Bought used from dealership, trailer was 7 yrs. old when purchased. The dealer moved the trailer to my permanent site & said everything was checked over. The upper back where the fibreglass meets the rubber roof had a leak that they should have caulked but didn't. I am still fixing it where it leaked. Be very careful if you buy these RV's & check all the seams on the roof & recaulk. very roomy inside & love the large back window Show less

2009 keystone cougar is the perfect size. I towed it behind my Ford F-350 and never knew I was back there. Everything works from the fridge to the ac/heater to the TV. Since its a fifth wheel it doesn't move back and forth on the highway with wind very stable. This camper with hutch and generator gas everything you need to go camping comfortably with the family this weekend. Show less

This was my first 5th wheel and really liked it. It pulls easily with my F150. The floor plan is very roomy when the slide out is out. The kitchen is very nice with tons of storage both in the kitchen and living area. The quality built into this unit is excellent. This RV survived hurricane MICHAEL while in storage in Panama City Beach. It was lucky not to get hit by flying debris, but more amazing, there were no leaks even in the very heavy rains. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Show less

We purchased this unit New late in 2015. 1st season 2016 noticed all the cracks in floor seams in wardrobe,bathroom under bath sink. See daylight thru the seams. 2nd season 2017. Paint started fading on the unit. Contacted Keystone customer service. Sent pictures. Each time someone was to call back. Needless to say it is 2018 multiple calls. No return contact. 2018 3rd season. Seals in front cap leaking entire back wall rotting out from leak in the back seals. We are thoroughly disgusted with this company and the lack of craftsmanship. How they continue to get away with this is unbelievable. I would not recommend any products from this company and will continue to spread the word to as many forums and reviews as I can. Show less
