Bought this trailer in 2017 brand new. The day I took possess I had the spot weld the drop down legs as the pull pin was bringing the internals out as well on about every corner. Shower holder fell off wall, wasn’t screwed into anything but the wall board which is very thin. Roller bearings on the roll out trashcan came out, the back of the supports weren’t braces on both sides allowing it to move up and down independent of each side. At the two year mark the converter went out and then the refrigerator cooling unit went out. The roof was delaminating and the nails were coming loose underneath the membrane and trying to poke through. Then the water from snow and rain started seeping under the fiberglass shell. It was nothing but a money pit. The slides wouldn’t always go in evenly and I had to take that for work as well. If you buy one expect to budget another $250 a month for repairs above the monthly payment . I will never buy another keystone product again. I purchased a 1995 Nash that I have had no issues with. What surprised me is the Nash toilet still will hold water unlike the keystone.

We lived in the Keystone Passport 219BH for about 6 weeks straight. We towed the travel trailer from Virginia to Indiana up through Michigan and into Canada, around the great lakes, back down through Niagara, then back home. It was a once in a lifetime trip and we created so many lifelong memories. We had up to 5 people living in it at one time. My adult daughter stayed with us for about a week of the trip making it my wife and I, and three teen agers. Five people in the RV was tight. Four was comfortable. We had no problems with it the whole time even though it was slightly used. There are no slide outs which means less issues to worry about, but moving throughout the RV with 4 or more people makes it a little tight at times. Despite that, our experience was very comfortable and cozy. We used the propane heater a little bit and it made the RV warm quickly. It was also very efficient. We cooked all of our meals in the RV and only needed to fill one of the 2 propane tanks the whole time we were camping. The AC worked really well too. It was hot in Indiana at the time, and we could always sleep comfortably inside at night with the central AC. I liked the fact that we could direct the AC vents to aim were we wanted so that if I was hot and my wife was cold, I could aim it right at me. The outdoor grill and water spigot were very convenient. Ours had electric tow hitch and stabilizers which made it so nice. We could set up and take down in 15 minutes. For the price, it was worth every penny and made of high quality materials like the fiberglass outside and cold weather underbelly. I was super happy with the investment we made and money we saved compared to staying in hotels.

I bought a 2023 Keystone Bullet thinking I was getting a good quality RV from a reputable brand. Unfortunately it has been nothing but a disappointment from the start. The AC failed within the first year and getting it replaced turned into a long and frustrating battle between the dealer and Keystone. No one wanted to take responsibility and it took way too much time and effort just to get something that should have been handled quickly. Then the dinette seats literally fell apart just from sitting on them. When I checked I discovered they were held together with cheap staples instead of proper screws or bolts. I ended up having to fix it myself by screwing everything back together which is not something you expect from a new RV at this price point. Now only a year and a half later all the rubber seals and junction trim around the exterior are dry cracked and falling apart. I called Keystone hoping they would at least acknowledge the problem but all I got was “Sorry it is not under warranty anymore.” That is their answer for a 1 and a half year old unit that is clearly built with poor materials and no quality control. I am now trying to sell it but it seems like a lot of people already know about Keystone’s reputation for bad quality and customer service. I wish I had read more reviews before buying. This is my first and last Keystone product. I will never recommend or buy from them again.

I purchased my Keystone trailer brand new at the beginning of summer, excited to make memories camping with my family and our new baby. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but problems since day one. Something is always breaking — the solar panels, fridge, CO₂ detectors, and outlets have all failed at some point. The trailer has spent more time at the dealer getting repaired than it has with us on the road. It feels like a complete waste of money, paying for something we can’t even use. We chose to spend more on a Keystone thinking it would mean better quality, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. We’ve had to cancel multiple camping trips because of ongoing issues, and every time we take it out, I’m worried about what will break next. The worst part was the faulty fridge — I rely on it to keep breast milk cold for our baby, and I had to throw out a lot of spoiled milk because it failed during a trip. Overall, this has been a huge disappointment. I would strongly caution anyone considering a Keystone trailer to think twice — for the price, the reliability and quality are simply not there.

The Travel trailer has held up very well over the last 5 years that Ive owned it. Im the 2nd owner and very pleased with the overall quality and ease of hooking it up to my Toyota sequoia. The trailer is constructed with aluminum framing, so it is ultra lite. The floorplan, which included a Dinette, was replaced with two swivel rocker recliners because the dinette's comfort while watching TV or reading was not comfortable. The glass shower is exceptional so I don't have to mess with a shower curtain. The slide- out and awning function perfectly, and the RV will come with a gas grill and mounting for ease of use.

First issue is the awning is absolutely trash, arms has broken twice. The cost to replace is 100.00 The size is to big for for the braces to hold it up...a slight rain destroys it, even if its tilted The second issue is the air conditioner, it is by far the worst I've ever experience in a travel trailer. You literally are in an oven with what feels like a fan blowing hot air....it came like this so i know that its a factory issue. Third issue is the faucet had a big hole in the spout and would squirt out when you turned the water on...we fixed this easy. Fourth issue after one year the fireplace has completely stopped working...weve only used it 4 times. Fifth issue is the shower enclosure will not stay together...not a great big deal just aggravating Sixth issue is trim pops off everywhere but is easily fixed. LAST ISSUE... When we brought this straight from the lot the carpet was soaked, turned out there were no sealer on the roof...one complete section had been skipped ....the air conditioner or rain would have our carpet drenched. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THE PASSPORT. IT LOOKS NICE YES... ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC...BUT ITS JUST TROUBLE NOBODY NEEDS...i could understand a few simple issues ..but the awning and the air conditioner are COMPLETELY TRASH.

Great travel trailer and bang for the buck! Love the floorplan and usability of the interior with the slide out king bed and bunks at opposite ends of the camper. Room for adults, kids and pets. Good storage and water capacity for off grid camping too. Convenient hookups for campgrounds, awning for shade and rear slide out can be used to shelter bikes and gear underneath when camping. Easy to maintain and tows great as well. Typical new camper tweaks and adjustments with minor repairs / manufacture warranty issues. Easy to fit into smaller campsites with the rear slide out which means more campground options. Have used this model all over the western half of the country and Canada.
