A lot of small problems so far and we have had it only a month. Bought new noticed a few problems at the dealership and they fixed good enough to get us to leave with it. You really don’t notice a lot until you actually get to stay in it. Craftsmanship is terrible and the customer service has to be the worst around. One of the cabinet doors was warped and we noticed at the dealership during walk through after they turned on a few lights inside. On the way home the door kept flying open because the plate was lined up with the latch. After staying in it 1 night the toilet seal was bad and they wouldn’t send me a replacement. One of the bathroom drawers isn’t built square and it leaves a half inch gap on one side one of the ceiling fan blades has a crack the bathroom door covering is peeling off and the black tank flush leaks win the wet compartment. The craftsmanship is horrible and they no longer take pride in the product. I will never buy another keystone product

We could not be more pleased with our purchase. The RV overall, its quality, design, components, features, benefits, corporate support, etc. is all we'd heard of in Keystone Montana and then some. Ours came also with Solarflex system, LCI hydraulic leveling / slide outs and some other features new to us as users. Keystone's support has been wonderful, ensuring we have all the help and assistance we need in order to ensure smooth, trouble free operation, etc. The dealer... sadly not so much as unfortunately they seem to behave true to form of large dealers: all good on sales side then disappear as soon as the purchase check clears.

Last year my wife and I purchased a new 2022 3231CK Montana. The quality of this unit has been terrible. Below is a list of some of the problems we've had. I'm sure I've forgotten something. Seems like it's something new every day. Some were fixed under warranty, but not all.
1) Living room slide floor came detached from the slide out and destroyed the floor. Repaired under warranty.
2) Replaced living room flooring. Also repaired under warranty
3) Bedroom slide out came off the rollers destroying the floor. The floor and the slide out were repaired under warranty
4) Several of the wet bolts were clogged and wouldn’t take grease. All 14 wet bolts were replaced under warranty
5) four of the day/night shade broke and wouldn’t roll up. These were replaced under warranty. Another blind came detached and feel to the couch. It pulled the screws out. I will have to fix this one.
6) Oven door won’t close completely. Using the oven makes the house very very hot. Not covered under warranty. I was blamed though I know I didn’t damage it.
7) Bedroom head of the bed outlets don’t work. I didn’t discover this until it was too late
8) My Norcold 2118 is a piece of crap. When 100 degrees outside the fridge would be 50 degrees and freezer would be over 20. I researched and found lots of people with the same complaints. That cooling unit was never going to work so I upgraded to a JC Refrigeration 12 volt vapor compression compressors. This worked perfectly but it costs several thousand
9) The original drum brake just barely worked. I complained but was told to burnish them. I did so many many times but it made no difference. Wanting better braking I upgraded to disc brakes. Once again, several 1000 dollars.
10) The light under the kitchen sink never goes out. This is still a problem
11) This morning 3 sections of the molding around the living room came detached and fell to the floor. One section landed on our 5lb chihuahua causing a bleeding head wound. We don’t know if she will survive, but she’s at the hospital for at least the night. I’m not confident she will survive. Her eyes were crazy dilated. She can’t stand and we struggled to keep her awake
12) Handles on the shower door came off. The set screw hole is broken so it can’t be fixed. I have to get a new handle
13) The trailer came with a TPMS, but I couldn’t get signals on two tires. I purchased a booster only to discover that a booster is already installed. The TPMS will probably never work, but I sure paid for it.
14) We have a love seat but one of the seats won’t stay connected to the center console. One chair moves all over the place and I’m always pulling it away from the wall.
This next one was my fault, but I did have the help of the trailer’s leveling system. If you push auto level the first thing that is done is the nose is lowered as far as possible. This seemingly needless step is always a surprise. I once accidentally parked the truck too close to the trailer and the front cap came down on the bed rail corner and broke the front cap. I’m sure this will cost 1000s to fix.
I paid 90k cash for this very loaded fiver and it is a total piece of trash that’s not under warranty any longer. Oh how we wish we had bought another Arctic Fox.
I’m sure this isn’t all.
Keystone needs to think about assembling a team that knows something about quality control.

My wife and I are regretting our purchase of a new 2022 Montana. last year It is a beautiful RV having lots of nice features, but we've had many problems with it. I'll numerate them below
1) The floor of the dining slideout is coming detached. This has destroyed the living room floor. Is being repaired under warranty.
2) The floor in the bedroom slide was destroyed because the bed left the rollers. The slideout's timing is perfect, but the bed is coming detached from the slideout wall. This caused a ~35 inch tear in the vinyl floor. Don't yet know if it will be covered
3) The Norcold 2118 is a beautiful fridge with a grossly undersized cooling unit. In 100 degree weather the freezer would be 20 and the fridge would be 50. I upgraded the cooling unit to one made by JC Refrigeration. This works exceptionally well and I highly recommend JC Refrigeration.
4) The trailer's brakes were very lame. They were exceptionally weak when we took possession. The dealer told us to burnish them (ride the brakes some) which we did. This helped a little, but not nearly enough. I upgraded to Dexter disc brakes. 3) and 4) cost me several 1000 dollars.
5) The day night shades are beautiful. However, they are failure prone. There is a tiny plastic part that connects the blind to the spring. This plastic part is too weak and prone to breakage. We've broken 4 so far. When this happens the blind can't be rolled up.
6) We've had lots of other little problems such as loose moldings, leaking water lines in bathroom, range door problems and the range grate sags in the middle making it impossible to level
7) Recliner heaters don't work
8) TV volume that fails to work. Nearly every time we turn on the TV we must go to settings and restore defaults to get volume to work.
9) Poorly mounted closet rod that couldn't hold much of anything. It had a middle brace that was screwed into very thin paneling. This was not mounted into a stud making the brace useless.
10) lots and lots of minor issues
Keystone's knee jerk reaction is to blame everything on the customer making everything a challenge. When we took possession and brought in the slide outs for the first time a tear was made in the vinyl. We were faulted for not sweeping. It was caused by a BB sized pebble. This same thing happened to one of their techs later when he failed to sweep.

We love our 2021 Montana 3231CK. The floor-plan has lots of features especially better interior space. The modern finishes on the interior are very attractive and the number of windows allow for great lighting on the interior. The basement is huge, we have two awnings, and we're very happy to have the poly-matt rather than carpet. This is a super nice rig with lots of features including much more counter space.
