For what I paid for this camper/travel trailer you would think I bought the Taj Mahal… Whoever assembled the travel trailer must’ve done it on a Friday afternoon before quitting time. The screws was too long for the kitchen countertop so they protrude it through the countertop it took six months for that to get fixed… And when I took the travel trailer in for that warranty, I also asked them to repair all of the cabinets Where the laminate was peeling up… They said they would do so they had my trailer forever a month and then they said due to it being a warranty issue they would have to order all new cabinets for my travel trailer and I would have them around December. I was able to bring my travel trailer in around January and they had my travel trailer for another month fixing a handful of issues such as the jack on the tongue also the radio but never did fix the cabinets say still in process… Now that I’ve had the camper ever a year they’re now telling me I’ve waited too long to have that fixed. I’m out of warranty even though I’ve been bringing it up since I’ve had the camper new

Very nice trailer. BUT staples popping through walls and ceiling. Siliconing looks on interior looks like a five year old did it. Maybe with a paint brush. The hole filler inside is terrible. Very nice trailer. BUT staples popping through walls and ceiling. Siliconing looks on interior looks like a five year old did it. Maybe with a paint brush. The hole filler inside is terrible. Hahahahaha who makes a mattress out of a plastic pile. I could cut with my circular saw. The stereo needs to be replaced. The tv has a scratch on the screen. Love the new stairs and stabilizer jacks. No pride or professionalism taken on the final finishes of this trailer. Don’t get me wrong I like this design very much. But being a Rv tech for a while I wish I had noticed this sooner. I have had the trailer for for about six months. The dealership is trying there best , but they shouldn’t have too.

I bought my RV used. So I think most of the quirks for worked out. The only problem is that our refrigerator. We ended up replacing it with a smaller residential refrigerator. Thank you replacing it I have no complaints. One problem though is our awning lights went out. Overall compared to our neighbors it seems like our RV is insulated a little better because usually one AC instead of both even in the Texas summer heat. My wife and I in currently our RV and we see all of our neighbors with band new RV’s have problem after problem right from the dealerships. In the future I guess I will continue buying RV’s used. Seems like no matter the brand if you get it brand new you will have problems. But getting them used pretty much has all the issues fixed.

After 2 years with very few miles on it the axles bent twice. Of course no warranty after 2 years, so trying to get some help from factory and is like pulling teeth. Keep saying under review. Sent tons of pics and receipts and still no satisfaction. Very poor customer service for the low quality axles and miss aligned hangers for the springs which probably caused the whole problem. Poor workmanship on this unit. Very disappointed.

Junk poorly designed and constructed traveled once with it and everything is falling apart. It leaks everywhere the couch had no support bars. The brackets for the bars are there but they didn’t install them so the couch caved in. Tried to get the manufacturer to send the bars but they refused. Said I had to drive it 700 miles to have service station to install them. Totally ridiculous. The antenna from wine guard is junk. The bunk beds are supposed to support 300 lbs. My son that’s 120 sleep in it one night and the boards broke. Not enough support cross beams. The board under dinette broke too cause it’s barely a cm thick. The propane lines underneath where also leaking. The countertop is cheap and bubbling and cracking. Wall paper coming off already. Trimming barely cheap plastic that is barely attached. Beds are horrible had to add mattresses. Screens have 1/2 inch gap so bugs get in. Solar panels do nothing. Sun dome over shower is scratched on inside looks like crap and bugs get in it. Awning was opened maybe 10 times and is falling apart. Toilet to tank is offset. There’s more too but I’m sure I’ve explained enough. Don’t buy horrible company they will not care if you have problems with this junk not worth more then 5000
