Well, where do I start Bought the thing on Jan 15th and Feb 9th no hot water. This has the on demand tankless hot water heater. Called and paid for Good Sam service to come out and check it out. Well, they needed to order a part and come back at a later date to install it. So now we are showering in the bath house at the campground. this goes on for months of replacing different part until they decided to replace the who unit. So, we are excited that we are finally going to be able to shower in our new camper again. WRONG Does not work. Now we are going on 6 months and still no hot water. I am starting a different job in Georgia and have a service tech come out to look at it there and he said he fixed the issue. WRONG Now we are in NC and had a service tech come out and replaced the regulator and not fixed. checked everything and is stumped. Not the exterior water house starts leaking in the wall. Tech ordered parts and came back at a later time and fixed that. A month later we have no heat. Called a service tech and he came out was here the whole day troubleshooting. Well, he said that he was glad to be there as the unit could have caused an explosion, so he took the unit to his shop to bench test it. It ran all day perfect in his shop, so he returned with the operating unit. Mind you it is 0 degrees out and now we have to worry about the water lines as well as keeping ourselves warm. Installed the unit and bam not working. So the Lady from Keystone Amber (true angel) ended up giving him permission to bypass the original thermostat and install a separate t-stat and guess what does not work. So here we are again with no heat on these winter days and nights. As of today, the heater is still at the techs shop and he is waiting for parts. Since I am saying all this, I guess I will add that the kitchen counter on the island the laminate is all coming off around the sink bowl. The heat in the one recliner does not work. I already had to fix some of the wood trim on the slide outs as it just fell off on both ends. I have never had this issue with the old camper I traded in, and it was a Coleman. I thought hey we buy a new camper and we will have something nice. That was a joke I should of took 65,000.00 and gave it to a charity or a homeless guy. Overall, this has been the worst decision I have ever made in my life. I really would like to take this back to the dealer and get something different. Poor workmanship and quality of materials used in this camper is bottom of the barrel. I will never buy anything that has a keystone name on it as they could care less about all this. Amber Gardner at least offered to pay for us to go get a space heater however a space heater for this big space would do nothing. This should really be taken back under the lemon law and I am really thinking about looking into having this matter looked at further. Oh and by the way there is still a problem with the tankless hot water have to turn it on multiple times before you can get it to work. SO BAD

We recently upgraded to the Cougar 32RLI, we were looking for more area in the living room, kitchen and bedroom this fit all of those needs. The great amount of storage, electrical and USB outlets also sold us. When we were looking we thought the bathroom layout was good, however, this is the one room I think they fell short on design and practical functionality. Unless you are 6 foot tall (I am 5 ft 5 inches) it is impossible to reach the switch to open or turn on the ventilation fan. I have rigged up a stick so be able to reach it. A more accessible switch would have been nice. The other thing we first thought was that the cabinets were great for storage, however, they are so deep unless you are tall or add pull out shelves it is a waste of space. The lower open shelf would be great for adding a pull out shelf but the toilet is higher and would impede a shelf from extending more than a few inches. Finally the doors on the cabinets open over the toilet and don’t give you much room to get to anything you may have stored there. Other than the bathroom we are extremely happy with this model and will learn to live with these few issues.

Issues: numerous rivet head shards all over unit, screws not run into channels but into flooring. Chunk of hard material under flooring , would have punched a hole in it. Screw ran into tv cable causing short. Poorly assembled connector causing 2nd short. finish trim box screw screwed to a "hole"? Shower door glass in shower not square off by 2" from top to bottom. Decals not lined up properly at slides off by 1". 20 exposed staples along medicine cabinet. Island kitchen too close to refrigerator does not allow you to open with slides closed( supposed to be a new feature) . Front underbody at pin box held by too few screws leaving huge gap at seal, rendering it useless. Material used to cover nail holes and such doesn't match leaving a pasty look like drywall dust. Furrion DVD player doesn't play blu ray( how lame) TV is just ok. Positives: Layout is great. In command system worked flawlessly. Refrigerator is roomy enough and worked well. Dual A/C works great and quiet. Auto level is a nice feature.400 watt solar nice! Has a great open feel with all the windows. Microwave and stove work great. If Keystone would clean up their quality issues it would be an outright awesome 5th wheel! Note: Keystone Customer Service has been great working with me to resolve some of my concerns.

