Purchased brand new from dealership, January 2022. Used it May- October, with no issue. Winterized and covered. Uncovered it last week and….Shower panels were unstuck and we had to caulk them. Wall material has bubbled away fro the plywood at every window and 1 wall has popped out .25”. ...read more
Purchased brand new from dealership, January 2022. Used it May- October, with no issue. Winterized and covered. Uncovered it last week and….Shower panels were unstuck and we had to caulk them. Wall material has bubbled away fro the plywood at every window and 1 wall has popped out .25”. Called customer service at dealership and Keystone…. Will not do anything because it is past 12 months. I only just uncovered it… if I was going to go by warranty, I would have to uncover it in January to check it…, that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. The quality of the product is horrendous and I would never purchase another Keystone again.
