I would give it a Zero if it would let me. We purchased a Montana 3761FL in April of 2023. We have had nothing but trouble with the gas furnace in cold weather. We live in it and you can freeze to death when the temp is 22 or below. Keystone doesn't seem to care that we are having furnace problems and the dealership, Bankston Motor Homes in Huntsville, Alabama isn't any better. We are disgusted with it and now can't sell it for what we owe on the piece of garbage Keystone Montana. Call me before you buy one.

Purchased a 2023 Keystone Montana in May 2024. This was a new unit left over from 2023. Day (1) when we got the unit home, the front right slide wouldn't open. We took it back to Camping World and they replaced the motor on the slide. We brought it home and took our first camping trip in mid-June. The toilet in the master bath leaked water around the base and down into the storage. The electrical receptacles on both sides of the bed were not working. Not good when you're required to use a CPAP machine to sleep at night. AND the front left slide will not open. We took the unit back to Camping World on June 22, 2024, for manufactured repairs. As of August 5, 2024, the repairs are not completed, and they still have our new unit.
We've planned and paid for a Summer full of camping trips with this new purchase. Slowly, but surely, we're watching dollar signs fly out of the window as we're unable to take our planned trips or get our money back from this "Luxury 5th wheel" as it's referred to by Keystone. Buyer beware!

My biggest issue with this unit is the cost. We love the floorplan and storage, but it is touted as the highest quality build and top reliability. I don't see that. We've owned several units before this, some of which cost half as much, but the Montana appears to have the same lack of build quality they all suffer from. Interior trim pieces falling off, sheet metal skirting tearing away from hardware, malfunctioning slide, etc. I guess my point is, if you think paying over $100K is going to relieve you of some of the typical rv headaches, you are wrong. Save yourself tens of thousands of dollars and purchase based on floorplan, not claims from salesmen or manufacturer marketing. I also pulled some stars from factory warranty/support because it takes months to resolve issues when you can only use authorized dealers and cannot reach out to them directly. Again, the build quality issues could easily be resolved at the assembly line (ex: larger washers to distribute the load on the sheet metal skirt bolts).

I purchased a 2020 Keystone Montana 3761FL two months ago from Camping World in Myrtle Beach S.C. This RV is our first RV and we wanted the best as we got started. That is what we were sold. Man did we get surprised. This RV has yet to be used. Been in the shop as much as stored. The poor workmanship beyond the cosmetics is horrible. We have an issue with the floor now and Keystone want stand behind it. The floor is spongy and steaks. Comment, it’s normal. My response, Really. The customer service response to the customer is like a black hole. We obviously did not do enough research before we bought a Keystone product. What a high price piece of poor QUALITY and WORKMANSHIP. I hate to see what else happens once we actually put it on a camp site. Buyers be ware. Do your homework. Thanks Keystone and Camping World. What a joke.
Robbie.

Update: A Keystone Retail/Owner Adviser contacted me within hours of my post and has resolved all outstanding issues to my satisfaction.
I recently acquired this new 5thwheel. Although, the unit has the layout we desired we did expect the quality of the product to be so bad.
I have been working with their Customer Service Center and getting little satisfactory support. Issues that are of concern are:
The rod in the closet hangs down because they did not install the bracket correctly. I had it fixed and sent pictures and the invoice. It was rejected as they feel it is not a defect?
There is a mark on a slide that is obviously from a over spray being wiped with a cloth containing thinner. In addition on the side wall it appears that glue has left a mark. I have quotes to repair. They refused repair saying it is cosmetic and they do not repair cosmetic issues.
All of the outside cabinets shifted when the unit was delivered. Because I bought the unit in July and had it delivered in October they have indicated that it is out of warranty.
Bathroom taps squeak and they cannot provide and resolution other than have a dealer look at it.
I have had issues with the Dometic thermostat and missing railing covers as well. The difference is that Dometic has sent replacement within days at no charge.
I am not at all happy with these decisions and therefore will be ensuring anyone who is thinking of a Keystone product that they look at other products as I have heard of more positive reviews regarding other vendors.
