We should have done more homework before buying. Bought in 2023, stored until 2025. Moved in January of 2025, there have been nothing but problems. GFI receptacle tripping, with nothing running on the circuit. Some of the wall panels have started pealing and rippling. The freshwater storage tank leaked the first time we used it. The air conditioners do not cool things down during the summer months. POOR, POOR, POOR INSULATION. (everywhere) We planned on living in this, my wife and I have just retired. Very poor decision to purchase this brand. Research before you buy!!

I bought the trailer used from RVDirect in Titusville,Fl. I feel that I paid top dollar for the year it was. Upon viewing it seemed to be in very good condition and was assured it was. After purchase I began finding many small thing wrong, one being the rubber corner covers sliding down and dry rotted. The kitchen slide had a leak and the bathroom toilet was leaking. These are just a few items. I do know it is used but only 3 years old. It seems at the price of this trailer it shouldn’t be having these problems this soon. Not a fan, should have gone with another vendor and Forest River.

We liked the floor plan but when it was seven months old we discovered the floor was literally rotting away. We contacted the dealer and keystone. It's a long story but it had obvious defects in material and workmanship. It was still under warranty but Keystone admitted it and refused to pay a dime. Finally, it was totaled out by our insurance company. I've owned TV's since the late 60's and never ever been treated badly by a manufacturer. We manage a campground and will be sure to tell our customers how we were treated. My wife is an entertainer who frequently entertains at campgrounds. She'll be talking about Keystone at every venue. We intend to bring suit.
