Loved this camper for what we used it for. We lived in it while we built our home in Ringgold, Georgia and it was the perfect floorplan for our family of four. The extra room in the middle of the floorplan was great. The king size bed in the bedroom was definitely helpful with plenty of storage and a washer and dryer hook up.

Two days prior to walkthrough, the front slideout bracket broke. Turning on the lights tripped the breaker. Main bedroom slideout completely broke, cocked to one side, leaving the slideout sideways in the unit. Backwards wiring to the bonus room and both awnings. Grey and black tanks are labeled backwards, found that out the hard way. Check valve broke, so when hooked up to the campground water supply, the water filled the freshwater holding tank, causing the front half of the underbelly to fill with water. Closet doors put on backwards, so they came off the track. We have literally been in this RV for 12 days. Unbelievably bad quality.

Camping world sucks. The quality of the actual camper is cheaply made. No craftsmanship in the actual construction. I have screws poking thru the on the floor. The furnace was busted the first use and had to be fixed. The heat pump/ac motor was loose and the fan broke so waiting on parts for that. The electric leveling sucks and they can’t figure out why it works part of the time. Shower door doesn’t close all the way and water gets on the floor when you shower. Had a wire not connected and kept blowing the breaker on the awnings. Had a main electrical wire loose and lost all power (except what was ran off battery) should have bout a grand design instead. Over priced for the lack of quality they put into it. And yes it is a brand new 2021 model. And no this is not my first camper. This is the 6th one I have owned.

This was very easy to tow using my 2020 Ford f-250 with trailer package. Contrary to popular thought it towes just fine with SINGLE REAR WHEELS.
THe middle room we used as an office and it worked quite well for us.
The living room area is spacious and quite comfortable. We lived in the reclining chairs as well as my 15lb Shitzu.
It is wasn't for health reasons (cancer) we would not be selling and traveling the us.
we especially love the fire place . It gives QUIET heat all thru the night.
I recommend this model to all

Buyer beware. Bought 2021 385BR Montana High Country. I was talked into buying roadside warranry, however no one will come out. I have to take into dealer and was told 4 to 6 weeks. Self leveling doesn't work, tank lights don't work, superslide topper sags, 1 slide tore vinyl, 1 shade already broke, slide molding was damaged, refrigerator is lopsided, super slide shakes bad when walking and at table and this all happened in 2 to 3 months from purchase. One guy came out but would not return. Wrote dealer and manufacture and no response other than roadside names, which no one would do under warranty. You have to pay them first and hopefully get your money back. Very frustrating!

I bought my high country from Camping world. Some complaints that I have about it are: switches why in the would would you have the fan switch, the hallway light switch and the living room light switch in the panel box??? makes no sense at all, the two kitchen cabinets on each side of the microwave why wouldn't you have a shelf in there?? the switch in the bedroom for internet once you switch that you lose your antenna service for channels.. The BIGGEST ISSUE IS we pay ALOT of money for this 5th wheel and it has the crappiest furniture in it.. the mattress is like sleeping on plywood, the pull out love seat bed and couch bed are the worst!!! They don't even lay and close to being flat the love seat dips your head down and feet down and then you have a HUGE bump in the center. The couch pull out is pretty much the same. Seriously you can't put better furniture in these?? Lucid foam mattress runs about $250-$450 depending on the size. Pull out serta loveseat and couch beds aren't that heavy to have for comfortable sleeping for guests. The furniture I give a F in this but the camper itself a B. Mainly because the stupid places for the switches and no shelf in the kitchen cupboard. Slide outs why would it be an option to have the extended cover over those that should come with the unit like they are on the class C's. This review is simply on the RV and giving the manufacturer things to hopefully change for the better. Everything else in the RV is definitely A++++
