This TT was perfect for us as a couple and took us across the country in style! We were welcomed in all campgrounds that have electric or size restrictions, especially in older state and federal parks. The solar power served us well when boondocking, as did the somewhat higher carriage, and got us much closer to the sights we wished to see than regular campgrounds would have. The style inside is warm and appealing, comfortable and surprisingly roomy. The all-around big windows allow spectacular views and plenty of sunlight, but still maintain your privacy. Show less

This is my first and last time buying a 5th wheel from this company. This is the worst 5th wheel EVER! Sink kitchen sink fell out. Bathroom room sink faucet handle blow off and flooded the bathroom. Wall paper is coming off the wall. Mini fridge stop working after 6 months. When we deliver on this 5th wheel new. T.V. did not work. Called customer service once with La Mesa the Heartland. They did absolutely nothing. The customer service department with La Mesa is handled by a attorney office...BIG RED FLAG. I will be posting pictures of my 5th wheel online. This company very poor quality 5th wheel. VERY POOR. Don't waste your money. Show less

Extremely spacious and luxurious interior. Two big slideouts, large fridge, super comfy theater seating with massager and seat warmer (reclining and cup holders included). Large screen LCD TV and a finely designed dinette. The bedroom is outstanding - queen bed and a huge closet/slideout with lots of drawers and hanger space. Best part about the bedroom is how roomy it is, plenty of space between the bed and the sidewalls of the unit, allowing you to get in and out of the bed at ease. Good end-tables on each side allow you to store your phone, tablet, charging cables, books or large laptops next to your bed. Good overhead storage above the bed also. The kitchen is great - lots of counter space and storage. Best part about it is the sink and luxurious faucet - this faucet/sink combo is nicer than my kitchen in my new 4-bedroom Arizona house. Outside includes HUGE storage area for your portable fireplace, seats lounges, ping pong table, you name it! The electric jacks are controlled by a digital auto-leveling system. The entire RV (lights, slides, water heater, A/C, heater) can be controlled remotely with your phone using WiFi and/or Bluetooth. Entertainment center next to the TV includes DVD/radio system, AM/FM antenna and wireless Bluetooth exterior speakers. Show less

I have had nothing but problems with this rv. The trim in coming off everywhere. The living room side leaks, I’ve been told by Crestview Rv that it doesn’t leak because of a warranty issue that it is from a side window even though the ceiling drip’s and the main window drops around the seal. The master floor was torn by the slide and I’m still waiting on the warranty approval ( Dec ‘22 was when it was turned in). I have emailed keystone customer service 5 times since Jan ‘23 still no response. The seals on the sides are already deteriorating. The laminate floors are blowing up through the entire RV. We have had a few warranty issues on our NEW 2022 Cougar 22MLS travel trailer. KEYSTONE covered most, but declined to cover a big gap between the driver’s side front window frame and the interior paneling up to 16″ long and you could stick your hand in all the way from bottom to top. Had RV service center and myself submit for approval to Keystone and was denied. Keystone claims that 16″ panel gap is “within Factory Spec” non-warranty issue. I said, what about the passenger side that is tight and has no gap between frame and paneling? Shouldn’t driver’s side be seamless too? Nope, gap is within factory spec. Not one $ will be spent on KEYSTONE brands when we look for another trailer to purchase. Show less

Goodness, where do I start? Spite the fact that the levels on this RV say that is level it doesn’t appear or feel to be leveled front door is offkilter and lets cold air i. All of the doors are falling off of their hinges, and the hinges that hold the plywood where you can lift up the mattress have also come undone, The screws can’t be tighten down because they just turn as if the holes have been stripped out, . And no matter what you do there is static and buzzing in the speakers in the stereo system A can actually see light coming through the door All of the faucets in this unit are cheap plastic and have broken. I have replaced them with high-quality residential Fossetts. Can’t change the temperature in the refrigerator. It freezes all of my food no matter where it is in the refrigerator. The refrigerator does not work on propane as it should. There are leaks in the propane line, and the oftenlp does not work. The propane alarm goes off regularly although it has been addressed, and I cannot find where the propane is leaking. Don’t try to make a cup of coffee and cook something at the same time because the breaker will flip. The toilet will not flush properly fill that sits on this little ledge and builds up and is nearly impossible to get to go down to the black tank. This is not a four seasons trailer. I don’t care what they say pecks plumbing does not a Fourseason trailer make I often can’t empty the black tank without falling it, because the valve freezes the slide has torn a hole in the linoleum flooring The screen over the shower drain has come off and cannot be reattached Had to repair several of the pecks connections because they leaked Cold air seeps in from every window And the pin box switch has stopped working, so I can no longer raise and lower the pin so that I can attach this trailer to my truck and the roof leaks in several places including right over my bed in the headboard where I can’t find any place it could possibly be leaking yet. It leaks. I really wish I done my research better before purchasing this trailer. It seems that no matter what quality keystone trailer you buy. They are all trash, Thor industries, destroys everything that it touches. I have a switch in my trailer labeled heater, which has nothing to do with my hot water heater and nothing to do with the heat controls on a completely different panel. I sent a picture of this panel and the button to customer service at Keystone trailers the woman has no idea what the button does and can’t seem to find anybody who does. There is no owners manual for my trailer. And if customer service doesn’t even know what the button does I just think there’s no hope Sore shame on you for buying quality products and turning them into trash. How about training your customer service to know what is going on inside of your products also, as one final little thing the paint jobs on these is awful. It didn’t last, and all of the decals on the outside are peeling off. Show less

