And I have had a bunch of problems with this piece of crap. And they have not warranted anything. They say it’s not covered because it’s nota factory defect or manufacturing issue. YES IT IS. how are you going to tell me that it’s not A manufacturer , defect or a quality defect when it’s a piece of crap and the entire component is cracked!!! It’s made of substandard particleboard and it’s already coming apart!!!!!. I have already contacted my lawyer, and he is Thoroughly combing through my contract, to see what can get done about this…he’s already guaranteed me something will get done

bought a trailer about 8 months ago, and ever since it has been nothing but problems, poor build quality, leaking roof, poor craftsmanship, cheap materials. the latest of problems being my fridge quit working about 3 months ago and ever since i have not been able to get it serviced, i am in a bit of unique situation as i purchased the trailer in another state to which i currently live, and non of the "authorized" dealers are willing to repair my trailer since i did not buy threw them. i have called Keystone directly looking for some help and the answer i got was not very encouraging, while keystone did give me their sympathy (more than their dealers), they basically told me im screwed and will have to pay for the fridge myself. i will never recommend keystone to anyone i care about. customer service is 0/10, customer care is 0/10, customer experience is 0/10, and again just to reiterate build quality is 0/10 the if i thought i had a case here i would definitely be suing for false advertisement as i was told i had a 3 year warranty but i know see that was not true.

Bought this TT new in March 2017, liked that this model had a large dinette, a bath sink, counter, and cabinet in bathroom that many other RV's with same floorplan, including other Keystones, lacked. Only used about a half dozen times so far. Made some personal major mods to the trailer like adding a couple of RV windows: 1) Next to main door 2) Upper bunk - to add more natural lighting and cross ventilation, plus an external shower unit, and a "Hott Rod" heat element to the water heater for electric water heating. The only issues in first year was the overhead light outside the bathroom door blinking occasionally and the AM function in the Jensen stereo sucks as very poor. Noticed this in first year of usage and ownership but did not think these were worth the trouble and any wait to bring it back to dealer for warranty work. Otherwise everything else worked fine though have never used the water pump since always full or partial hookups. This 2021 spring discovered minor leak damage in the door side wall inside the small wardrobe closet. Camper was not used in 2020 due to covid pandemic and unable to check the roof due to physical ailment that I'm mostly recovered from. Patched the roof with some liquid "Flex Seal". TT parked in my front yard since last used in August 2019. The vent fan motor in the bathroom finally died recently. Overall so far consider this entry level TT to be a good camper but not sure my next TT would be a Keystone if there is a next one, hope it lasts 15 more years if keeping.

This is the single most moronic, incompetently designed and shoddily built RV on the market. At first, I was completely sold on the layout and the ease of towing, but after 2.5 years, this deathbox has literally fallen apart. The air conditioner is installed with nowhere for the condensation to drain... except through the wood surrounding it, which becomes intensely mildewed. The condensation then leaks through the wall, beneath the linoleum floor, and rots the PARTICLE BOARD FLOORING from the inside out. 2.5 years of ownership, and the ENTIRE FLOOR is mush and full of holes, and is in need of replacing. The refrigerator condensation leaks beneath the linoleum as well, and the black sewage tank has overflowed, and leaked in between the linoleum and the floor, and has rotted the particle board with sewage water. This thing has been a complete and utter NIGHTMARE. I'm scared to death to tow it anywhere as I'm nearly positive the framing has been compromised. $2200 to replace the floors and they all but LAUGHED AT ME when I called about it possibly being under warranty. Whomever designed and engineered this giant festering rolling ball of sewage should be hung by his fingers and flogged. This is a massive, perfectly tapered TURD of an RV. RUN from it.

We have loved this camper since Day 1! Great floorplan. Has everything needed for a fun and comfortable camping trip. We camped as short as 2 nights and as long as 8 weeks and it has worked out great. We slept 6 adults while at the Grand Canyon. Of course, the 2 on the dinette really have to like each other, but it was awesome! Great Storage for this size travel trailer. We are moving up to a larger trailer and we focused on Keystone products, since we had such good luck with this one.

Do NOT buy this RV!!! I purchased a brand new 2020 in October 2019, here is a list of current issues to date: Awning opened while I was driving and broke into pieces, Keystone does not want to repair under warranty. Microwave doesn't open, you need to pry it open to use. Screens on door and window ripped off in wind. Heater is ridiculously loud. Stairs cannot be opened onto uneven or imperfect ground or you cannot close door; I had to completely remove legs so I could even close door. Table had a giant crack in it within days of receiving, if it wasn't already there. Mattress and carpet and wood beneath retain ridiculous moisture and have ruined mattress and caused mould throughout area beneath bed. Benches are uncomfortable and even with cheap stickers do not remain in place. Tank sensors have never worked accurately. Literally no idea when to empty tanks. Blinds tensile cords are too tight and yanked screws from wall. All the blinds are horrendously cheap and kitchen blinds pieces fell apart within first week. The rust!!! In 4 months, the amount of rust on stairs, etc. is ridiculous! The fridge is too cold with no way to adjust. Freezer freezes over fast!! Most of the screws inside were not even screwed in all the way. And the customer service and warranty service? Forget it, they won't repair anything and no one will service it if I did not purchase it at their location. I am stuck with a 26k lemon. Seriously, stay away from this cheap garbage.

It is light and my truck can tow it easily. I haven't even needed a weight distribution hitch. The interior space and features are impressive for a camper this size. I had some questions a few times and had no trouble getting Keystone customer support on the phone. They were always very helpful and pleasant to speak with.

DONT BUY this model keystone hideout 175LHS. SAFETY HAZARD:The exhaust for furnace is beside entry door, within a 2 year olds reach from ground-extremely hot. The fridge exterior vent covers have 1/4 gap between cover locks, (at the top of very cheap plastic cover)that allows water to flow between cover into wall, resulting in dry rot within 1-2 years. The bunk bed cross support snapped when trying to make bed- made with 3/4 inch thick pine, not strong enough.
