing brand new In July of 2018 it literally has been on 4 trips 3 of which were short so I decided to trek across the country 2400+ miles one way for my 4th trip and do I have some complaints about this thing. I’m afraid to use anything in fear it might break I’m just waiting on something to short, catch fire, or flood. I just hope I’m not around for it. So my “new” Spare tire was having issues holding air it had a nail in it. As I’m driving across the country screws are literally falling off this thing that hold on the skirt the plastic trim around the wheel is falling off as I’m in the middle of nowhere with no service I hear a god awful noise coming from the axles which have gotten a shot of grease before every trip at this point I’m like send it so I keep going I limp this thing into the campground with the worst screeching noises on earth at 11pm I go to back it into a spot and something breaks and locked the front axle up I force it into my campsite get all set up hook my city water up and it overflows into the fresh water tank so the check valve in the water pump is bad it’s 90 degrees today and the fan decided to go out on the Ac all of this in less than a week I cannot wait to see what goes out next

I have owned this RV for 5 years and loved it. The floor plan is great, very spacious, excellent storage. The pantry is amazingly huge, enough kitchen storage for all dishes, utensils, food, you name it. The bedroom works well, queen sized bed, it also has a 4 drawer dresser, washer and dryer, and good sized closet big enough to hang up plenty of clothes. There is a Onan generator that is strong enough to power the entire unit and all air conditioners. The fire place in the living room will keep you warm while your watching TV on the 50 inch HD smart TV and Sony surround sound. The RV tows like a dream, I'm sure most of that has to do with the F350 Dually I drive but the rv tows easy. It makes big turns but that's to be expected with a 44 foot rig with triple axles. I love the garage space because of its versatility. The back doors open and turn into a deck with fencing that is perfect to enjoy the outside. I would recommend this RV and model to anyone.

Good floorplan. Window unit type A/C is perfect even in hot weather. My 2400ISHC Yamaha runs the trailer easily. All electrical has been fine. It is pretty well insulated. Used a small space heater on the stove at 12 degrees on low and it stayed warm. Now for the issues... This is a window unit that is meant to drain off the rear bottom. Apparently, a piece of wood was used to lift the unit above the pan for clearance to drain. Wood rots and it backed up inside the pan (which I found was cracked in the corner) and drained onto the walls and into the floors. After drilling a drain hole on the back corner of the actual unit, it started to drain quickly and hopefully, we have no mold in the walls and floors. I then removed the A/C and dried everything out. The pan was incredibly rusty that it sits in. I coated with that bedliner material for trucks. The supports under the bottom bunk came loose. Only small Brads for trim was holding them. I replaced with screws. The refrigerator needs defrosting every two weeks. The awning cannot be pulled out in temps under 45 degrees. Too stiff. Re-caulk around your trailer light covers if you want them there when you arrive at your destination. The trailer jack went out the first time we set up camp. Would I buy again? Probably. It was cheap and you get what you pay for. I have corrected all the issues so far other than the fridge icing up. I gave a 3 star for warranty support, but I never used them. Remember, certain states do not have lemon laws for these types of rvs. You need to be handy if you go cheap. It was never major issues in my opinion.

We enjoy the floor plan and it is the exact size and layout our family was looking for. But beware it was VERY cheaply made and not cleaned up after being made at the factory. We bought it brand new and there were metal shavings EVERYWHERE, the end of the dinette seat hade to be screwed on since it was never done the peepholes and screws were there but never done. The water pump stopped working on our 3rd camping trip. Luckily my husband is a an electronics and instrumentation tech and was able to take it apart. What he found was plastic shavings from holes being drilled all over inside the pump plugging everything up. Luckily saved us from buying a new one. The floor by the bathroom sink has a bump where something was underneath the flooring. The walls have seams that are very noticeable and hopefully don't come a part.
