We spent last winter Boise and did very well even without skirting. I have fixed a few things hear and there but overall the unit has performed very well.. We pull it with a 2010 tundra with 10000# tow package. It is a double cab with 7.3 engine.

This small travel trailer is perfect for couples. I love the floor plan, especially being able to access the bed and closets from both sides. The large full bathroom is definitely a plus and my 6’ husband can comfortably stand in the shower. The electric awning and tongue jack are great for us older folks. We replaced the plastic toilet with a porcelain one that won’t crack. Winterizing is fairly easy, as is re-coating the roof. We loved the ease of towing with our Jeep. Even fully loaded, the unit was easy to pull. The finishes inside are very nice! Even better than some comparable newer units we looked at before purchasing the Springdale mini. Best unit you can get under $20,000 in my opinion!

Leaky sink, now leaky spectic, leaky toliet. NOW THE SLIDEOUT WONT OPEN OUR TRAILER, I wished I read reviews before purchasing! . Just like other reader stuck! But if enough of us complain w/ BBB and call an attornery for a Class action maybe we can get some compensation or longer warranty on our RV's, I see older Rvs and people seemed very pleased. For my first time purchasing a big purchase I feel stressed and very upset and stuck with this trash. Looks nice but made very cheap and the compnay where I purchased should be shame to have this on their lots..

Just went to set up my RV for the first time to go camping and put the bedding on. Discovered that there’s a 2 inch difference between some kind of carpeted area under the mattress and a piece of plywood that almost RVs opens up to storage but this one just is bolted shut. Not a huge issue with their not being storage but how are you supposed to sleep on a slant. I assumed it was a manufacture defect. When I contacted the manufacture and sent them pictures and told them that it was unusable as it was built they redirected me to a YouTube video of people literally saying do not buy this product. They told me that this was the way the product was meant to be and I replied have you ever bought anything that does not have a level sleeping area. They responded no but insisted that that was the way the product was built. So now we are going to have to buy supplemental wood and carpet to make a level sleeping area off a brand new product that has never been used before a 2022 model. I have never been so disappointed or disgusted in the customer service I have received the worst customer service possible from both the dealership and the manufacture. There’s no way anyone would want to buy anything that they would have to sleep on an unlevel surface and most people do not have to nap in a product before they purchase it. I’m extremely disappointed I would never recommend this product to anyone.

One of the worst trailers Iv bought so for. The quality is complete trash, this thing is falling apart left and right I keep having to fix it every time I we camp in it. The layout it nice but the quality is not there by any means the dinette chairs broke the first time out so I had to repair them because the dealer wouldn’t fix it. The bunk beds in the back look like they messed up putting them together and half ass fixed them and it was noticeable and the wood sheeting on the bottom of the bed was falling off I have to put some more screws in since they on had a few in the ply wood under the mattress look like it had water damage on it and this was a brand new unit. The cabinet don’t even look complete on the inside. The awning was messed up and I took it back 3 times to get fixed and finally took it to a shop that actually knew what they were doing and had them fix it and keystone was supposed to pay them but didn’t so I paid them and they were supposed to reimburse me but they still haven’t and it’s been a month now. Iv spent over $130,000 on trailer this past 2 years and I will never buy another keystone. My forestriver rogue is a million time better then any keystone. Unfortunately I’m stuck with this POS until I can pay it off and probably end up throwing it away because I wouldn’t feel right selling it to someone else and having them be stuff with all these issues a nice $28,000 in the toilet. What a joke this company is customer service is worse then any company very hard to get ahold of anyone and when you do there hardly respond there communication is horrible.

This was our first travel trailer. We started out smaller because we weren't sure if we would like camping in a travel trailer. We loved the floor plan for a couples trailer. Walk around queen bed was great. Plenty of storage for two. Easy to pull behind an SUV. The only issue we ever had with this unit was the manufacturer forgot to drill a drain hole for the air conditioner and it was dripping inside the cabinet it was in and caused some swelling of the cabinet. Took it in to the dealership and they fixed the issue. We recently upgraded to a larger camper and I'm going to miss our little home on wheels. This is a great single person unit or couples first time unit. I highly recommend it.

We purchased our trailer a few months ago from a private seller. It is our first trailer so we were very happy with it until our last camping trip in the end of last month which we noticed water drops coming down the walls. We have a major roof damage. After we came back from our trip we decided to take it to Camping World so they could contact Keystone 3-year structural warranty and we found out what a scam this warranty thing is. Keystone declined to cover the damage and we were left with at least a 6k bill to pay. Second opinion would be to sell it for 6k, less than half of what we paid for. We are so sad. I would not recommend this trailer brand. They treat their customers terribly and do false warranty advertisement.

I find the overall quality is very poor. At first , it seemed ok , but things started falling apart fast. Also , towing is a nightmare. Super hard on gas. Like towing a big log. Definitely going with a double axle next time , and a better brand.

It tows well and is easy to place on a campsite. Setup and take down are fast. The back window is huge and when we were backed up to Kerr Lake, NC and places like that... lovely! Having the bathtub instead of a shower stall is really nice. It's a well made unit that feels roomy inside.

You get what you pay for. We got an exceptionally good deal on this trailer brand new ($16,000 CDN). There is no way I would have paid the original price of $25,000). We had problems from the get-go, but I expected that. A tire blew out the second trip. It turns out that Keystone puts China Bombs on many of their trailers. We had to replace all the tires after 1000 miles. The toilet started to leak after 2 years and we replaced it with a good porcelain toilet. The pump quit after 3 years, and we replaced it with a better one. We also upgraded the suspension to the MorRyde 3000 with greasable wet bolts and heavy duty shackle straps. We replaced the plastic bushings with brass bushings. It tows much better. We also got rid of the horrible mattress and replaced it with a Sealy pillow top. What a difference! We also replaced the steps with MorRyde stable steps which are much safer. Yeah, we had to replace the junk parts they put in to increase their profit margin and add upgrades, but in the end it was worth it. We have trailer the way we want it. No matter what price you pay for an RV they will always need to upgrades and repairs.
