Great travel trailer and bang for the buck! Love the floorplan and usability of the interior with the slide out king bed and bunks at opposite ends of the camper. Room for adults, kids and pets. Good storage and water capacity for off grid camping too. Convenient hookups for campgrounds, awning for shade and rear slide out can be used to shelter bikes and gear underneath when camping. Easy to maintain and tows great as well. Typical new camper tweaks and adjustments with minor repairs / manufacture warranty issues. Easy to fit into smaller campsites with the rear slide out which means more campground options. Have used this model all over the western half of the country and Canada.

In the shop more than camping (so far...but there's hope). As seems much like another review on the very similar Keystone 240URS (also posted here), the main issue has been the slide base cracking and falling off (twice so far) - thin protective plastic piece that goes over the rollers on the underside of the slide. Fortunately, unlike the other purchaser, Keystone authorized warranty work to fix this the first time (unlike the other buyer), but with the same adhesive and material as the original piece (as I understand). We managed to go camping twice after that during that summer, and then the RV sat parked for the fall and winter. Upon going out to de-winterize it in the immediately following spring season, it was observed that the slide base piece had just fallen off (the adhesive let go) while sitting parked over the winter. The keystone repair facility said this is the result of needing to use Keystone's direction on how to repair it the first time so not their fault or responsibility. They suggested I could talk with a Keystone rep.
The Keystone rep reported that the warranty is expired, and the repair that was done was considered having lasted long enough, and they are not taking responsibility, but I could try an aftermarket extended warranty if I have one. Of course, the expensive extended warranty did not cover this. Fortunately and appreciatively, I managed to eventually get a discount from the Keystone repair facility (not the dealer who we bought this from) through my persistent complaining and got this second repair down to a not-insignificant $1200.00 from the original $1600.00 that was quoted.
This problem has been in addition to a valve failing on the toilet and another on the black tank flush that each sprayed and flooded water all over the trailer (separate occasions), and a minor repair to the air conditioning that was installed incorrectly. A bunk mattress was also ripped when we bought it new, but that was rather insignificant.
So while the floor plan is excellent for a small family, and the large rear slide of the king size bed is fantastic (i.e., you sleep parallel to the length of the trailer with no need to crawl over your sleeping partner), there certainly have been some frustrations. The folding bunk and cargo access door are very helpful and convenient. External shower on the door side of the trailer is also great. Lots of electrical plug ins.
Please let it keep working and get through another winter. I'll aim to keep you posted. Good luck everybody.

What a piece of garbage! We used to own a 2016 250 TRS Outback and it was great. We downsized last year to a smaller, newer trailer, mistakenly thinking the quality would be similar. Boy we’re we wrong! Some of the problems we’ve had include both tire cover partially tearing off while towing, the balances over the windows pulled off the walls, the rear stabilizer stopped functioning, and now we can’t get the bed to slide out. Don’t but this trailer, or any other newer Keystone products. They don’t build quality and they don’t support the garbage they build.

Lived in our 23' UltraLite for 2 months (2 adults, 1 sm dog) very comfortably. Could use a little more bathroom and kitchen prep space, so we'll likely upgrade to another brand to get this.
WHY WE WON'T BUY ANOTHER KEYSTONE: multiple issues with a brand new 2021 trailer. Wiring from the Air360 was not done correctly/completed by factory so we had to take it to a dealer to have them cut the seal on the top, find the wires and track them to the router install location. Covered by warranty but really inconvenient. On delivery the bathroom faucet was leaking so another was ordered for us. Had to return to dealer for install but that's 120 miles roundtrip for us so we asked to have it sent to install ourselves. This required us paying for postage to send BACK the defective faucet first, then the dealer would send the new one. Covered by warranty but really inconvenient.
Now the on-the-road issues: (1) Cable connection to the multi-function controller is incorrect resulting in us having to hack the connection to use the other cable source. Repairman on the road said it's likely the splitter inside the multifunction controller. Will have to return to dealer to have that looked at. (2) Propane regulator failed. No heat delivering. Had to buy $100 regulator and replace ourselves. (3) Water Pump failed. Repairman on road replaced.
Vents are still "leaking" sawdust and shavings after some 2500 miles. Nailheads pop out in a few spots. Window screws were all loose and leaking air. Window blinds attached poorly so overstressed on closing. All poor quality control.
Now the BIG DEAL: have contacted Keystone customer service no less than 12 times. 9 emails and multiple calls. All to get them to cover some of these on-road expenses under warranty. Have sent photos, given all required info, and they NEVER reply. They tell you what to send and don't follow up. Last time I was told "your four emails must've gone to spam here". Really? Was told on the phone earlier this morning that they'd send a call tag to return the defective parts (regulator, water pump) but hours later, no email yet.
THIS IS FRANKLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. That's why we'll purchase from another manufacturer next time.

We liked the Keystone 210 URS - it's the first travel trailer we saw - and months later ended up buying it - after checking out many brands of travel trailers.
We had the trailer 2 months and noticed a leak in a window seal - long story short - our trailer was totaled out - too much damage to repair. We returned it to Northside RV in Lexington, KY for repairs two months ago. One month after it had been there we inquired about the status. It was then we learned it likely would be totaled out - no one had bothered to call before that to keep us in the loop.
We were told by Northside RV it was up to us to deal with Keystone - we didn't think that was right so we complained that the dealer should be the go-between in an event like this. Northside finally went to bat for us - but they were hampered constantly (just as we were) by phone calls not returned, sick employees that no one bothered to tell us were sick and that's why our calls weren't returned, etc.etc.etc. Even going above the employee's (Samantha)'s head - to her boss - Michelle - yielded NO RESULTS - NO CALLS - NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. We have a trip planned and we're leaving the end of September - so we were in a crunch.
Finally the GM of Northside became involved after threats to go to BBB. I also complained to Keystone, but did not hear back from ANY employee's there.
Keystone finally totaled it out, approved a newer model (went from 2019 to 2020 at no added cost to us), and we picked it up today.
My thoughts on Keystone are extremely negative. Their customer service is terrible - they have no regard for what their customers are going through nor do have the professionalism to see something through in a timely manner. I would think 2 months to realize a trailer is ruined, beyond repair, and authorizing the paperwork to replace it - would and could have been done within a matter of weeks - not months.
ZERO stars to Keystone for customer satisfaction - I suggest you hire some professional customer service reps going forward. I would never recommend Keystone to our family/friends given the headaches they gave us.
