We've owned this rv for 2 years. Very easy to pull and easy in/ out of gas stations. It's the perfect size for 2 adults but will sleep up to 6 people. We've never had an issue with it but saw a Keystone Cougar 24rds model that had a u shaped dinette. The rv is about 2ft longer and will accommodate our adult daughter sleeping in the dinette. We purchased this one and now need to find a new home for our other one. Nice rv!

We bought the 5th wheel new in July. When we went through our walk through the slide wouldn't open, so we had to go back for a different walk through a few weeks later. Luckily for us, it was raining that day, because the bathroom skylight was leaking heavily, so we postponed again. When we got back to the dealer again for the walk through we water heater wasn't working, so again we postponed the walk through. Come to find out Keystone never wired the water heater... so we finally go to our walk through months later and the shore power didn't work. The socket wasn't wired properly.. so once again we left it at the dealer... so now we were pushing our Christmas in Arizona back because we were looking at mid-December for the walk through. All this time I was calling Keystone trying to get them off their hands and pay for the repairs. They did eventually, but it was months waiting.. Now, after our 4th camping trip the auto leveling system isn't working... Of course, it is out of warranty, because the 1 year warranty ended 4 months after we took possession of the camper. We are looking to upgrade now, but I will never buy another Thor (parent company) Product again, and won't even look at a Keystone.

We just bought Cougar and took it for a test camp close to home at Lake Tobosofkee in Macon Ga. Love my new camper. It's all that and more. I don't have anything negative to say about it yet. My favorite parts are the unique bathroom for a camper this size. Feels like a space you'd find in a Class A. Very roomy kitchen and living space, lots of storage.

I I purchased an RV and was immediately captivated by this floor plan. If you have children or a large family, this RV provides ample space for enjoyable family trips. It tows smoothly without any issues, which is a testament to its quality. Since this is my first fifth wheel, I don’t have much to compare it to, but it surpasses any bumper pull I’ve owned.

The floor layout is very livable. In very hot climates you will need dual air conditioning units. The heat is gas, however you can turn on the electric fireplace and the heat will easily make its way up to the front bedroom. The trailer wasn't well inspected by the dealership when they received it from the manufacturer. During the first two trips we had several issues with drains leaking and water lines leaking. We have had a couple of issues with the computer system that took quite a while for the dealer to resolve. There was a concerning issue with the top rear edge. The trim was not screwed down properly so I had to add a couple of screws to the ends and re-caulk the entire length. The tv that came with the unit was one of the worst I have ever seen. It came with the one piece four step fold down stairs. They are pretty hefty and very difficult for my wife to put down. I purchased the manual hydraulic lift assist kit and installed it myself. It really makes it much easier to raise and lower the steps. It is very easy to pull and tracks very well. Quality control was very lacking and some of the documentation from the manufacturer was incomplete or incorrect. There was a lot of confusion and issues with the leveling system so I had to contact the manufacturer of the leveling system; this company was Lippert. With their assistance I was able to figure things out. However, the design of the leveling system was really bad for being a modern automated system.

The floor plan is perfect for me and my dog. It has some nice features like solar panel, blue tooth and plenty of storage. However, quality of the construction has been horrible. I have had blinds go bad racks falling of the wall, trim failing all over the unit, roof problems within first 6 months, etc…common phases I hear frequently at the parks I travel is “ they don’t build them like they use to”! When I have been asked about my unit, I say simply don’t waste your money! I understand that there are about 4 major manufacturers, but I certainly have not been happy with Keystone.

Where do I begin?! The 364BHL appears nice, but the longer you have it, the more you realize it’s a cheap piece of crap. Problems with ours started on day one of usage, the heater did not work and there were multiple leaking water lines. Simple fix of doing a “master reset” and tightening stuff, but still… Pros: tows decently. Floor plan was decent. Cons: made cheap with little to no quality control.I would have given a zero, but wasn’t an option Example of things that happened with our brand new trailer in the first year; fireplace heater fan quit working, refrigerator would not work with electric (as soon as propane is gone, your S.O.L.), refrigerator coolant line ruptured, screws under linoleum (8 total), pantry shelves collapsed (put together with staples, really?!), all jack fault, grey and black tank level sensors erroneous readings, closet rod mounts busted, drawer slide broke, counter (bathroom sink) not sealed adequately, wardrobe slide would not actuate, chipped wall/wallpaper from manufacturer, both batteries went bad, inadequate hardware installed multiple locations, piss-poor sealing on undercarriage, and water pump will not prime in winterizing-mode… There’s a bunch more that occurred and was discovered, but that gives you pretty good picture of the “quality” I was fortunate enough to deal with. You know why you get a 1-year warranty on the purchase of a new trailer? Because they know they just sold you a piece of guaranteed crap. According to my service guy, the manufacturer expects to pay about 30% of the sale price in warranty work. How the heck are these ass-clowns still in business? Most people don’t spend enough time in their trailers in the first year to experience most of the problems they will face, until their “warranty” is up that is. Do yourself a favor, don’t buy new for one. Don’t spend more than $20K on one of these either. You’re already going to end up spending a small fortune to keep it in operational condition.
