This is our 3rd 5th wheel. We started with an older NewWa that was great but it was old. We then bought a model made by a High end Motorhome company. We were excited for the features, but the layout did not function. My wife had to walk down the stairs to access the bathroom at night... We decided that we wanted a Montana after looking at everything. It has been a great 2nd home. We have spent 5 months out 12 living in it. Only had one minor issue and the factory took care of it under warranty. Show less

Although I loved the 294RL layout and design, my frustrations lies with Keystone itself. The Quality of the product that came off the assembly line was embarrassing. I have now been waiting 3 months for an AC to get fixed , that just got denied by Keystone, as they say its Furrion's fault,. This does me no good as now I will be waiting months more to get this fixed. Plus I am still waiting after months for almost $1000 of approved repairs that I paid for, from Keystone. Their quality and customer service is beyond bad. I don't know how they can brag that they have been the best the past 14 years. I owned a Grand Design trailer before this and they were light years better! Show less