The Keystone Cougar 32RLI Half Ton was easy to pull with my 2018 Ford F150 EcoBoost. The overall layout and three electronic slide-outs in the living area and master bedroom make setup and breakdown easy when camping. The auto-leveling system onboard also levels out in a matter of minutes. You never lift a finger and enjoy the camping environment immediately. The double air conditioning units cool on the hottest days in minutes and provide comfort continuously, as well as the heater and fireplace for heat on those cold nights. There is a center island with sink and storage that adds to the counterspace and functionality of the kitchen and dining area.

Actually love the trailer in regards to livability, functionality, and based on our needs. However, the workmanship and quality of some of the components is less than worth the price. Keystone's customer service down right sucks along with their willingness to stand behind their product and their warranty. We have owned this trailer for 6 months tomorrow. Began using it and living in it on July 15, 2021 as full timers RV living, it is our home. First a piece of panel fell off from over the installed 50"LED TV that came with the trailer the day of delivery. On September 23, 2021 had the trailer moved (cost $800) moved to Virginia had problems with hot water heater, TV screen malfunctioned in November (finally replaced on December 19th), various cosmetic issues. Put in for repair at dealership in Dothan AL on on December 20, 2021 to find out h/w heater needs replaced. But can't get it because keystone has been closed since before Christmas and won't open again until 1/3/2022, to even be able to order any parts. The whole time we are in a rental at the campground and to this day are under the understanding that our insurance has to pay for it. Not if we can help it, we will get a lawyer. Keystone acts as if I am bothering them whenever I called and as if they have no responsibility to us or in regards to this trailer. We shall see... KEYSTONE BUYERS BEWARE

The amount of storage space is great. The closet in the bedroom is very spacious and you can fit all your clothes and then some inside of it. The floor plan is great and with the kitchen island included the amount of counter top space allows for prep and cooking to occur at the same time.

Overall quality about an eight, very happy With the in command system, worked flawlessly, added a drawstring to the curtains, Had to use two hands to get them down once they were up, it was supposed to be a luxury trailer and I got a piece of junk for a mattress that I had to throw out after using it one week, complained that a company never got a return email. Fireplace place Worked great, plenty of storage, they could’ve did a better job and having space around the sides of the bed, despite a few things that were wrong with it, I highly recommend it, the space in the living area is awesome. The entertainment system worked flawlessly as well and was very impressed with it all. Easy to tow but I have a 350 SWD. I’m always scared of the slides the three slides on this model worked again flawlessly and I was very impressed with that. Other than the bedroom floor plan I would give it a nine out of 10.

Bought a fifth wheel from them and both times I have taken it in for service they have kept it two months each time and never fixed everything that it was taken in for in fact it was given back with more issue's and no service person to tell you what they had completed. I would have never dealt with this company if I had known how interested they are to get your money and then dispose of their customers.

We purchased from our local camping world and have only had a few minor issues and one major warranty issue that was a delam on the kitchen slide out. Keystone warranty paid for the new wall replacement and it was done by the local dealer. The trailer is very well built and has been towed about 10k miles since we purchased it. I did upgrade the tires to a higher quality tire and use a Hensley hitch.

My best description in dealing with Keystone RV is "Buyer Beware". We ordered our Keystone Cougar Half-Ton back in February 2021 after looking a lots of different brands of travel trailers. What sold us on the Cougar was the new white interior with Shiplap accenting. When our Cougar finally arrived at the dealership in May 2021, we went to pick it up noticing that the Shiplap and other interior molding was omitted. Since the dealership was willing to make everything right, we decided to take the camper home and to circle back to get these aesthetic issues taken care of later. That was a big mistake on our part since Keystone has now denied our warranty claims since they say the Covid-19 parts shortage is why these interior parts were omitted. So now we are paying the dealership to find some similar interior molding and Shiplap so our camper will be complete inside. I understand the Covid-19 has caused lots of shortages but it seems to me that Keystone would be willing to do something to help us complete our interior. But Keystone RV Customer Service has left us without any options of assistance and will not do anything to help us out. And after thinking about our situation, it also makes me wonder if they were bold enough to leave off parts in plain sight, what did they decide to leave off that we can't see? This is our second Keystone RV Travel Trailer and it will definitely be our last. Again, if you are looking at purchasing a new RV, don't walk...but run from Keystone RV products. Lousy quality and they just don't care about taking care of Customers after the sell. Don't allow Keystone RV to rip you off like they have done my family.
