Horrific build quality ruins an otherwise good RV. My wife and I took the big leap from a $10k camper to a brand new Keystone Cougar, spending way more than we ever have on something like this. We like the floor plan (minus a few nits) but the build quality is so bad it has ruined the entire experience and leaves me wondering what is going to go wrong next. Everything from the AC malfunctioning, clogged water lines, fasteners missing, cabinet doors with malfunctioning and grossly misaligned latches, leaky compartment doors, leaking and malfunctioning water system, stinky sewage tank (in camper)... The list goes on. I started finding these issues the day we brought it home and just continue to find them. It doesn't help that the dealership (Camping World) is so incredibly inept that their repairs cause more damage than they fix, but the issues originate with the Keystone (lack of) quality. Show less
