We purchased this RV spring 2024 new , never sold til we bought it. We received a email.from Keystone stating the first year warranty was about to expire. So we did a complete inspection and found the rubber roof was bubbling bad . We took photos of this as well photos of other defects and sent them to Keystone. . We had experienced finding water puddles inside the RV in a couple locations. Below where the air conditioner is and between the washer and the pantry opposite the washroom. We took photos of the roof and we'll the interior trim pieces coming off and a few other things and reported it to Keystone. After we took it to the dealer for inspection, the dealer sent in photos the Keystone. Keystone Denise the claim evern though the RV was within its first year of warranty. We had to authorize the dealer to complete all the repairs and asked the dealer to send photos and reports to us and Keystone. The dealers techs found the rubber roof was not installed or sealed properly. Interior panels rotting and mold covered when removed in several areas. Since the repairs are currently ongoing as I write this, Keystone now has offered to cover 10 hrs labour and all the materials. But the original quote was 40 hrs labour and these findings have increased the labour time. If I could post photos of all this on here I would. Wee are going to sue Keystone ass well register complains with consumer affairs. Keystones.warrenty isn't worth the paper it's written on. This is our second Keystone toy hauler RV. Our first qaaa a 2015 Keystone Carbon. It was a really good RV and I wish now we had kept it. Jim and Karen . Very disappointed! Show less

Bought this trailer in 2017 brand new. The day I took possess I had the spot weld the drop down legs as the pull pin was bringing the internals out as well on about every corner. Shower holder fell off wall, wasn’t screwed into anything but the wall board which is very thin. Roller bearings on the roll out trashcan came out, the back of the supports weren’t braces on both sides allowing it to move up and down independent of each side. At the two year mark the converter went out and then the refrigerator cooling unit went out. The roof was delaminating and the nails were coming loose underneath the membrane and trying to poke through. Then the water from snow and rain started seeping under the fiberglass shell. It was nothing but a money pit. The slides wouldn’t always go in evenly and I had to take that for work as well. If you buy one expect to budget another $250 a month for repairs above the monthly payment . I will never buy another keystone product again. I purchased a 1995 Nash that I have had no issues with. What surprised me is the Nash toilet still will hold water unlike the keystone. Show less

I bought a 2023 Keystone Bullet thinking I was getting a good quality RV from a reputable brand. Unfortunately it has been nothing but a disappointment from the start. The AC failed within the first year and getting it replaced turned into a long and frustrating battle between the dealer and Keystone. No one wanted to take responsibility and it took way too much time and effort just to get something that should have been handled quickly. Then the dinette seats literally fell apart just from sitting on them. When I checked I discovered they were held together with cheap staples instead of proper screws or bolts. I ended up having to fix it myself by screwing everything back together which is not something you expect from a new RV at this price point. Now only a year and a half later all the rubber seals and junction trim around the exterior are dry cracked and falling apart. I called Keystone hoping they would at least acknowledge the problem but all I got was “Sorry it is not under warranty anymore.” That is their answer for a 1 and a half year old unit that is clearly built with poor materials and no quality control. I am now trying to sell it but it seems like a lot of people already know about Keystone’s reputation for bad quality and customer service. I wish I had read more reviews before buying. This is my first and last Keystone product. I will never recommend or buy from them again. Show less

Keystone has horrible customer service and quality is very low. I bought the RV this year and picked it up in August of 2025. The first things I noticed were loose hinges on several cabinets, microwave was not screwed in properly, paneling in the bathroom was not secured properly. I addressed this with the dealer and they fixed it. On the fourth time I used the living room slide out a piece inside of the wall came loose and ripped through the slide out seals and one of the window seals cam out. I called the dealer and they said that I had to take it back to them unless I could find a mobile RV repair company. I found 2 but both said Keystone would not cover the initial service charge because it was a convenience (even though it was an inconvenience for me). I took it to the dealer who's customer service was horrible. They said that it would take keystone up to 72 hrs. to approve the warranty work after it was looked at by the dealer (which was done the next day). After getting the work approved by Keystone I explained to the dealer that it had and was going to cost me money because now I needed the RV the next week and without it I would have to get a hotel. He gave me a number to call the manufacturer and they would possibly reimburse me for my hotel and inconvenience. I called Keystone and spoke with a rep which informed me that hotel costs are not covered and did not even apologize for the issues I was having or my inconvenience. My opinion is that RV's in general are cheaply built but you should not have issues right after you buy it and if you do then they should bend over backwards to make it right and the customer happy. Very soft floor after warranty runs out like 2-3years never purchase other keystone again get word out there will do nothing about it told dealership about it said that normally big money for cheap floor plan probably cost $4000 to$6000 fix Show less

One star is two many. We bought our Keystone Cougar 2022 29BHSWE, brand new from Vellner Leisure in Red Deer. After a few years of owning it these are the problems. DO NOT BUY KEYSTONE OR FROM Vellner. - Water pump failed, - entire floor lifted, - all seals around all windows failed and leaked, - roof failed and leaked, - Slide stopped working and leaks, - microwave stopped working - doors for pantry and bedroom came off the hinges, - electrical panel came detached from wall and almost caused a fire. Great travel trailer and bang for the buck! Love the floorplan and usability of the interior with the slide out king bed and bunks at opposite ends of the camper. Room for adults, kids and pets. Good storage and water capacity for off grid camping too. Convenient hookups for campgrounds, awning for shade and rear slide out can be used to shelter bikes and gear underneath when camping. Easy to maintain and tows great as well. Typical new camper tweaks and adjustments with minor repairs / manufacture warranty issues. Easy to fit into smaller campsites with the rear slide out which means more campground options. Have used this model all over the western half of the country and Canada. Show less

This has been a wonderful trailer for my family. The bunkhouse is spacious and it has all the amenities we need while traveling. Towing is a breeze and there’s plenty of storage. These trailers are made well and withstand multiple rambunctious kids. The dining area has extra space under the seats and the bathroom is spacious. Show less

Compared to newer models, our 2400bh has had only one issue with the slideout motor that took all of an hour to repair, I cut the 1x6 behind the access panel, which makes future repairs a snap. The new gearbox include a drip tray, livability is fine for a family of 4, we also added solar, a perko battery disconnect and extra 32" android tvs. No issues with leaks or water, everything works as it should 9 years later Show less

after reading all the reviews, I am so sorry we did not further research this travel trailer before we purchased it. We are experiencing many of the same issues and this RV is only a year and a half old. we also were denied the opportunity to turn on the electricity and water prior to taking the unit off the lot. Also dealership would not clean the unit as they said they did not have staffing available due to Covid. This has been a nightmare every trip we go on there is a multitude of problems, I have a big cup filled with the screws and miscellaneous items that have fallen off the rv. As of now we are in Maine with a slide out that will not retract or go out. Why hasn’t anybody looked into a class action lawsuit against Keystone we would certainly be willing to participate , good luck to everybody. Hope you have a better experience than we have. Had. We are looking to get rid of the RV and know that we are going to take a massive financial hit. Advice would be greatly appreciated. Show less
