The quality and the service aren't there. The trim started falling off immediately. Three of the four stabilizer jacks bent the first week we had it when the camper shifted after it was leveled. The toilet seal leaks continuously. The shore power arched and welded the power cord to the camper within the first 6 months. Cost us $400 to fix it and had to use alternative sources of electricity. The warranty didn't cover this. The furnace hasn't worked for over half the time we've had it. Cost us $600 to get it fixed. Warranty service isn't an option as the locations are few and far between. The Keystone website even states that it would be easier for the RV owner to fix it themselves.

We have had terrible luck with the workmanship and the quality of this camper. Assembly of this camper was terrible.
Paid a lot of money for a piece of junk.
We have had 26 issues so far and we have only owned this new camper for 2 1/2 months.
Doors don't latch, entry door does not lock from inside, sealant on roof has weather cracks, shower door fell off of header channel during first use, staples in closets and cabinets entered all of the way in, trim falling off above dinette table and couch, missing sealant in 2 spots of trim outside of camper, decal has cracks in it, drain above awning leaks downside of camper by electrical outlet, tilt up extended table by kitchen sink - screws fell out of bracket, kitchen sink plumbing leaked on 2 spots, etc.
Too many more to list

Bought brand new pulled to camp site 24 hours later . Hooked all up next morning no hot water. Call walnut ridge in Indiana. Bought it there .I'm living in this M-f home on weekends. 2.5 hours away. Wife had to get the part and bring it to me . Fixed it my self. Next 60 days later front of camper splits at the seam . Texted pictures to walnut ridge . Called manager was to call back. Never did. That was on a Friday morning. Heard nothing. Text more pictures sat . Nothing! Call on Monday Manger says bring it in today. Ha your funny in 2.5. Says tape it up. Mind you,I'm home on weekends. Rained like hell down there for 2 days. Guess what 1in of water in front compartment. Pulled home that Friday. Told the manager that there was a lot of water in the front. Showed him pictures. Told manager to call when ready but , plug it in the refrigerator was full. No call no Text. Go to check on it. It's done and NOT PLUGGED IN. Pull it home washed it. Packed it up then awning front arm started pulling away from camper. Text pictures again , called dealer. I got nothing..
