We bought our Montana rear kitchen 4 months ago. With 1 trip from Texas to Colorado, I am so dissatisfied with overall construction and quality control. I'll skip little things cosmetic, but serious issues include furnace catching on fire due to sawdust and other debris left by factory, empty refrigerator imploded and broke all tempered glass shelving and plastic trays, after 3k miles washing machine has flooded our front master bath and closet, master bath sink water feed leaking around hose clamps, grey tank valve not operable, will not close flow. We spent 9 months researching over 10 models, on paper, Montana looked to be best choice. Even at 140k, after all accessories, I feeling like I have made a terrible choice. Local dealer is at least 2-3 months out. I ask keystone customer service to authorize mobile service and due to Texas franchise laws, only dealer can send out Keystne certified mobile service. Only to find out Crestview rv does not offer such service. So 2 choices, either surrender my new 2023 unit for months, or pay for repairs out of pocket. As we are booked out for several months in destinations desired, I guess I'll sponsor repairs. Before buying an rv, do your homework. You will NOT want to buy a Montana. They are very unreliable and Keystone knows it. But volume of sales allows them to produce high end JUNK. Please be aware. Show less
