AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!(Because the maintenance could be enough to consider your RV salvage) These trailers are giving people MAJOR problems. I recently purchased mine and to temporarily live in. Though its spacious and has a nice floor plan, the components used are beyond unreliable. The products that come installed are cheap, and you can tell that the manufacturer only cares about initial quality. All problems that happened to me happened within 4 months.
First the fridge cut out. After having a guy come look at it, he saw freon stains under the fridge on the floor. The fridge cannot be repaired for less than the cost of the fridge itself.
Then the slide-out for the garage gets stuck, for multiple reasons. One is that it fails to slide up straight, causing it to get caught and stop. And another is that the motors are not strong enough, and you have to lessen the load by lifting the section at the same time as the motors.
BOTH air conditioners have gone out for 2 different reasons a month apart. The bigger AC leaked freon, requiring the entire unit to be replaced. And the second unit just stopped turning on all together.
The walls are also showing signs of delamination, the lights with motion sensors stop working, and the septic fill sensors become unreliable.
Something caused a propane leak which, had I not gotten home early, would have killed my dog.
On paper, it's a nice design, but within 4 months, you can be out over $10,000.

I bought my new Montana from Camping World and took delivery on Jan 12th 2019.Part of the deal was that they install a washer/dryer,Onan Generator and a MORryde wet bolt kit in the suspension. This kit makes all springs and shackles have grease fittings in them to lube the suspension parts.Lo and behold, the kit in the two and a half weeks from putting a deposit down did not come in till 10:00am on Jan 12 th two hours prior to delivery. At that point I just told them to give me the kit so I could install it myself after being a mechanic for 49 years did not see it as a problem.
I got around to installing this kit in August 2019 only to find that at 7 months old with about 5000 miles on it that the suspension was worn out!The shackles were badly worn and the bushings in the ends of each spring were half gone.I installed the kit and greased all suspension parts although I feel for this job to be done correctly it needs 6 new springs.Keystone declined to cover any work on the suspension because I had modified the suspension when I only did what was part of the deal.My northern dealer said that Keystone claimed of not having problems with the suspension but every 2020 Montana on the lot now has this wet bolt kit in it from the factory.
In the months of Jan,Feb,Mar and April I made a list of any problems that I had found with plans to follow up with my northern Keystone dealer. They did make some of the smaller repairs after charging me a 299.00 out of their network for not buying it there but big jobs are still a problem.Things like when you turn on the heat the floor blows up like a kids bouncy pad or when I travel most of the fresh water runs out on the road.
When planning my fall trip back to Florida for the winter my thought was to give the selling dealer a shot at these problems.I arrived back in Florida Oct 29th with an appointment for the 30th to drop it off.
When checking the unit in the service writer found a bulge in the left front corner under a slide out so added it to the work order. They had the camper this time for two weeks (making the total time without my home 46 days)only to check the list of problems. They discovered that to repair the bulge in the wall that both front slide outs would need to be removed,as well as the complete front nose cone for welding cracks in the substructure. They stated they would need the unit for two to three months for this repair and are not willing in any way to provide a loaner while having my home.
So I pulled the camper from them on Nov 12th due to family coming for holidays and not wanting to keep paying for a hotel room.Camping World and I did make plans of brining it back after Jan 2nd but has been resolved about a loaner.
To resolve this to my satisfaction and since it is apparent that these problems are due to quality work by Keystone,I am requesting that they take this unit back.I think they should refund me the full purchase price as well as all loan costs, payments and any other expenses or add ons that where spent.

This is by far the worst investment of my life. After 1 year I still have 22 issues that have not been fixed. And 7 times in service. 27 days unpaid in hotels.
Black tanks smell like an open swerve. When dumping they vapor lock and back up. Leaving bathroom unusable. Smell unbelievable. Open sewer.
Garage underneath bedroom bed. U can see daylight all along headboard. Bugs/ heat/cold and not available to put gas or anything like it in garage. Spiders and ants in bedroom.
Convert quite working on first time we moved. Lost everything in freezer and left us stranded. New converter and batteries in August of 2018. January of 2019 could not pull in awaning. Had to jump start batterys. Cost to me 344.00 after only 6 months.
Half of shades don't work. 6 times in service still don't work. No one gives a sh*%.
Daylight under Windows. Needs caulking on all Windows. Once again I live in unit full time. More cost to me.
Stove top missing screws so lifting to cook is extremely difficult. 6 times not fixed.
Hot water heater is leaking. Nothing done.
No towel or toliet paper holder. 6 times still don't have.
Recliner has always been screwd. Crooked and will laydown. It is totally screw.
Outside cabinets miss or looses weather stripping.
Bedroom side broken letting in bugs and hot / cold and rain. Carpet has been wet 5 times.
Kitchen has taken water from slide and plumbing.
Bedroom has taken water from rain.
Don't buy anything from keystones nor RV Station Donna. It's been a year and six times in service.

We bought the 381TH because the floor plan and the garage area was exactly what we wanted. The dealer had to deliver the coach because we did not have a vehicle big enough to tow it. So from June 2107 to July 2018 the coach set exactly where they put it with no one living in it.
In 2018 we took the coach on three (3) trips for a total of less than 500 miles and the think is failing apart.
1. The slides are basically ruined to the oil leaking from the cable motors.
2. There is NO heat reaching the rear of the coach. I went to far as to pull off the pipe leading to the rear of the coach. Placed a tissue over the pipe and turned on the heater. NOTHING. not even a wiggle.
3. The exterior trim is literally falling apart.
We had planned to start living full time in this coach. I am still hopeful that the company will stand behind what they do. We shall see
