Purchased brand new in June 2021. The overall quality is poor. I had water leaking in immediately after purchase. Complained to the dealer who refused to service it without me bringing it 3 hours back to them. I was using it for housing as I work away from home. The issue has still not been resolved. Dropped it off at another dealership in November 2021. They didn't call me until June 22, 2022 and demanded I remove the trailer even though the work was not finished. They refused to finish the work instead telling me to bring it back in the fall and they will get to it then. This is unacceptable. I purchased a new trailer with the expectation of a warranty. KEYSTONE has been trying to get out of the repair since I dropped it off. Now I have a trailer that's vinyl floor has been ripped up and siliconed back down. It looks like garbage and is still not repaired. The unit is dirty as heck from any work that has been done as they did not clean up after themselves. The dealer actual stated that they are not obligated to provide a warranty at all according to the fine print! Please look elsewhere before committing to a Keystone. I wish I had. Show less

I should have taken $30,000 and burned it. Within one month, water lines broke. Within the first year the air conditioner went out, kitchen sink cracked, dining table broke and the main slide out with the couch and dining table broke. After owning it for 14 months, the refrigerator stopped working. I can't even sell this piece of junk. Show less

Terrible quality. AC went out within first year and AC unit is too small to cool trailer. Wall seam at head of bed came apart in first year. Refrigerator stopped working at 14 months. When I inspected the trailer after driving it home from dealer, I found ALL the bolts holding the body to frame were loose. Keystone warranty customer service took a very long time to reimburse me for new AC. Toilet sprays water outside of bowl when you flush. Cabinets are particle board, which you can't tell until they're nicked. I would not buy Keystone again. Show less