Just purchased a new Keystone Montana High Country. We loved the floor plan. We narrowed our selection down to two. The Grand Design or the the Montana. We went with the Montana. If you want to save yourself the frustration go with another manufacturer. This is a piece of crap. This is my 4th new camper so I'm somewhat knowledgeable. I know they all need some tweaking after it's been used a few times. This should be limited to a few adjustments. After our first trip it spent 3 weeks in the dealer shop. DVD player didn't work. You would think there would be some type of quality control. Obviously not! Trim pieces have pulled away from the ceiling, cabinet doors rub. Drawers won't open and shut properly. Wire loom holders peeling and wires dropping in the way. Wood grain trim over refrigerator was peeling off. We just got home from our 2nd trip in our 2 month old camper. The glass door above the fireplace fell off, drawers in the bed room cabinet won't open. My wife opened one drawer and the bottom completely fell out. My biggest concern is the floor in the main living area, in front of the bar/sink is now popping every time you walk across the floor. Clearly an issue with the subframe and flooring not properly attached. Two light switches in the main control panel no longer illuminate. If you are looking for a quality built camper the Keystone Montana is not it based on my first hand experience. Show less

A great 5th wheel to camp in with a well engineered floor plan. Only fault is decals fade fairly quickly in the sun, but I guess they all do that. I didn't really care for the carpet or the carpet colors. Show less

We purchased this RV at Gander RV in OKC in December 2019 with the intent of becoming full timers. Prior to this purchase we'd owned 4 other RV's ALL costing thousands less than the 331RL. Unfortunately additional cost did not lead to better quality. We've had more issues with this $50,000+ RV than any of the other's we've owned COMBINED. Right off the dealers lot it started with an auto level system that did ANYTHING but. I've recalibrate this unit many time with negative results. Now we just use a simple bubble level and level the unit the same way we did with our cheaper RV's. The upper track on our sliding closet door came right out of the ceiling because it was attached to NOTHING! Six butterfly wall grabbers fixed this. The actuator motor on one of our recliners failed because the wiring was improperly routed. I replaced the actuator myself over taking it back to the dealer. Screws holding the shower door track in started to corrode. I replaced with stainless steel screws. The Key TV system Keystone raved about never worked. Found BOTH coaxial cables going from the control head to the entertainment center SHORTED! I bypassed this POS system, which Keystone refused to address, by installing jacks on the kitchen slide for my satellite and cable inputs. The Accu-Slide system was installed improperly causing a frayed kitchen slide cable requiring replacement. ALL three slides have had to have cable adjustments done to prevent catastrophic damage. Two out of three knife valves have been replaced due to leakage and/or failing in the open position, (luckily!). The Furrion oven won't stay lit despite adjusting the thermocouple. No other propane related issue were found. After a trip from Pensacola to Galveston found most of the trim and header above our dining room slide had departed the slide! Brad nailer took care of that. The Dometic capacitive thermostats have failed repeatedly! Found the little foam pads on the backside of the cover will sink into the well they sit in if you actuate the touch pad too hard! Fixed this by pulling the foam pads out and repositioning them. The holding tank level indicators have NEVER read correctly. We learned by trial and error when to empty the tanks. On our way from Galveston to OKC one of our 'China bombs' exploded causing $25K in damage! The ironic part: We had an appointment in OKC to have ALL 4 tires replaced! Our LP gas detector decided to start chirping, but only during the early AM hours. There was NO gas leak. Had to pull the fuse until our replacement arrived. We developed a water leak BEHIND the washer/dryer that was so insidious that it wasn't discovered until it had done plenty of damage. The culprit: cheap plastic quarter turn valves! Replaced with BRASS Shark Bite valves. We love the layout of the 331RL, but that love is tempered by the constant quality/quality control problems we've had. Some problems Keystone has been helpful with. Other's not so much. Overall I think we would have been better served buying used and having the crap inspected out of it before purchase. I know whomever buys this unit when we're ready to sell will get the RV we should have gotten. Show less
