I bought a BRAND NEW keystone hideout less than six months ago and ours already falling apart. Contacted the sales people who did a walk-through and come to find out keystones refusing their warranty, even though it says clearly on the vehicle three-year warranty. It’s not working the toilets broke the ceiling is leaking and the awning is broke. I paid over $25,000 for this thing brand new and it’s a piece of crap. Come to find out Keystone doesn’t care about their customers or their business. No wonder they’re going out of business. Show less
