2021 Montana Front Living. We have had this 5th wheel for a year and 1 year 8 months. All of the blinds were replaced under the year warranty in January 2022 and are already unraveling from the sides again. Both sets of steps leading to the upper front living and the rear bedroom have failed and after dealer repair are failing again! The aluminum Frame is to week to support any weight over time. Our right side couch Thomas Payne was defective from the factory, medal poked through ripping the leather(faux) dealer asked for new couch, Keystone sent the wrong model couch and now refuses to take wrong couch back and send the correct one? They told me they will fix the leather with glue and offered us $500 to go away!! The whole vinyl floor in the front living has delaminated now for a second time after warranty repair the first time. All of the hinges on most of the cabinets have broke or come out of alignment because they are cheap. The stove broke under warranty, dealer said will replace the door, ignition and the lights? When we finally got it in for repairs, dealer said we should just replace stove?? So did under extended warranty ($100)? Front entertainment center cabinet failed on the right side crushed itself while trailer was in motion, had to repair my self. Front USB port out under warranty! Still have not received it yet? Right front theater chair, cord failed after a month, still not working. I’m sure I’m forgetting numerous things there have been so many. This is my first Keystone product, and will surely be my last. I believed they were a reputable company? After dealing with their dealer RV Country in Mesa Az (please avoid that clown show) and dealing with keystone customer service I’m saddened that I spent so much money on this 5th wheel! I highly recommend another brand to spend your hard earned money on!

I purchased a Montana hearing what a good 5th they are. I have nothing but problems with this model. The fridge keeps falling apart every time we travel and we have to put it back together. There was a direct short in the wire Going to the ceiling fan and roof vent and caused the fuse to keep blowing. Now there is something making the new batteries drain down in 3 hours. The stove cook top metal grate is cheep thin metal and bends very easily. Hard to make it level. Have only owned this rv for 5 months, taken it out twice and have worked on it every time. Not real happy with this model. Thought this would be our retirement home from home. Would not purchase it again

This is our second Montana. The first was a 2005 5th wheel. It was excellent. Decided to get a new one in 2019 and get ready for retirement. Our 2019 3120RL has been a real headache. Overall manufacturing quality is very poor. Unpainted corners on kitchen island and bathroom medicine cabinet, large pieces of extra material on window coverings, cabinet doors needing longer screws so they don’t fall off the hinges, rusty screws in shower door slide, have to vacuum saw dust up from floors and counter tops after each trip (front storage compartment too). We had to replace flooring in the living area and bedroom because of damage from slides (and it returned after being fixed), replaced a 50 amp fuse while traveling across country, had to replace the batteries (shot), fixed several dents and scraps from manufacturing. Waiting for Keystone to approve warranty repairs took months. The rubber around the slides leaves black marks every time we open them up (tired of cleaning that). The waste hose holder didn’t last - lid wouldn’t stay shut (new waste hose). Overall quality of materials is much lower than our older Montana. I worked in manufacturing for 40 years and understand the need to reduce costs every step of the way, but never to sacrifice quality. Keystone failed to do that. We are not happy campers. Especially after the cost to purchase.

We purchased this camper in July 2019, we have owned several Keystone Sprinters and they were great. Since buying this Montana we have had the front hydrolic jack replaced, the closed door came off henge, the table, ceiling fan, cabnets have had to have screws put back in, the refrigerator door need repaired, the hot water heater stopped working on electric, and our back window that doesn't even open just fell out on the interstate in Colorado. We have only put around 2,000 miles on this camper and still have 1,300 to get home if it makes it. Wish we still had our Sprinter, never had any problems without. Maybe we just got a lemon.
