Well, where do I start Bought the thing on Jan 15th and Feb 9th no hot water. This has the on demand tankless hot water heater. Called and paid for Good Sam service to come out and check it out. Well, they needed to order a part and come back at a later date to install it. So now we are showering in the bath house at the campground. this goes on for months of replacing different part until they decided to replace the who unit. So, we are excited that we are finally going to be able to shower in our new camper again. WRONG Does not work. Now we are going on 6 months and still no hot water. I am starting a different job in Georgia and have a service tech come out to look at it there and he said he fixed the issue. WRONG Now we are in NC and had a service tech come out and replaced the regulator and not fixed. checked everything and is stumped. Not the exterior water house starts leaking in the wall. Tech ordered parts and came back at a later time and fixed that. A month later we have no heat. Called a service tech and he came out was here the whole day troubleshooting. Well, he said that he was glad to be there as the unit could have caused an explosion, so he took the unit to his shop to bench test it. It ran all day perfect in his shop, so he returned with the operating unit. Mind you it is 0 degrees out and now we have to worry about the water lines as well as keeping ourselves warm. Installed the unit and bam not working. So the Lady from Keystone Amber (true angel) ended up giving him permission to bypass the original thermostat and install a separate t-stat and guess what does not work. So here we are again with no heat on these winter days and nights. As of today, the heater is still at the techs shop and he is waiting for parts. Since I am saying all this, I guess I will add that the kitchen counter on the island the laminate is all coming off around the sink bowl. The heat in the one recliner does not work. I already had to fix some of the wood trim on the slide outs as it just fell off on both ends. I have never had this issue with the old camper I traded in, and it was a Coleman. I thought hey we buy a new camper and we will have something nice. That was a joke I should of took 65,000.00 and gave it to a charity or a homeless guy. Overall, this has been the worst decision I have ever made in my life. I really would like to take this back to the dealer and get something different. Poor workmanship and quality of materials used in this camper is bottom of the barrel. I will never buy anything that has a keystone name on it as they could care less about all this. Amber Gardner at least offered to pay for us to go get a space heater however a space heater for this big space would do nothing. This should really be taken back under the lemon law and I am really thinking about looking into having this matter looked at further. Oh and by the way there is still a problem with the tankless hot water have to turn it on multiple times before you can get it to work. SO BAD Show less

I bought a 2023 Keystone Bullet thinking I was getting a good quality RV from a reputable brand. Unfortunately it has been nothing but a disappointment from the start. The AC failed within the first year and getting it replaced turned into a long and frustrating battle between the dealer and Keystone. No one wanted to take responsibility and it took way too much time and effort just to get something that should have been handled quickly. Then the dinette seats literally fell apart just from sitting on them. When I checked I discovered they were held together with cheap staples instead of proper screws or bolts. I ended up having to fix it myself by screwing everything back together which is not something you expect from a new RV at this price point. Now only a year and a half later all the rubber seals and junction trim around the exterior are dry cracked and falling apart. I called Keystone hoping they would at least acknowledge the problem but all I got was “Sorry it is not under warranty anymore.” That is their answer for a 1 and a half year old unit that is clearly built with poor materials and no quality control. I am now trying to sell it but it seems like a lot of people already know about Keystone’s reputation for bad quality and customer service. I wish I had read more reviews before buying. This is my first and last Keystone product. I will never recommend or buy from them again. Show less

Very soft floor after warranty runs out like 2-3years never purchase other keystone again get word out there will do nothing about it told dealership about it said that normally big money for cheap floor plan probably cost $4000 to$6000 fix Show less

We own a 2017 Cougar rls. We search for this particular floorplan. It has large windows, 2 recliners, a large walk through bathroom and king bed. It light weight and can be towed with a half ton truck. We towed long distances and often took grandkids with us. Great floor plan! Show less

For over a year, we have planned to purchase this model, and finally made the decision to purchase one from a private owner in TN. It was a older couple, that didn't do much to keep it in good condition, so I am playing catch up with things like updates to the In-Command equipment. We still love t he floor layout, one of the reasons we wanted this model was the layout of the 2 lounge fold out chairs, that line right in front of a 50" TV, very similar to our layout at home. All the fancy tech I don't need, but it is sure is nice to the Auto Level is very useful. We have yet to figure out the Solar Charging system but will eventually. Overall, still an awesome setup for a couple or small family for camping. We Love it! Show less

Great travel trailer and bang for the buck! Love the floorplan and usability of the interior with the slide out king bed and bunks at opposite ends of the camper. Room for adults, kids and pets. Good storage and water capacity for off grid camping too. Convenient hookups for campgrounds, awning for shade and rear slide out can be used to shelter bikes and gear underneath when camping. Easy to maintain and tows great as well. Typical new camper tweaks and adjustments with minor repairs / manufacture warranty issues. Easy to fit into smaller campsites with the rear slide out which means more campground options. Have used this model all over the western half of the country and Canada. Show less

Bought the trailer new in 2022. First shower I took, the shower pan cracked in several places. I used duct tape to hold it together until I could get it serviced. Took over a month at a dealer to fix that and a host of other problems, such as all the trim was falling down and the cupboard above the bed was falling down. Later on, water was dripping onto my mattress. I finally figured that out...they never bothered to caulk the hole where the glamour lights on the outside front of the trailer go in. The front half of the underbelly completely fell down while on the road. None of the wiring had been secured, so all those wires fell out onto the road. Both axels bent while crossing Wyoming, which ruined all my tires. Numerous other things have failed, and I never get any help from Keystone. I am traveling full time and cannot just leave it for months on end for them to fix things, so I end up eating the cost. Customer service will not give any info, even for something so simple as how to remove the fireplace face plate so I can clean behind it. Figured that out. Supposed to be all-season. Not even close. The floor plan is good for 1, but would be tight for 2. It tows well with my very good hitch system. Overall, I would not recommend any Keystone product due to the horrible craftsmanship and lack of customer service. Show less

Compared to newer models, our 2400bh has had only one issue with the slideout motor that took all of an hour to repair, I cut the 1x6 behind the access panel, which makes future repairs a snap. The new gearbox include a drip tray, livability is fine for a family of 4, we also added solar, a perko battery disconnect and extra 32" android tvs. No issues with leaks or water, everything works as it should 9 years later Show less

Love the layout. Overall construction quality is average. Several trim pieces have had to be replaced, table had to be screwed back in the wall after the first trip. Shower leaked from not being sealed properly. Cabinet construction is not the best. Tankless Water heater is too far from the shower and kitchen so it is a 20 second wait for water to heat up. However, the size of the unit and the overall layout are wonderful for a couples camper. Show less

We purchased our Cougar 25RDS brand new (custom order) from a local RV dealer in 2021 and have used it for various trips May - Oct each year. It's ideal for a couple, but we have brought our 6' adult son with us on a few trips. He was able to sleep on the large convertible dining table. The openness of the living area is fantastic. However, the tight bedroom drives me crazy. We had to immediately replace the horrible mattress. The fridge broke 3x. The roof lining bubbled even though we cover it every year and check sealants. These occurred within warranty but not all repairs were covered. Keystone resists paying for warrantied items. There are other minor items breaking that my husband can fix. Show less
